Ep 204 Complain or Fix
I saw a quote while scrolling around Instagram that said, "If you have told more than three people, you aren't looking for a solution, you are looking to complain."
And it hit me hard.
It was what I sometimes call a "Mirror Moment," a moment when you are forced to look in the mirror.
As tough as it is to face up to our mistakes at times, it is the only way we will ever work through them.
Today, I share some realizations I had and some ways to work through getting caught in a cycle of complaining and not acting.
