Aujourd'hui on parle des astuces pour se coacher :
1. Fais comme Jules César. Prends de la distance quand tu te parles à toi-même : au lieu de dire "je suis stressé", utilise ton prénom : "Gaël est stressé"
2. La technique Batman : quand tu as du mal à faire quelque chose, imagine que Batman (ou un autre de tes héros) le fait. Et réfléchis à pourquoi c'est important pour lui et comment il s'y prendrait
3. Pense au futur : comment tu ressentiras la situation actuelle dans 6 mois - 1 an. On a tous oublié le stress du brevet, du bac, etc.
Et pour finir, penser à soi-même comme à quelqu'un de différent, un ami que l'on peut aider et coacher ça aide beaucoup
