Parastoo Shajan ist Vollblut-Unternehmerin und ausgewiesene Kapazität wenn es um das Thema IT-Führungskräfte geht aber auch wenn es um Diversity geht. Sie spricht sechs Sprachen und sie weiss, was es heisst, mutig zu sein: Ursprünglich aus dem Iran, kam sie als 8-jähriges Mädchen in die Schweiz ohne jegliche Sprachkenntnisse. Als alleinerziehende Mutter gründete sie vor 6 Jahren ihr eigenes Recruiting-Unternehmen und vor einem Jahr ihr zweites Unternehmen.
