SO PEOPLE WERE LOOKING FOR A
NON-CRIMINAL JUSTICE RESPONSE,

IT WENT UP CONSIDERABLY.
WE HAVE NOW, IN REGARDS TO
HOTLINE CALLS, SETTLED IN ABOUT

STARTED SEEING DIFFERENT
