From Dec 2020-Oct 2021 I lost my sister, my grandmother, my aunt and my father..... I hit my lowest low right after my dad died. I wasnt sure I would recover and ever experience the life I had envisioned for myself, since I was a child. And then a few months later, I decided I was tired of feeling depressed, angry, bitter and anxious and I was ready to explore how I could make my life better despite this pain I had been through. In this episode I share some of the things I did that were really helpful for me to overcome some of the toughest months of my life and start to truly live again. I pray it encourages you to know there is hope for better days ahead.
