Hey everybody, welcome to the podcast.

It is a very sunny day here today, which makes me super happy because we had a bit of a rough go with very labor intensive calving because of all the big dumps of snow andthe colder temperatures.


And so we hauled a lot of babies in our purple calf sled to some straw beds under some shelters and in protected places.


(00:30):
It's been successful, so that makes us happy, but it has been labor intensive.
So having the sunshine come out today to melt all the snow is fabulous.
Our roads are so messy.
I have to be careful that I don't end up in the ditch because it's sloppy.
So it just makes a little added worry and Anxiety

I am definitely walking my talk and using my tools.
I do a lot of laughter yoga to shift the energy when I get to overthinking and overwhelmed.
And I do find it very empowering.
I have not made it to my seniors laughter yoga situation for three weeks because of the
weather and then they did have something else going on one of the weeks.

So I'm very much looking forward to getting back to that tomorrow.
And so
Let's do our laughter yoga exercise and let's breathe in.
Hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it and laugh it out.

That felt good.

Get rid of that energy that's stored in our body and in our energies.

So the world is feeling heavy.
So much going on.
And it's easy to overthink.
Feel overwhelmed.
Be angry.
You have to have our tools to vent it out.
I can't even stomp in my cow pasture right now because there's so much snow underneath that is mud and ice that I'm pretty limited on where I can go because I need to stay safe.

Because my cows sometimes are a little protective and I do not blame them, The babies are so cute!
And so with everything that's going on.
And so I'm really happy to have a guided meditation to support us.
And it's getting in the flow of abundance.
We even get to invoke the energy of Niagara Falls in it.

It is quite lovely.
It made me smile doing it.
And so I am looking forward to sharing that with you.
But today I want to also talk about a metaphysical law, which is the law of decision.
And so I'm really happy to have you here today.

We still need to keep hope.
We still need to believe that good things can happen.
I'm also going to remind you to make sure that you are noticing and appreciating all the good things.
As in today, I am very much noticing and appreciating the sunny spot.

I am very much appreciating the fact that this snow is melting.
I'm also appreciating that I didn't have to go anywhere this morning.
It was a work from home day.
So make sure that when you're feeling all those feelings,
because again, the energy is heavy in the world, that you stop,

(04:25):
ground your energy, and then do some appreciation and gratitude.
Just to remind you that it's not all bad, because it's not all bad.
There is so many good things, rich conversations with friends.
It's wing Wednesday.
I might go to the restaurant here and have some.

(04:50):
Try to acknowledge and appreciate small things that make a huge difference in your energy.
We're not going to sleepwalk through our life.
We are going to practice awareness and appreciation and work through this stuff.
That's not so much fun, right?

(05:11):
Choose it.
Get comfortable with making decisions.
The law of decision says, "Choice creates a beginning. It creates a starting place."
It is a metaphysical summons, which allows the flow of possibilities.
I love that.
Everything starts by making the decision.

(05:33):
Allow the choice, which is yours to be made.
There's also the
Mel Robbins theory about 54321.
So if you're feeling stuck and you don't know how to make a choice,
or you're not sure that you should do something and you get yourself into that overthinking
and over-analysing, count.

(05:55):
54321 and then do something.
Some sort of forward action.
I struggled with this a little bit because of our hypnotherapy situation where we count down into relaxation.
543210.
So we're not doing the zero, but we are doing the 54321 to maybe tap into our subconscious

(06:18):
and tap into a forward movement energy.
I'm still working on how this is going to play out in my life,
but I've tried it a couple times when I've been indecisive and I have found that it's worked for me.
So keep that in your back pocket to use.

(06:40):
Now, thinking about decisions as choices is appealing.
You have the choice. It is a blessing.
Let's get used to it as a positive.
In fact, let's begin to get comfortable with our ability to choose and make decisions.
Let's face the fact that since everything starts with the decision,

(07:01):
it's a natural part of creating and it's natural to you.
I like that.
If we look at decisions as choices, the energy of it is not as heavy.
It's a choice that I'm making.
I am choosing to count down 54321 and do something, or I am choosing not to.

(07:24):
When it's a choice, it has a different energy to it.
It feels more positive to us.
Now, many times it seems easy to put off making a decision for fear of making a mistake.
We know that, don't we?
But then there also comes with that the agony of indecision as a negative energy.

(07:47):
Then it all becomes very hard to make your choice to decide is actually a freedom.
The door is wide open and flow happens.
With ease and comfort, you are able to go forward because you have decided,
or perhaps you have made a choice to go forward.
And while each decision you make usually creates a whole series of other decisions,

(08:13):
let's say the more the merrier, it becomes clear then that there really can be no mistakes like that too.
It's just a matter of making another decision or choice.
So with patience and compassion for yourself,
you can gain more comfort with the process of decision making.

(08:36):
We must prevail. We got this. to accomplish anything though decisions are to be made.
Getting comfortable with making decisions allows the process of accomplishment to flow more easily for you.
And you wouldn't give up your ability to choose now would you?
As we embrace it rather than fight it, we can get comfortable with this natural process of deciding,

(09:03):
with making choices.
Before you know it, your confidence increases as well because the more decisions you make,the more confident you become,
and then the more confident you become, the more choices you will make.
Therefore, let the flow of possibilities begin, make the choice and create,

(09:28):
invoke the law of decision.
How does that feel? Does that all make sense to you on an energy level, on a practical level, on a conscious level?
We get to decide, but we have the freedom of choice.
We can choose to do something, we can also choose not to.

(09:51):
We can choose to collaborate with someone, we can also choose not to.
We can choose to answer a message, we can also choose not to.
We are constantly making choices, and I think perhaps we can get tangled up though in overthinking and overwhelmed.

(10:12):
So we're going to release that, maybe count, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, do something.
See how it all works out.
See where it takes you, see what possibilities it invokes.
Release impossibilities.
Alright, so with that, we're going to make choices, we are going to make decisions, we are going to move forward,

we are going to invoke possibilities.
So let's do my favorite laughter exercise.

Eyes are closed and let's take three big deep breaths.
Three big deep breaths as you begin to release and let go.
Begin to focus on the sound of my voice and allow all the other sounds to drift into the background.

(12:48):
They are simply unimportant to pay attention to at this time.
If you find your mind drifting, just come back. There's no way to do this wrong.
Allow the sounds or the distractions just allow them to help you to relax even more.

(13:11):
As you bring your attention to your feet, your legs and from your toes to your knees.
You become aware of your legs relaxing.
Every breath takes you deeper as this lovely relaxation moves up into your thighs, your hips and your stomach muscles are relaxing as well.

(13:44):
And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you go, the deeper you go, the more relaxed you become, giving yourself the gift of this time and space.
Breathing and being, letting yourself relax deeply and completely.

(14:05):
This lovely relaxation now continues moving upward, into your solar plexus across the chest area,
into your shoulders and moving down through your arms, your hands, your fingers and your neck muscles are relaxing.
Each and every breath helps you to relax even more.

(14:31):
Breathing and being, being and breathing.
Every breath you breathe in, you're breathing in the relaxation to the body, positives to your mind.
With every exhalation, you're releasing any discomfort from the body and any negatives from the mind.

(14:56):
And now this relaxation keeps moving up, in through the scalp, across your forehead, down over your eyelids, your facial muscles, your jaw muscles and your physical body relaxes deeply, completely with every breath.

(15:18):
In a moment, I'm going to count backwards from 5 down to 0.
And you're going to become even more deeply relaxed and able to enter the imagery state when we reach 0.

As you drift more comfortably down into this relaxation, a
crystal clarity comes through like a strong yes. It's clear to
you now, because even as you do deepen your energy into this

(16:24):
relaxation even more somewhere, it stirs from deep inside of
you. You know about the flow. You know that abundance is right
here right now, and all you need to do is tap into it. Simply
visualize and imagine you have it with any or all of your

(16:49):
senses. You have it. The ability to be unlimited. You walk in
the unlimited flow of energy. You attract it and you allow it.
You do this because you believe more and more each day in the

(17:13):
unlimited flow of energy that comes to you. Your deeper mind is
open, receiving and allowing these ideas, these images that
support your ongoing, never ending, flow of positive energy. As you

(17:36):
impress these pictures and images, feelings of abundance and
positive energy flow on your subconscious. You begin to see the
results in your reality. Visualize or imagine yourself in a
series of scenes that show you are in the flow when you are at

(17:59):
home, when you are at work, when you are in your vehicle, wherever
you are, whomever you are with, you see yourself in the flow.
And abundance is all around and all through. Abundance of love,

(18:23):
abundance of people, abundance of dollars, everywhere you go,
you seem to just have the ability and the capability to attract
and allow all positive good to come your way. You remain in a
feel good state, even in your conscious reality. Because you

(18:48):
know that a happy spirit, a positive expectation, a steadfast
confident assumption and a higher connection keeps the door wide
open for you to receive as you allow it to come through.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.

(19:15):


And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.

(19:42):
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.

And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.

And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.
And you are in the flow of positive energy flow on your subconscious.

What if the strength of all that kind of energy we're flowing right up to
and through your door, would it feel unlimited?
How expansive can you imagine it to be?
All of that powerful, positive, perhaps a little sparkly energy,

flowing right up to and through your door.
All that powerful and positive energy, perhaps it's even a little sparkly,
very vibrant and it's flowing right up to and through your door.

(21:47):
And it feels unlimited.
It feels expansive.
It feels full of possibilities, opportunities and blessings.
Feel what you feel.
Know what you know.
See what you see.

(22:08):
Hear what you hear and experience what you experience.
Now as you've soaked all that in, visualize and imagine yourself at the top of your symbolic staircase.
With that flow of positive energy all around you and you are in it,

(22:34):
you are open to receive and allow your positive abundance.
With ever stepped down, you reinforce all that is always unlimited
with the left foot first.
Twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, fourteen, thirteen, thirteen,

(23:08):
eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, zero,

(23:36):
drifting deeper now.
Any old ideas that remain simply break up and fall away,
walking forward into the positive domain, you become confidently in full ownership

(24:00):
of the positive flow of energy, the flow of abundance, and nothing can stop you now.
Because once you have realized this, it must always be.
You can try to stop it, but the harder you try, the more difficult it becomes.

(24:23):
Be in the flow, accept it, and allow it.
Realize you have full use of the law of abundance, that all is always unlimited.
And by your participation in it, things double and triple into even more flow

(24:45):
and even more abundance.
You got this.
Because this is your positive focusing,
and a positive focusing can only bring about positive results.
And that is how your mind and body responds.

(25:10):
So as the image is paid for now, the strength of them stays with you.
As we reinforce the good, the positive and the true at zero,
and then with a deep cleansing breath in.

(25:32):
Nice. One more, one more deep cleansing breath in.
Release.
You're going to bring back the importance of this experience with you.
Now at one with another deep cleansing breath in, and release.
And now two, three, four, five.

(25:58):
Eyes open wide away.
One, two, three, four, five.
Eyes open wide away.
One, two, three, four, five.
Eyes open wide away, and a word.
Wasn't that lovely?
Didn't that feel really good?

Getting into that flow of abundance and possibilities and experiences.
We can do this. You guys.
We got this.
