Happy Full Thunder Moon in Capricorn!   Who remembers Browns and Co. on Lincoln Road? They had a yoga studio upstairs called The Yoga Room and that's where I met today's podcast guest, Ash Ruiz. He was performing with his band Here II Here and their beautiful lyrics and touching performance made me a fan for life! Ash is a spiritual teacher, life coach, shunyata therapist, author, vocal coach, singer/songwriter, actor, and amazing human being on this big ball we call Earth.
