Sua metodologia de treinamento inovadora, aliada a uma paixão contagiante pelo esporte, o consagraram como um dos técnicos mais respeitados e requisitados do mundo.
Com uma carreira de sucesso como atleta de Muay Thai e MMA, Cordeiro se destacou mundialmente por sua habilidade em lapidar talentos e conduzir diversos lutadores ao título em grandes organizações como o UFC e o Pride. Sua paixão, conhecimento técnico e dedicação o tornaram uma figura lendária no mundo do MMA.
Ao longo de sua carreira, Cordeiro teve o privilégio de treinar verdadeiras lendas do MMA, conduzindo-as ao topo do esporte.
