Marilee Sears is a coach for dentists who helps them realize how to increase their production while reducing stress. I know many fellow dentists that have worked with Marilee, and her work is always highly regarded.
Marilee is the daughter of a dentist, and she shares some of the personal experiences that shaped her outlook on life and work. She explains how her father was imprisoned by his practice, and how despite a fulfilling career in which he served many people, he still wished at the end of his life that he'd done things differently.
