Stephanie Ferguson, PhD, RN, FAAN, is a Visiting Fellow, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, MA.

Donna M. Nickitas, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, CNE, FAAN, is Dean and Professor at the Rutgers School of Nursing in Camden, NJ, and the Editor of Nursing Economic$.
