Throwing everything I own away

Now, I know that phrase, “throwing everything I own away,” can sound a little drastic. But I’m here to tell you that in 2013, as a family of five, we did exactly that. We packed up a single suitcase for each of us and moved from Alaska to Florida, leaving behind all the clutter. It was a monumental shift for my family, one that I had no idea would lead to such profound mental health benefits.

There are a lot of online therapy platforms out there, and this one I trust. I will be completing an online-therapy.com review shortly, and doing it in comparison to my betterhelp review. It's hard to find an online counselor you can trust, and I know recommendations like this can be really helpful. Therapy online has become very normal, and useful, especially for moms.
