Here is Ep. 3 of 12 with Brandon Lilly. This was by far one of my favorite episodes to date. Brandon shares his incredible story of being at the top of the power lifting game, and how injuries eventually forced him to change course. He shares how he ruined relationships to chase his dreams, and how he’s gone about healing some of those relationships. He talks openly about contemplating suicide, and what kept him from pulling the trigger. Brandon talks about what he does to get out of dark places, and I know it will resonate with a lot of you. This episode was a game changer for me, and I’m sure it will be for you too!
