next step is crucial. Stop thinking about the problem, immediately
replace it with a prayer or affirmation that focuses on
God or your higher power. Here are a few examples

Now I am divinely guided in every choice I make.

You can say those prayers or affirmations out loud are

and really give it all. Say the affirmations with power
and conviction, speak them with energy, and even shout them

For example, if you just received a huge car repair
bill and are panicking about it, you would say, now,
I'm going to golden key this problem. Take the actions

that are within your control to resolve the issue, and
then consciously shift your focus and trust the rest to God,
let it go for a while, trust in the higher
power to guide the outcome. Strengthening your Golden key practice

like any other skill, the more you practice using the
Golden Key, the better you'll become. Over time, it will
become second nature to golden key any challenge or trigger
that comes your way. This tool isn't just for the
major life crisises or triggers. It can be used every day.
