To celebrate Wildbow's return to his best universe, Elliot and Reuben have gotten back together to follow the new story, Pale, live!
Welcome to Pale Reflections! As Wildbow begins a new journey into the Otherverse, Reuben and Elliot (and some special guests!) follow along on an impulse. We begin, as all good podcasts following stories do, with the About Page! And the Prologue! And... a brochure? Look, we'll get to the actual story proper next week I guess.

We meet our core cast of characters, three teens who are DEFINITELY NOT getting too embroiled in a situation that is going to negatively impact the remainder of their lives. We're talking about Lost For Words 1.1 and 1.2.

This week we cover Lost for Words 1.3 and 1.4, which sees the Kenneteers go off on a fun study/camping trip with their new friends Charles, Matt and Edith. While there, we all get a lot more information on the practise and the Otherverse, which can only mean one thing: It's wild prediction time!

This week we cover Lost for Words 1.5 and 1.6. Our Kenneteers burst in on John while he's innocently playing the latest Call of Duty, which causes him to go a bit aggressive. It all works out though, except for Lucy, who spends an entire chapter struggling to reconcile what happens to her.

Pale Reflections is back for Lost for Words 1.7, 1.8, and also some Inventories! Avery and the Kenneteers go to PE, which still seems as harrowing as ever, before Miss gives them their awake day presents. Then we move into Verona's head to see her even-more-harrowing-than-PE homelife, as the team prepares to face the Hungry Choir. As they leave, we also get a sneak peak at what each member has brought with them.
Pale Reflections is back for Lost for Words 1.z, Stolen Away 2.1, and Interview Notes 1. Poor Gabe can't keep down his food, and the trio struggle to process this latest in their series of unfortunate traumas.

Pale Reflections is manipulated by Stolen Away 2.2 and Stolen Away 2.3. The Kenneteers properly meet the faerie, and they're... a lot. After screwing the girls around a bit, the faerie help them get in real trouble.

Pale Reflections is ground down and exhausted by Stolen Away 2.4 and Stolen Away 2.5. Lucy experiences systematic racism, and it sucks. Avery experiences Verona's dad, and it sucks. Grim episode, but at least our girls deepen their connections to each other!

Pale Reflections joins Verona for by Stolen Away 2.6 and Stolen Away 2.7. After interviewing Alpy's de-eyed ghost, the Kenneteers go with Miss (Frizzle) on a field trip to the spirit world and the ruins. Next, Verona interviews some goblins and before heading off to have a purrfect afternoon.
Pale Reflections watches a scary movie, then lives it, as we discuss Stolen Away 2.8 and 2.9. After another run in with "Nicolette Belanger", Avery goes for a scary walk, then we all play spot the difference.
