Octopus wordt op allerlei plekken in de wereld gegeten. Zelfs in de Nederlandse supermarkt liggen er nu tentakels in het koelvak. Niet gek dus, dat er ook plannen zijn om octopus te gaan kweken. Maar hoe kun je een dier fokken dat liever alleen is? En hoe kun je zo’n intelligent en gevoelig dier eigenlijk pijnvrij doden?
