Sie diskutieren darüber bewusster zu leben, indem sie Enthaltsamkeit und Verzicht in ihr Leben bringen. Und zwar bei den Dingen, die ein Übermaß an Zeit oder Lust fressen und uns letztlich nicht gut tun.
