This week we had the honor of meeting with Nicole, a relative of the late Carmen Hallock. Though never formally charged, it is believed that Schaefer was responsible for her disappearance. In April of 1973, items belonging to Carmen were found in Schaefer's mother's home, where he had personal items stored in a spare bedroom.
