Han havde lirket et vindue op og firet sig ned ad husmuren med sammenbundne lagner. Den unge mand havde flere voldtægter bag sig, så det gjaldt om at fange ham hurtigst muligt. Bagefter handler det om en stortyv, der stjal med arme og ben og delte udbyttet med sine mindre bemidlede venner. Han så sig selv som en slags Robin Hood, men i den brede offentlighed var han kendt som flugtkonge. Uanset hvilket fængsel han blev spærret inde i, lykkedes det ham at flygte.
