A rogue tiger shark, once a secret military weapon, escapes near Hampton Bay, FL, turning the waters deadly as the town prepares for a regatta. Meanwhile, struggling aquarium owner Dag Soerenson (Richard Dew) faces pressure from a corrupt landowner, unaware of the looming carnage.
