In 2019 Stephen and Ben two entrepreneurial professionals based in Spokane Washington embarked on a mission to end the year with business and fitness in the best shape of their adult lives. They shared this journey with weekly podcasts including interviews with business and community leaders. Having achieved their goals in 2019 the guys decided to pivot and use 2020 to focus on leadership and mental health. Now in 2022, Stephen continues to podcast weekly from Florida. Each episode aims to offer insight into difficulties we all face in business and daily life. As well as input from Stephen you will hear from some of the top minds in different fields.
