On this episode I share what I consider negative when I am going through a rough patch. I share reactions that have put me in a place where I find myself not wanting to open up when I m feeling down. These reactions include;
- Trauma competition
- Asking that I count my blessings
- Pointing out past wins
- Highlighting people that are not doing as well
- "It is well"
