Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hot tomato.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
There's been a study done the Gold Coast worst traffic congestion,
the spots on the Gold Coast that are the worst.
Can you take a guess of what's in the top three? Please?

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Um roadworks on the M one Parsingly not actually really
Smith Street?

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Not actually Smith Street?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Are they around like Ashmore in the school run.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Ashmore Road eastbound between Tiewee Street and Bundle Road that's
both morning and afternoon. Christine Avenue eastbound from Reda Street
to the Gold Coast Highway in the morning peak. And
the Gold Coast Highway between Helen's and not on the
Southport busiest arterial road carrying over fifty two thousand vehicles

(00:52):
per day. Oh gee, there you go.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
It's not really something that's good, is it. Maybe it's
like this clack.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I want to know the worst spots on the Gold
Coast for traffic congestion, the ones that just do your
head in all the time, the ones that you have
to leave early for. I've even taken a new way
to go to school at the moment because there's always
a spot around Oxley Drive that I get caught in
and a round about and I get very yelly because
usually I'm running late, So now I do this weird
little little backstreet kind of thing so that even though

(01:27):
I'm going at fifty, I know i'm moving. So that's
a good thing on the way to school. So I've
adjusted that because of Oxley Drive.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Well, when I was working in the cars, it was
just driving down the main road here from work, which
is High Street, all the way down to Bermiu Street,
all the way down there around about three o'clock was
just ridiculous. Yeah, trying to get through there and then
trying to get on the Highway was even worse. But
now I leave it at different different times, it's all good.
But yeah, during that time between three and four, going

(01:56):
straight down past the QCO percent and then out towards
the highway ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
All right, which ones are the car parks? What are
you pretty much just driving the discar? I can just
turn the car off, nap, don't do that. Shannon from Labrador,
which road on the Gold Coast does he head in?

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Hey, Moisy, I'm gonna have to say I'm with you
on that one that what's it called that roundabout it?
Obviously drive?

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Is that the one near the BWS, Not that I
know that.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Yeah, I got. I got caught on that in an
accident one day, and I was stun back at Harbor
Town that it literally took me a whole album of
Phil Collins to get there.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Oh my god, which album?

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Wow? Yeah, the greatest hits one.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
You should have got out and got something to eat
and then go back to the car.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
I was actually, I was actually on my way to
red Ruster, and then you would have been hungry.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
It closed four times, the Gold Coast only.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Tomatoes, Rocket, empty tracks

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Far, No, No, no,
