Monica Franke is an osteopath, counselor and movement specialist using PRI.She is also a self-published author of the books, BodySense and BodySense for Fitness and Health Professionals. Her vision is to enable a journey into health and fitness that creates and holds space for all aspects of the person - brain, body and heart - and allows both client and professional to leave each session in their fullest capacity.
After an intense childhood of moving across continents multiple times, losing her home country (Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe) and a fragmented family structure, as well as traumatic experiences in childhood, Monica took a few years - or decades - to sort through the effects. Experiencing very delayed-onset PTSD and severe anxiety after the birth of her son, Monica started doing the work to heal and integrate her feelings and experiences.Monica has always been drawn to movement, physical expression of capacity and the human spirit.
Monica practices therapeutic and complementary counselling using Transactional Analysis (TA), having gained her qualification over a number of years and over 600 teaching hours and 250 hours clinical experience. Monica talks about the main theories of TA, which make it so usable and accessible.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
