quite a challenge. With the advent of the Internet, there's
many more resources available to somebody who's trying to track
down a lost life insurance policy. Some of the resources

include trying to find the name of the current company
that holds life insurance policy. Over the years, companies have
acquired other companies, change your company names, and such. There
are certain websites where you can go to such as ambst,
which is a rating service, the link to which can

where you can research a company's name. Other resources you
can go to are your state Department of Insurance, so
for whichever state you live in, there is a state
insurance department. They can oftentimes help you track down the
life insurance company. Other resources include the Medical Information Bureau,

which can help you track down a policy that was
issued in the last five or ten years. Those are
just some of the basic resources out there. A key
tip here is to not pay somebody to find a
lost life insurance policy for you. The resources available to
them are the same resources that are available to you.
