Esta foi uma semana de aniversário. O PS fez 50 anos e juntou vários convidados especiais num jantar em Lisboa em que prometeu uma luta dura contra o populismo e pela defesa do Estado social. O festejo, contudo, não calou alguns sinais internos de mal-estar, nomeadamente, do fundador António Campos, mas também de um ex-braço direito de António Costa, Ascenso Simões. António Campos chega a falar “em degradação total das instituições”, disse que não se revê no actual partido e recusou comparecer no jantar de aniversário.
À direita, e embalado por Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, Luís Montenegro afastou esta semana qualquer apoio do Chega para formar governo. E o diploma da eutanásia foi esta quarta-feira vetado pelo Presidente da República, que desta vez nem sequer voltou a enviá-lo para o Tribunal Constitucional.
