When a landslide unearths a block of ice containing a mysterious creature in remote Flagstone Co., Ed and Terry, the couple that own the local station, decide to capitalize on the sensational find by opening a roadside attraction. But as people flock to see the gigantic beast and the local township’s mayor gloms onto the discovery, the seasons change and the creature is released from the ice. Can Ed and Terry get the people of Flagstone Co. to band together to stop this deadly threat, or will the town’s love of tourism dollars and the mayor’s overwhelming enthusiasm for the new town mascot keep them from acting as more and more people are found, torn to pieces?
