#37 Nick Chen-Yin - Smoked Out in Toronto

We've left NYC and just touched down in Canada. Today, in our first of two episodes from Toronto, we're meeting Nick Chen-Yin, chef and owner of Smoke Signals.  Nick's parents are ethnic Chinese, known as Hakka, who came to Toronto via Jamaica. He's combining his unique outlook with the best of the American South to create a distinctly Canadian style of BBQ.
