this year, so no doubt it hurts the team. And
you've got Dean Mariner defending that center. He's played a
lot on the wing this year, so and you're up
against the star star of Melbourne side, so there's no
doubt it hurts them. But back to your point, I
agree with standing him down. If you know, for the
last couple of seasons everyone's been critical of the culture
up in Brisbane. So if Michael Maguire all the senior

players turned the blind eye to this, what have they
learnt this year? So I think he had to make
that decision.

twelvemonth deal I think works. And just how seriously how
good he's come back the last three games for South

shows that he's still got that elite ball playing ability.

He's gone great and I believe it's the right call

In the fact that he can be now injury prone,

an handful of games. Again, he only played you know,
he's only played fourteen games a year since joining SOUS.
So that's the risk I'm talking about breath players. You
don't want too many of these players that you can't
necessarily depend on to get twenty one twenty two games.
But at the same time, of course, the class is obvious.

The class, the influence he has on that team, and
even since coming back, like you said, Mickey, it's been
a stand. Now SOUSE is set to table David Fafeeda
a two year deal. This has been in the works

of player that they need. No doubt that he will
be a handy addition to him, but he doesn't.

presence in the middle of the field. Kem Murray obviously

adds skill and finesse and that quick player of the
ball and that ball movement in the middle of the field,
but you've got key on who's probably their best middle
at the moment. But they need someone who's going to
drag that team forward, and I just don't think there's
anyone there at the moment.

I don't read they've allowed David Mowell lead to explore
his options. That's he's only twenty two and.

He just hasn't come on, has he the way they
were hoping.

He's still young. Of course, he's still young, and he's
about to get into that sweet zone of well, he's
probably two or three years away, Gordy from that sweet
zone of where a proper will be. But he's already
played fifty plus games at that age, so it's not
a position where they can let likes go. Tabeta Titolo's
has been injury play. He was going to be one
of the best props in the game, but hasn't been
able to replicate that form either.

What do you make of Mademozellos. It's like Wayne's not
sure with him. From what I see. He had an
elbow injury picked up in Magic Round, but then came
back two three months ago. Now he doesn't get much
game time, if any. Yeah, it's an interesting one.

It is an interesting one. You know, they've got Humphreezer
can move the nine. They bought him originally for a
nine or fourteen, right, and he's had to play in
the halves obviously Brandon Smith going there. What they do
even with Latrell, I mean, that's where I want to
get to. Now, Latrell, do they play in the centers?
Do they play them at fullback? You spoke about? You know,

these are his stats in terms of longevity in the
games he's played over these seasons. Four seasons at the Roosters,
ninety six games, twenty four games a season, sixty five tries,
seven finals appearances. In his six seasons at the Bunnies,
he's played less games overall, and he's average is fourteen

games a year, only played the three finals appearances therefore
the Bunnies. But when he has played, he's been unbelievable. Right,
we know that even this year when he did play,
he was great, but would it be better for them
to move him in terms of longevity into the centers,
especially when you've got Joe Gray there.

Well, for mine, it's not just longevity, it's the fact
of the emergence of Ji Gray. Ji Gray has to
be in that team week in week out. He is
a different fullback to Latrell. Running, you know, two fifty
three hundred meters, is popping up and support. He's doing
all these things I think for the best thirteen for
South Sydney. Dry Gray's in that now. So the question
is do you play Latrell at center? Do you play

their strongest side that they put out a year.

South I went to a presentation night and we didn't
make the finals. They read out their score when they
beat the roosters, they just read it out every twenty
minutes and the crowd went up. The thousand went up
at the Red and Green ball, it went up like

they just read out the rooster of score. So they're
up for it.

ball and that ball movement in the middle of the field,
but you've got key on who's probably their best middle
at the moment. But they need someone who's going to
drag that team forward, and I just don't think there's
anyone there at the moment.

his options. That's he's only twenty two and.

Do they play them at fullback? You spoke about? You know,

these are his stats in terms of longevity in the
games he's played over these seasons. Four seasons at the Roosters,
ninety six games, twenty four games a season, sixty five tries,
seven finals appearances. In his six seasons at the Bunnies,
he's played less games overall, and he's average is fourteen

games a year, only played the three finals appearances therefore
the Bunnies. But when he has played, he's been unbelievable. Right,
we know that even this year when he did play,
he was great, but would it be better for them
to move him in terms of longevity into the centers,
especially when you've got Joe Gray there.

Well, for mine, it's not just longevity, it's the fact
of the emergence of Ji Gray. Ji Gray has to
be in that team week in week out. He is
a different fullback to Latrell. Running, you know, two fifty

South Sydney. Dry Gray's in that now. So the question
is do you play Latrell at center? Do you play

they just read out the rooster of score. So they're
