Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey you guys, welcome
to the Painted my Cast podcast.
If you've been following me fora little while, things look a
little different.
I first started my podcastPainted my Cast at home, out of
(00:20):
my kitchen table, as a way toexpress things that I was going
through after a breakup.
I had always been fascinatedwith podcasting and I knew I
wanted to make that happen formyself, and so you know I did.
(00:42):
That podcast took a break, brought in a co-host, you know
did a separate podcast called Inthe Lobby Podcast.
That was an amazing, amazinglearning lesson for me.
I went from recording podcastsat my kitchen table to all of a
(01:11):
sudden having a podcast sponsorpay all of my studio fees.
I was in a studio recording withlike really cool guests like
Mike Johnson from the Bachelor, julie Tice from the Trust on
Netflix, and the whole dynamicof my podcast changed so much
(01:33):
because it went from a girltrying to share her story and be
authentically herself to, youknow, navigating, having a
co-host, navigating,interviewing other people which
is something I very much stillwant to do and share other
(01:53):
people's stories, but then kindof losing the core of why she
loved podcasting, which wasalmost just to like turn
everything off and get it outthere as my own form of therapy,
I would say but something somuch deeper than that.
(02:16):
I'm someone who, very much so,believes that one of our
purposes on this earth is tocreate, no matter what that
looks like for you, right, likeI am not a singer.
Well, I can sing a little bit,but I'm not a singer, not really
(02:37):
a dancer.
I think using my voice and myauthenticity and sharing my
story has always been a gift ofmine, and so I encourage you,
whatever gift you feel like youhave, whatever calls to you,
(02:58):
whatever you feel like you'remost passionate about, go create
and go make it happen, becausethat's all that we're here to do
, and make sure that you enjoythe process of doing it along
the way.
So that's just a quick littleintro.
(03:21):
I'm not gonna really start offthis episode as a welcome back
to the pain in my cast, asanything about introductory who
I am, how old I am, what my lifelooks like.
What I want to do is set thestage for 2025 for my listeners
(03:46):
and just give you a reallyprofound, impactful episode,
because, like I said, ourpurpose on this earth, in my
opinion, is to create, and Ithink, if you don't know where
you're going and what you wantout of life and what your goals
(04:07):
are, then that's a verydifficult challenge.
I said something to someone theother day about me creating my
2025 vision board 2025 visionboard and I feel like they
(04:31):
looked at me like that's so woo, woo, or that's really good for
you that you do that.
And I was so confused becauseif you don't have the vision, if
you don't know where you wantto be, how are you going to get
there?
Like, if you don't even knowwhere you're trying to end up,
you're just going to fumble along life like an NPC.
(04:54):
And for those of you that don'tknow what NPC is, it's
non-player character.
That's like the nerd in me fromlike video games.
That's like the nerd in me fromlike video games.
No one wants to be a non-playercharacter.
This is main character energy.
You are the main character ofyour own life and if you have
(05:14):
forgotten that, excuse mylanguage, but wake the fuck up.
This is your life, okay, andyou deserve to live your life
the way that you wanted to.
You know you could sit there oneasy mode, but I don't believe
that's what God intended for us.
(05:35):
I think he wants you to wake upand go after what you feel
called to and what's importantto you and what adds value to
other people in your life, and Itruly believe that when we show
up and focus on our purpose, itaffects everyone else around us
(05:59):
.
Just even for myself podcastingI felt so called to podcasting
and I've taught myself so muchabout podcasting and the
marketing behind it.
And just even within my circleof friends, I've had multiple
girlfriends start podcasts andstart creating, and it's just
(06:25):
like this magical, beautifulcommunity has happened for me of
other women who are trying toshare their stories and their
voices, and we all light eachother up, and I truly believe
that I was meant to meet eachone of these women.
And so when we're kind of onthe path doing the things that
(06:49):
we're meant to do, we'rereminding other people that
that's possible for them as well.
And then they're going andreminding other people, and
that's so beautiful and soimpactful.
And that's so beautiful and soimpactful and I'm just excited
that I'm sitting here podcastingagain and talking about these
(07:10):
beautiful girlfriends of minethat I have.
So what I want you to do is toreally think about what you want
your dream life to look like?
Like what does that look likefor you every day?
(07:32):
You know, I used to think aboutthe woman that I wanted to be
and what she would wake up anddo and what her routine would
look like.
And, oh my god, it was so likehustle, hustle, hustle, hustle,
hustle.
Like, wake up at 6 am, do 25million things throughout the
day, and this year that's notwhat I want.
(07:52):
Like, yes, I want to accomplisha lot of things, I have a lot
of things I want to get done, but I can do it in a softer way.
But I can do it in a softer way.
(08:17):
I can do it in a much softer, more feminine, less masculine,
healing, sweet, loving, nurturing way for myself.
And that has me so excited.
The universe and I tell Godlike this is gonna happen to me,
even when I'm showing up as mysoftest, most receiving self.
That's huge.
And you know, being the technerd that I am, I rely really
(08:42):
heavily on chat GPT.
If you haven't used chat GPT, Ihighly encourage you to use it.
The more you use it, the betteryou get at it.
I just feel like it unlocksinfinite like ways for you to I
(09:02):
don't know use it in apurposeful way, like, yes, ai is
scary, yes, ai can be scary, but AI is never going to take
away from who we are and yourauthenticity and your story.
And so I think if you can useAI to help outline your goals
(09:27):
and figure out what story youwant for yourself, then that's a
great use of AI.
And so what I'm going to do isI'm going to walk you through
some chat GPT prompts that Iused this year to help me create
my vision board for 2025.
(09:49):
Because what I used to do isI've done this for years.
I've done vision boards andthey've always been, you know,
like a physical vision board, like a poster board cut out the
magazines, the whole ordeal.
In the past, I've even writtenlike letters to myself and taped
(10:13):
them on the back, but I neverspent a lot of time thinking
about my goals and my vision perse.
I was just cutting out imagesthat I felt like resonated with
me and I think in the past adisservice, because I feel like
(10:51):
a vision board should encompassa feeling.
When you're trying to manifestyour life, to kind of quantum
jump and get where you want tobe, I believe you have to put
yourself into that state ofbeing, that state of receiving
and that state of feeling, likewhat that feels, like vision
(11:30):
boards in the past, materialistic items like a bag
or a trip, even.
Maybe that's not reallyemulating the feeling that I
want in my life for the year.
So I encourage you to use theseprompts and go a little deeper
and take the time to get to knowyourself.
I think life goes by so fast,we're so busy.
There's not very many timeswhere we just take a second, we
(11:54):
pause, assess.
I don't even think we writeanymore.
I'm not speaking for everyone,I just know for myself.
I don't even have, I don't holdspace for myself to sit there
and journal, and so just evensitting with yourself for a
second and writing out yourintentions and your goals is
(12:20):
huge.
So I'm going to kind of likeset the tone for us to get you
thinking about this.
So for me, for example, like Ijust even started thinking about
, like what I want my morningroutine to look like, like I
don't want to wake up rushedinto 25 meetings.
(12:42):
I don't want to wake up and bein meetings before I've had the
time to take care of myself.
So some of my journaling andthings that I was outlining for
my 2025 would be like, you know, waking up slowly, drinking a
matcha, listening to classicalmusic you know, to classical
music, you know meditating, having some time to read, going
(13:07):
to the gym, really having amoment with myself before I had
to give access to anything elseoutside of myself so I could
show up as the best version ofme.
And there's so many differentaspects when you're manifesting
vision boarding, goal-settingfrom career to relationships, to
(13:31):
your friendships and what youwant those things to look like.
So let me kind of outline theseprompts for you.
Before we outline those promptstogether, I want you to do
something.
So you're going to close youreyes, take a deep breath and
(13:58):
imagine what you want your lifeto look like in 2025.
How does it feel?
What's around you?
So just take a moment to thinkabout that.
(14:19):
Okay, now that we've kind of seta little bit faster
no-transcript that you are goingto put into ChatGPT and you are
going to ask ChatGPT to ask youthese questions one by one,
(14:41):
okay, and so the first prompt iswhat does a perfect day in your
2025 life look like?
Okay, your 2025 life look likeOkay?
The next one is what doessuccess look like for you in
(15:02):
your career.
That's a big one for me thisyear.
Three what kind ofrelationships and connections do
you envision For me?
This is the year of my goddessenergy.
I am the goddess, I am thequeen and I am calling in my
(15:27):
king energy.
I am ready for my divinesoulmate partner.
So I don't know what that lookslike for you, but it could be
something totally different.
So I don't know what that lookslike for you, but it could be
something totally different.
Four what does your dream homefeel like?
This was an interesting one forme when I was outlining this,
(15:53):
because this year I'm dead seton buying my own home.
I've always wanted to buy ahome with my partner or like
with my husband, but I'vedecided that there's two pieces
to that.
This year I would love to buy aspace that is my own, decorate
it exactly how I want it and itbe my little girl cave office,
(16:16):
whatever it is.
And then, when I call in mydivine partner, my king,
obviously we'll have a home ofour own together and that I
envision being more like ourwellness retreat, where we like
raise our kids and we have likesauna and cold plunge and just
(16:37):
like very comfy and earthy andyou know something so different
from my own space, which Iprobably do the same crazy stuff
I do now with pink and Barbie, and I just think decorating your
home or your space is such afun expression of yourself,
(16:59):
especially if you are a singlewoman and you're in that holding
place of waiting to call inyour king.
I really encourage you to playwith what your space looks like.
Decorate and make it what youwant, because there's only a
certain amount of time thatyou're going to be single, so do
(17:19):
what you want with your space.
Five how do you want your bodyand physical health to feel and
look?
Oh, for me, like I said, we areembodying the goddess energy
this year All over my visionboard.
It's like Greek goddess supertoned, super fit, animal-based
(17:45):
diet, which I'm basicallyfollowing right now.
I'm clearly very pale, so thisvampire needs to go in the sun.
Some more pill, so this vampireneeds to go in the sun some
more.
But it's already things thatI'm encompassing I go to the gym
, I eat healthy.
This year we're just going totake it a little bit further and
(18:07):
do it better and more lovingthan I've ever done it for my
body before ever done it for mybody before?
Six what habits or routines doyou want to consistently embody?
And I'll let you think aboutthat one for you.
(18:31):
Seven what is your relationshipwith money like in 2025?
As a recovering shopaholic witha lot of material items in her
closet, I feel personallyattacked by this one, but I'm
just.
I know that this is a year forme, financially, where it's all
going to make sense.
I feel it deep within my ownintuition, and not only that,
(18:58):
when you're creating and you'redoing things that align with
your calling and what youcontinuously feel called to, I
promise you, at some point themoney is going to come.
When you're not focusing somuch on why is the money not
here?
Why is it not happening?
You're putting way, way, waytoo much emphasis on a resource.
(19:25):
Okay, all money is is aresource, okay.
So if you're having some moneyblocks, if you have beliefs
about money that are notallowing it to come into your
life, all you have to do is sitthere, recognize that and you
(19:45):
wake up and you choose.
I'm clearing the rocks out ofthe way and then the resource
will start coming.
I promise.
I've watched it happen formyself so many times.
What activities bring you joyand allow you to recharge?
That's a good question.
(20:07):
That looks so different foreveryone.
I know for me as someone incorporate America, in
back-to-back meetings, like I'mjust so happy when my mind has
like a moment of peace.
So, whatever that looks likefor you, what fears or limiting
(20:30):
beliefs do you want to overcome?
Beliefs do you want to overcome?
Hmm, I feel like for myselfpersonally, in my outline
(20:51):
there's a lot of calls to workon my own podcast agency, work
on my podcast like.
But like my day to daycorporate career.
(21:16):
I'm a marketer and I love it,but I need the creative aspects.
And so you know, for me there'sfear of trying to work a full
time job but still trying topursue my passions at the same
time, and I just have toremember to just keep pouring
into myself, and so that's afear I'm working on because a
career or a job is so important.
I mean it's value, but it's noteverything, it's not 10.
(21:38):
What values or principles willguide you as you create this
vision?
Oh, for me, I keep tellingmyself this year that I am the
light.
I feel it in me.
I feel like God or the divinetelling me I am the light I am
(21:59):
meant to to shine.
This is my year to shine andthere's a reason that I keep
hearing that and keep being told.
I deeply trust my femaleintuition and I keep trying to
remind myself that, like so manythings with, like my podcast in
(22:20):
the, or just even myself ingeneral, is this fear of being
seen and you know, I used totell my mom this all the time
Like I don't know, I don't wantpeople looking at me at the gym
or I don't want people payingattention to me, and my mom
would always be like oh, peoplearen't looking at you.
(22:41):
And I'm like mom, mom, I am 511and blonde, like I'm not even
saying this in like anegotistical way or anything, but
people look at me like I'm a511 female.
Even when I don't want anyattention on me, it's happening
and I'm honestly like I'm notshy because I have this very
(23:02):
deep internal voice compass.
I'm just very, very reservedand very to myself and very
cautious of where I place myenergy, and that, for me, is for
my own protection and for myown good reason.
So this year, for me, I have tobe seen like I have to.
(23:28):
So those are the 10 questions.
I'm going to outline them inthe show notes.
These are the questions you'regoing to type into ChatGPT and
you're going to ask ChatGPT toask you them one by one, and you
want to take the time to dothis.
Like, sit there with yourselfand feed into chat GPT as much
(23:51):
as you can.
The better and more you givethis AI chat GPT, the more it's
going to know about you andunderstand you and just help
with kind of outlining yourdream life for 2025.
And don't play small, okay.
(24:11):
I had one of my girlfriends overhere the other night.
I had her sit here and put theprompts in and like some of her
goals were like get a $5,000raise this year.
I'm like no, no, like you'vegot to think way, way bigger
than that.
And if I can even just help onewoman think a little bit bigger
(24:34):
than that, that means the worldto me, so okay.
So once you've done that you'veanswered the 10 questions what
we're going to do is we're goingto prompt ChatGPT with a couple
other things.
So the first thing we're goingto do is, using this thread of
(24:58):
my 2025 goals, I want to createa dream life journal that I can
print and use daily.
It should include my dreamstory, a detailed vision of the
life I'm manifesting in 2025.
And I truly believe this is thecoolest part.
(25:21):
It's going to feel like ChatGPTjust read your mind.
It's going to feel like theuniverse is talking to you.
It's going to clearly outlineyour dream life for 2025, and I
hope you get chills from it,because I know I did, okay.
And then the next thing you'regoing to ask chat GPT is a quote
(25:45):
from my future self, aninspiring message to set the
tone for each day.
You're also I think I didn't doa quote, I asked it for a
mantra.
I'm on some some spiritualthings, so you can ask it for a
mantra.
I'm on some some spiritualthings, so you can ask it for a
quote from your future self.
(26:06):
Or you can ask it for, like adaily mantra.
Um, actually, let me, let melook and remember what mine is.
Okay, my mantra for 2025, I amthe light, the vessel and the
(26:26):
love I trust in my divine path, show up authentically and shine
unapologetically.
So I really think you should dothat.
It's pretty cool, okay.
The next thing you're going toask ChatGPT is your top five
(26:47):
goals, a clear list of your topfive priorities for 2025, and
it's going to pull that fromyour 2025 dream day.
Okay, then you're going to askChatGPT for your ideal day a
(27:10):
table that breaks down myperfect day by time and activity
For planners.
This is going to be monumentalbecause it'll break it down.
Like you know 7am you should bedrinking matcha.
12 to 2pm you should be workingat your agency.
You want to be well rested andfit, so you need eight hours of
(27:33):
sleep, so 8pm you should go tobed.
This is something I need toutilize more.
I am not the most regimentedperson, someone like my sister.
She's that girl in her notesthat details her day from wake
up to day's end, and I admirethe hell out of her.
I wish I was like that and I'mhoping this will help me be
(27:55):
better.
Okay, the next one into chatGPT Weekly Sunday service Three
dedicated pages to reflect onthe past week, plan for the
upcoming week and track habits.
This section will include ahabit tracker to monitor monitor
(28:18):
, if I can talk monitor progress.
Okay, the Sunday service thingis really cool.
I kind of do Sunday servicewith one of my girlfriends,
rebecca.
Anyway, we meet every Sundayand we kind of go over goals.
We plan things for the week andI think having a Sunday service
(28:40):
section in your journal whereyou can go reflect what's
working well for you towardsyour 2025 goals and what's not
working, that's going to keepyou on track.
You have to know where you'regoing to get to where you want
to be.
Okay, the last one this is kindof cool.
(29:01):
It's kind of corny, but it'skind of cool Bingo card for 2025
goals.
So it's like a fun and playfulway to keep track of the things
that we've already outlined inyour 2025 dream date.
So for me, for example, when Ifind my king, you can bet I'm
(29:21):
going to check that off, thatbingo card.
So, basically, what it's doingis it's breaking down your 2025
goals into actionable milestonesto play bingo with yourself.
And so, once you've done all ofthat you've already done all of
the prompts.
(29:41):
We've already created your 2025dream day, the rest of the
prompts that we just discussed.
That's going to create your2025 dream journal.
It's going to be a printablePDF with all of these prompts
that we've used and you knowwhat?
I'm probably going to create aCanva PDF for you guys and share
(30:04):
it where you can go?
Put this into the Canva PDF.
Save it as a PDF and then printit and use it as your 2025
journal.
I'm going to make that mylittle 2025 New Year's present
to you because I need to do itfor myself as well.
(30:26):
It's on my to-do list.
I haven't printed my journal yet, but there is two other chat
GPT prompts I would like you toplay with outside of the journal
, and the first one is what arethe top 10 affirmations I should
(30:46):
be saying every morning?
I think that's really fun.
It relates to all of the goalsyou've already outlined.
I know for myself I used to bea sticky note on the mirror girl
.
I used to read all of thesesticky notes with all these
affirmations.
I'm a lucky girl, lucky girlsyndrome.
(31:09):
The beauty you see is thebeauty within me.
All the little woo, woo stuff, but these are gonna be way
better because they're writtenfor you.
And then the one this one Ialmost didn't want to prompt
ChatGPT with because it felt alittle dark to me.
(31:31):
But I was like you know what?
You have to see the darknesssometimes to see the light.
There's a duality.
So if you were the devil, howwould you attack me?
And I promise it's not.
It's not going to say anythingtoo nasty, too scary, it's
really just eye opening.
So, yeah, basically you're goingto get your dream life journal
(31:56):
out of this.
You're going to get so muchother information, and then what
you're going to do is you'regoing to have a very clear
outline of what you want yourlife to feel like.
You're going to read your storyback to you and you're going to
be so excited because you'relike this is exactly how I
wanted to feel, this is exactlywhat I wanted my life to look
(32:16):
like.
Okay, but we need to visualizethat.
So what I encourage you to do istake your story, go onto
Pinterest and start pullingimages that speak to you,
whether it's colors like maybeyou feel really drawn to yellow
(32:37):
and sunsets or it's quotes, likemaybe there's something from
your affirmations that's soprofound about self-love or
relationships.
So pull not only those imagesbut also those words into a
Pinterest board.
And then I encourage you to cutthose pictures out and put them
(33:02):
on a vision board, and I thinkfor me it's always so fun.
It's like really healthy for myinner child, because I don't
sit very often on my bedroomfloor cutting out Pinterest
images and gluing them with aglue stick.
So I felt very kindergarten, very sweet and very fun when I
(33:25):
was doing mine and, honestly, myboard this year is so beautiful
to me because it's focused somuch more on a feeling rather
than material items, like I said, and I can just so feel that
and see it on my board, whichmakes me so fucking happy.
(33:45):
Anyway, and just so you guys cankind of get what I have
outlined for myself, I'm gonnaread you something about my king
that I'm trying to call in.
I've been dreaming aboutcalling in my king, someone who
sees me, values me and allows meto run free as the wild,
(34:11):
passionate soul that I am.
Our connection will feel likedeep belly laughter and a love
so pure it inspires others.
That gives me chills myselfbecause, like I said,
manifesting is a feeling.
So I wanted to share that withyou.
(34:32):
If you're listening over theaudio waves, I'm going to
visually show you my visionboard.
Obviously, if you're listeningon audio, you're not going to be
able to see it.
This is on YouTube.
(34:53):
It should be on my Instagram.
So there's my vision board thatI've created for myself this
year.
So there's my vision board thatI've created for myself this
year, and my whole purpose ofthis is just to remind you that
you're capable of creating thelife that you dream of.
(35:13):
I say this all the time life'slike a video game.
You can wake up any day anddecide to be a new version of
yourself.
It's really that easy.
You don't have to be an NPC, anon-player character.
You just have to know yourvision and where you want to go
and remind yourself that you areworthy of that.
(35:36):
And I really appreciate youtuning in to the little comeback
of the pain in my cast, becauseyou know I'm the OG pain in the
ass and you know.
I just encourage you to keepyour heart open in 2025 and I
think our next episode will beabout finding your king and
(35:59):
calling in a partner who deeplyaligns with your your version of
love and what that looks likefor you and how to find him, how
to show up with self love, soyou're prepared to receive your
king and when you're ready forthat.
That's a big focus for me in2025.
(36:20):
So I can't wait to share thatwith you.
Love you guys.
Xoxo Cass.
