O Magazine Luiza acaba de anunciar o 1º programa de trainee em Inteligência Artificial do Brasil. A iniciativa busca formar profissionais que entendam de tecnologia, mas que também possam aplicar esse conhecimento em áreas de negócio, ampliando o uso da IA em toda a companhia.
Em entrevista ao Podcast Canaltech, Caio Gomes, Chief AI Officer e Chief Data Officer do Magalu, explicou os objetivos do programa, os desafios de integrar inteligência artificial em um varejo tão diverso e a visão estratégica da empresa de se tornar AI First.
Além disso, Caio destacou como a IA pode criar experiências únicas para consumidores, melhorar a logística e apoiar decisões em um cenário com milhões de produtos e operações. Segundo ele, a tecnologia não é mágica, mas um recurso que exige preparo e capacitação de empresas e profissionais.
