Hey everybody, welcome to the podcast on this fine day.

(00:13):
It is getting ready for winter and shipping the calf crop season right now, so it's busy,
but cute and delightful.
I had a client come out yesterday and all my favorite cows almost.
There was a couple missing, but the pretty highlands and some of the other favorites all

(00:36):
came up to the fence to say hi.
Really, they thought I should be giving them grain, but I didn't have any with me.
And so I took it as they were coming to say hi because they understand their job on
this ranch.
To come look pretty, let people admire them.

(00:56):
I was totally entertained.
It is funny how often that does happen.
I'll have a client coming in person and the cows will come up to say hi.
It's, it's cute.
Other times I have to call them that is also cute.
But I think the moms are getting ready for the babies to go or get tired of being

(01:20):
moms right now because they're big and it's a lot.
They always entertains me when we first wean them.
The moms are like, oh yeah, then they rest and they visit and they chill out until the
milk comes in, then they get a little antsy and then as soon as that is over with, they're
like, okay, good.

(01:40):
Move it on.
It is, it's really fun and totally fascinating to watch.
My bulls have been segregated because we don't want them to visit the neighbors and do the
job there.
Luckily, the one bull I had who enjoyed doing that, his name was Arthur.

He was really good at it.
There's a few speckle ladies in my neighbors heard that are courtesy of Arthur, but he is
no longer on this ranch.
And so I don't think they're going to have any of my speckles this year, which I hope
they're happy about.
Oh, even last year, even my black speckle bull got in there, so they might not notice though

(02:30):
if they had any of his babies.
They still want to do their job.
Good boys, that's their job, but yeah, not at the neighbors, not at the neighbors.
I also have a bull who hurt his leg, so he's in a confinement, 10 recovering right now.

(02:51):
And when I go out there to do my horse chores, he moves at me, but it's these really gentle
moves and they sound so sweet and loving.
But yesterday, when I went out to do my horse chores, he didn't move at me and he was laying
in the shed and I thought, oh no, I hope you haven't deceased.
And I'm like standing there going heart of joy.

Hey, buddy, heart of joy.
Are you alive?
And then he would build his ears and I was like, woof.
Stressed me for a few minutes there.
It was really cold though, so he was curled up staying warm, which I get, but he's usually
greeting me and moving at me and having a little conversation.

(03:36):
So I'm just glad that that was a short list for us is when you have animals, you just never
know.
Never know.
So we get to ship the babies next week and then the vets coming out to see if everybody's
pregnant.
Another favorite day because I get up close and personal with every single one of them

(03:58):
and celebrate.
Oh, love it.
Yes.
October is always a busy cow month, so I can't really plan too much else, but totally worth
it.
Totally worth it.
We had Thanksgiving last weekend and it was totally amazing.
We played a lot of sparkle and you know with my mom and the boys.

(04:25):
It was good.
It's a turkey, Costco pumpkin pie with cool whip, delicious.
It was a really great weekend as we gear up for the rest of this busy month.
That's okay.
That's okay.
I hope you all are finding things to be thankful for and giving out that energy you have

gratitude to attract more.
The meditation I have for you today is all about that.
It is getting in the flow, which is totally crazy because the Oracle card this morning was
the very same thing.
In case you missed the daily Oracle inspiration this morning, I'll read it to you.

Just like a meandering river, life curves, bends and finds its way forward.
And when the path doesn't look straight, this is your reminder to trust the current.
When you let go of control and move with what's unfolding, your energy expands, feeling
flows and clarity returns.

Let go of judgment.
Forgive what's behind you.
Flow toward what feels light and true.
Life moves for you, not against you.
Isn't that delightful?

And then I was tuning in to see what meditation to do and the flow meditation came up.
And I'm like, God at universe, thanks for your supporting guidance.
The other thing I want to share from my website and Facebook page is the energy shifting,
which will be tonight, Thursday evening.

We're going to shift and release discouragement that might be weighing you down and bringing
insight and self assurance to support creative problem solving.
You're also going to get a deep chakra cleanse and balance to clear overwhelm and restore
clarity and focus so you can move through the rest of your week with more ease and confidence.

So you can go to my website and give me a like or a comment to give me permission or actually
you can just say, "Out loud that I have permission and energetically it'll go to you to say yes.
I want the energy clearing shifting releasing from the psychic how, girl.
This doesn't have to be complicated if we don't make it complicated."

Or you go to Facebook and Instagram and give a like or an emoji and you will get the energy
clearing because it doesn't happen without your permission.
You get to choose your boundaries, you get to choose who gets into your energy and who
it doesn't.
Don't forget that.
Because sometimes it's not that we forget but we can feel an obligation or perhaps it's

just how things have been done and we need to change those cycles.
I love this time of year because it does feel like closings and endings and beginnings
for me energetically.
I don't really know for sure why but that's how it feels so I go with it.

(07:52):
And it works for me so very good, very good, yay!
Say it with me, very good, very good, yay!
One more time, very good, very good, yay!
So with the guided meditation that we have about being in flow, it is something we really

(08:17):
should be aware of right now because how often do your plans get changed or you have certain
things scheduled and it doesn't work out.
And so if we are resisting that and getting upset and angry, it doesn't really help anything

(08:38):
does it.
But if we can put ourselves in the flow of the energy when things shift, twist and change
which they're doing, often, I'm so grateful for my client yesterday she was able to shift
and change with me because we were supposed to do it in the afternoon and then something
came up that I needed to get done in the afternoon.

(08:59):
So we switched it to the morning but when these things happen we can feel the universe
as a gainstice and be annoyed and frustrated or we can take a nice breath in, let it out
and say that's okay because I can work around that, I can reschedule, I can be in the flow
of life with all its twists and turns and shenanigans sometimes but there's always good

(09:28):
things because perhaps if she came in the afternoon she wouldn't have got to see my cow is presenting
themselves to her, right?
It's okay, get comfortable with shifting and knowing that things may not go as planned

(09:49):
but that you can always figure it out.
We have choices and we can choose to be frustrated, angry, mad, stomp around and sometimes we
need to do that to vent out the energy so it doesn't get stuck or we can get creative
in problem solving and shift and go a different direction.

(10:12):
It's totally up to us, we do have those choices.
Try not to stay stuck in your patterns.
We need to blow those patterns up and change it and move into something fresh, not always
easy but always worthwhile.

(10:33):
As I'm doing this podcast the phone rings and I have the nudge to answer it because it
is somebody I really wanted to talk to about a project I'm working on that does make me
angry and like I said last week I decided not to stay mad but to get motivated and I needed

(10:55):
the pieces of information that she gave me.
So let's celebrate that, ready?
There we go, very good, yay!
So with your overthinking I've told you before that humming helps.
I have something else that helps that's totally entertaining to me right now.

So what I want you to do is I want you to laugh but laugh with your mouth closed because
then it's going to be like a humming sensation and it is totally entertaining.
So I'm going to give you a few seconds, just go ahead and try that now.
Isn't that fun?

(11:51):
And it's hard to keep your mouth closed just like doing silent laughter that is hard especially
when you're in a group, you're bound just to burst out laughing.
It's awesome because as you know I love these tools for overthinking because we do get caught
in that trap and we need to shift ourselves out of it.

(12:16):
All right well let's go ahead and shift gears and do our guided imagery now.
As you become aware of your breathing I invite you to notice it for a few moments.

(12:43):
Take these moments to appreciate your breath.
Let's take three big deep breaths as deeply as you can that feels comfortable as you begin

(13:04):
to release and let go.
These are the breaths that signal it's time to go within.

(13:37):
One more big deep breath and release.
As your own normal natural breathing begins to occur allow the sense of imagining a gentle,

(14:00):
firm comforting safe, balmy breeze as it wows around your body around your head, neck
and shoulders and as with every breath as the breeze continues to move gently around

(14:23):
your body so do you gently and easily begin to release and let go.
Becoming more and more comfortable with every breath across the upper back circling around

(14:45):
through the chest, a warm and nurturing feeling as the breeze continues to comfort you.
Down both arms, hands and fingers as you release and let go.
Just letting go now.

(15:09):
And with every breath you take you may begin to wonder are you breathing the breeze or
is the breeze breathing you.
With every breath the breeze continues with every breath the breeze continues circling

(15:39):
around through the mid back and around through your silver plexus.
Every breath taking you deeper and deeper into this lovely relaxation feeling safe, feeling
comforted.
The gentle sensations of this warm, balmy breeze as it continues around through the lower

(16:04):
back and circling around through your abs, release and letting go.
Doing more and more comfortable with every breath.
The breeze continues moving around your body around your thighs, knees, calves, ankles

(16:27):
and around your ear feet.
Now and with every breath becoming completely and thoroughly comfortable, calm and at ease.
So now at five, four, three, two, one, zero, deeply, deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed.

(16:59):
As you drift, more comfortably down into relaxation, a crystal clarity comes through like a strong
breath.
Yes, it's clear to you now because even as you do deep and even more somewhere it stirs

(17:21):
from deep inside of you, you know about the flow, you know that abundance is right here,
right now and all you need to do is tap into it.
Simply visualize or imagine.
You have it with any or all of your senses, you have it, the ability to be unlimited.

(17:51):
You walk in the unlimited flow of energy, you attract it and you allow it.
You do this because you believe more and more each day in the unlimited flow of energy
that comes to you.
Your deeper mind is open, receiving and allowing these ideas, these images, these feelings

(18:20):
that support your ongoing, never-ending flow of positive energy as you impress these pictures
and feelings, have abundance and positive energy flow on your subconscious, you begin to

(18:40):
see the results in your reality.
It has shift.
Visualize or imagine yourself in a series of scenes that show you that you are in the
flow when you are at home, when you are at work, when you are in the vehicle, wherever

(19:12):
you are, whomever you are with, you see yourself in the flow and abundance is all around
and all through you.
Abundance of love, abundance of positive people, abundance of dollars, everywhere you go,

(19:39):
you seem to just have the ability and the capability to attract and allow all positive
good to come your way.
You remain in a feel good state.
Confession in your conscious reality because you know that a happy spirit, a positive expectation,

(20:07):
a steadfast, confident assumption and a higher connection keeps the door wide open for you
to receive as you allow it to come through.
You got this.
I believe in you.

(20:28):
And where does it come from?
This positive flow of energy, it comes from a source way stronger than this.
But if you could imagine and visualize the energy flow, perhaps of Niagara Falls for
just a moment, that power that strength, that determination,

(20:54):
it could start you out in the right direction.
What if the strength of all that kind of energy were flowing right up to and through your
door?
Would it feel unlimited?

(21:16):
How expansive can you imagine it to be?
This is what we are tapping into, tuning into to create more positive flows of energy in
our life.
Now, visualize and imagine yourself at the top of your symbolic staircase that is safe,

(21:42):
that is beautiful, that is connected to your soul.
You're at the top of your staircase with the flow of positive energy all around you and
you are in it.

(22:03):
You are open to receive and allow your positive abundance with every step down.
You reinforce all is always unlimited with the left foot first, 20.

Drifting deeper now as you are confidently at the bottom of your staircase.
Any old ideas that remain simply break up and fall away, walking forward into the positive

domain, you become confidently in full ownership of the positive flow of energy, the flow of
abundance, and nothing can stop you now.
Because once you have realized this, it must always be.
You can try to stop it, but the harder you try, the more difficult it becomes.

(23:39):
Be in the flow, accept it and allow it, realize you have full use of the law of abundance.
That all is always unlimited, and by your participation in it, things double and triple into even

(24:00):
more flow and even more abundance.
You can go up discouragement and tap into this abundance energy.
Because this is your positive focusing, and a positive focusing can only bring about

(24:21):
positive results.
And that is how your mind and body responds.
So let's allow the images to fade for now.
The strength of them stays with you as we reinforce the good, the positive and the
true at zero, and then with a deep cleansing breath in, bring back the importance of this

(24:49):
experience with you now at one with another deep cleansing breath in and release.
And now at two, three, four, five, eyes open, wide awake, one, two, three, four, five, eyes

(25:11):
open, wide awake and alert.
Nice.
So as we continue this October adventures, I hope with this guided imagery, you will
be more in the flow of your life and be able to attract those things that you want.

(25:37):
Because this is October, so we are working on attracting things that we want more in our
life and doing things that we want to do more in our life without over thinking and making
it complicated.
Feel what you feel, know what you know, see what you see, hear what you hear.

(25:59):
Pay attention to your dreams that night.
There's lots of messages coming in for us.
Pay attention to your energy, what lights you up, what drives you down, what nourishes
your soul, what depletes your soul.
Let's just give ourselves the gifts of being more aware and then using that awareness to

(26:27):
be in the flow and attract more good things.
We can do this.
We do know how to do this.
Sometimes life just gets heavy and busy and we forget, I guess, or we don't take the
time to do these things.
So if we can slow ourselves down just a little bit, ground our energy and be in the flow.

(26:53):
We can do it.
And if you find yourself out of the flow, just give yourself the gift of coming back, being
kind to yourself and understanding, this is a journey, this life, it's an adventure, it's
a process.
For the courageous, sometimes to shake my head.

(27:17):
And other times I smile a lot.
