Hey everybody, welcome to the podcast.

How is it going?
I have to tell you, last week, the energy shift and release that I did for the group was
on anger and betrayal and it was huge.
(00:28):
It is the highest of all the energy shifting.
I've been doing for the last what, 10 years.
This one was the highest.
So much so that it actually froze my program and I had to stop and let it do its thing.
(00:52):
And so we are going to do it again this week because I want to make sure I got it all
because it didn't stop the way it normally does.
Yeah, that was kind of wild.
Kind of wild.
And so I'm going to encourage you all to say yes to that and let's shift this energy.

I get it.
There are a lot of reasons to feel angry and betrayed, and being aware of that is good.
Being able to acknowledge that that's how you're feeling and then process it is even
better.
(01:38):
Process it, understand it and then shift through it so that it's there when you need it,
but it's not taking over your life.
Does that make sense?
I get it.
There's lots to be angry and betrayed about and there's lots of it going on in the world
(02:03):
but we need to ground ourselves, understand that's what we're feeling, shift through it so
that it's not constant because if you're in a constant state of anger and feeling
betrayed, it is really hard to get anything done.
(02:24):
It makes your whole energy feel bumpy rather than smooth and calm and we want smooth and
calm so that we can access our intuition so that we can make decisions with clarity and
move forward with confidence.
Yeah, I was a little surprised energetically.
(02:48):
It took a lot out of me.
It took me a couple days to recover from it to replenish my own energy stores when I shifted
that big of an energy.
Yeah.
So thank you for letting me do that for you but at the same time, let's do it again and

make sure we got it all because that was a lot.
That was a lot.
So as you all may or may not know, I love oracles.
I love little card decks.
I like that it's bite sized information.
That's why I do a daily oracle card.

So when I was getting ready to do the podcast, I thought hey, these little mindfulness cards
I have are calling out to me.
So I pulled one to share with you and this is totally fascinating.
There is no control.
And here's the message much of the conflict we face in our day to day lives is related

to our desire to always be in control.
What would it be like to relax our need to be in charge of what happens to us and other
people?
The world continues doing what it does, whether we get involved or not.
Consider your own body.
(04:17):
So much just happens without you doing anything at all.
Your heart pumps, your digestive system digest and your mind remembers to come back to the
present when it has become distracted.
Nice right?

What would it be like to relax our need to be in charge of what happens to us and other
people?
The world continues doing what it does, whether we get involved or not.
Now isn't that pretty profound?
If you're like me, you're going to have to ponder and percolate on that for a while.

So much of what we experience we do to ourselves.
And it's not good or bad.
Again, practice mindfulness to yourself, along with the mindfulness.
If you have emotional wounds that haven't been healed, if you have triggers and you know

what?
Everybody does.
You are not alone.
You are not the only person.
But you do have to figure out your own way to process, to have a life that is a little more
peaceful, a little more calm so that you feel safe in it.
(05:47):
All of that stuff that we're working on on a daily basis because we're on this spiritual
journey.
Yeah.
It's interesting.
So that mindfulness card, yeah, it's a lot to digest.
So give yourself some grace.
(06:09):
I will maybe make a little infographic for it and post it.
Yeah.
What if?
And so another little deck I have that a friend gave me that I absolutely adore.
They're called moments of gratitude.
Yeah.

So I'm just going to tune in and pull one of these for us.
Now that we found out we need to try to release our wanting to control everything.
Let's have a little positivity.
And the gratitude card today says, what are you looking forward to?

Yay.
What are you looking forward to?
You know practicing our gratitude and having things to look forward to is very important
for us to have a positive mindset.
What am I looking forward to?
Oh, so many things.

I'm officiating a wedding this weekend.
I am so looking forward to that because it just makes my heart happy to be part of somebody's
special day and to help them make the part I do with them fabulous because lots of times
the bride and groom are nervous.
And with my skill set, I'm really good at calming nervous systems, having them be present,
(07:41):
having them have the experience of saying their vows and doing all of that in a nice little
bubble.
This is why you hire the psychic cowgirl to do your wedding, right?
And so I'm very much looking forward to that.
It will be so much fun.

And other things like make sure that you have things on your list that you're looking forward
to as you're releasing and processing, right?
We can do this.
We got this.
So the guided imagery I have for you today is receiving positive energy.

Now my hypnothapy classes, I took a whole series.
But I noticed that there's probably six different versions of positive energy, like invoking
(08:51):
it, connecting to it, tuning into it.
And so I've picked one thinking it was one of the other ones and then it's this other one.
And I just found that interesting because I didn't realize there was so many different versions,
which tells us that there's different approaches to invoking our positive energy.
(09:14):
But it also tells us how important it is to make sure we do have those times or big chunks
of time, hopefully, where we are in a positive energy.
And sometimes we're not as good at receiving as we are at giving.
(09:35):
And so really take the time to give yourself the gift of listening to this guided meditation
and receiving the positive energy that I'm helping the universe send to you.
I do a blessing boost with the energy clearing, either a blessing boost or a chakra.
(09:57):
It's in balance because we need to be receiving and we need to make sure that we have those
positive energies to balance out the chaos.
And we can't get away from the chaos.
It's part of the deal in the world right now.
And we just need to deal with it.
Easier said than done for sure.

For sure.
I can't even not laugh when I say laughter yoga.
It's amazing you guys.
I'll never say enough to things about it.
And so speaking of amazing, let's do our favorite.

Repeat after me or say it with me and then repeat it.
Let's give a double dose if we need it.

When I first started doing that one saying that I am amazing definitely felt bumpier and
a little more uncomfortable than saying you are amazing or we are amazing.
So pay attention to that.
We are so hard on ourselves.

I also want to do the prayer of kindness as part of our mindfulness on this podcast right
now.
So first of all, let's send it to yourself.

May I be safe?
May I be happy?
May I be healthy?
May I live life with ease?
May you be safe?

May you be healthy?
May you be happy?
May you live life with ease?
May all beings be safe?
May all beings be happy?

May all beings be healthy?
May all beings live with ease?
If you have somebody in your life that is being difficult.
Say their first name or their full name.
May whoever it is be safe.

May whoever it is be happy.
May whoever it is be healthy.
May whoever it is lived with ease.
And you can repeat this as many times as you need to.
If you are feeling anxious, if you are feeling stressed, start repeating this.

May I be safe?
May I be healthy?
May I be happy?
May I live life with ease?
As you all know, I love little tools that are instantaneous and that you can use to
calm your nervous system and to release your stress so you can move forward in those moments.
And I like these two exercises, the amazing one and the kindness one because we are also

giving the energy to ourselves.
And we need it just as much as everybody else.
You are worth it.
You are 100% are worth it.
Okay, so for other funsies, I have a little deck called Pocket Oracle of the Fairies.

And so I am going to pull one of those for us.
Yeah, I am totally into the little Oracle cards today.
Because I have a meeting later about developing a program and so this is all on my mind.
Okay, if this is what the energy is, let's just embrace it and see where it takes us.

The Fairy card is motivation.
I might feel called out a little bit there.
I have been having motivation though.
I am working on a pretty big project and it's going very well.
So as I look up, here's what the message is for motivation.

The Flower Fairies also called Pilly, oh my goodness, Pilly Wiggins, Pilly Wiggins, that
is quite the word.
They are super excited to fly into your cards.
They know you have a special task at hand and they are here to encourage you to get on
with it.

Scented candles or flower essences will help you tune into the Flower Fairies.

We're colorful clothing so that you can tune into the Flower Fairies who will help you with
motivation.
Call on the Flower Fairies if you feel you are lacking motivation.
It's said that the best way to get something done is to ask a busy person or in this case

some busy fairies.
They might not do the job for you but they will certainly help to motivate you.
You can connect to them easily by being outside next to some flowers or inside your home
near a potted plant in bloom.
For fairies I call on thee to motivate and inspire me.

The Flower Fairies believe a sign or two over the coming days or weeks just pay extra attention.
So you don't miss the creative ways in which they impart their flowery wisdom.

Alright, so now I'm going to do our guided meditation to connect you to be open to receiving
(17:09):
positive energy as you become aware of breathing.
Just notice it for a few moments.
Take these moments to appreciate your breath, breathing and being, being and breathing.

Then let's take three big deep breaths as deeply as you can as you begin to release and let
go.
These are the breaths that signal.
It's time to go with them.
Let's go.

As your own normal, natural breathing begins to occur.
Allow the sense of imagining a gentle, warm, balmy breeze as it wafes around your body,
around your head, neck and shoulders.
(18:47):
And as with every breath, as the breeze continues to move gently around your body, so do
you gently and easily begin to release and let go.
Becoming more and more comfortable with every breath.
(19:09):
Across the upper back, circling around through the chest, a warm and nurturing feeling as
the breeze continues to comfort you.
From both arms, hands and fingers as you release and let go.
(19:33):
Just letting go now.
And with every breath you take, you may begin to wonder, are you breathing the breeze or
is the breeze breathing you?
Being and breathing, breathing and being.
Bring yourself the gift of this time and space.

With every breath, the breeze continues circling around through the mid back and around
through your solar plexus.
Every breath taking you deeper and deeper into this relaxation energy.
The gentle sensation of the warm, balmy breeze as it continues around through the lower

back and circling around through your abs, releasing and letting go.
Becoming more and more comfortable with every breath.
The breeze continues moving around your body, around your thighs, knees, your calves,
(20:39):
ankles and around through your feet.
Now and with every breath, becoming completely and thoroughly comfortable, calm and at ease.
So now at five, four, three, two, one, zero, deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed.

So it appears that you have had so much going on and you've been pulled this way and that
with all the issues, stress and concerns.
And the truth is, nobody can handle a bunch.
Now it's time to let it all go.

As now you are feeling more relaxed in your body, let's create an opportunity for you to
clear your mind.
Open the door of your imagination wider to include an image or a feeling of pure positive
energy.
(21:53):
As though like a river flowing through your life, it is ever present, golden and wide it flows,
pouring forth with ever constant, pure positive energy.
How about connecting with that right now?
Visualize and imagine it.
(22:15):
Like it stretches out before you and you could step into it and walk along feeling its
strength and pure positive vibrational energy.
Once you step into it, it also follows you and flows with you anywhere and everywhere
(22:36):
you go.
Visualize and imagine a day filled with walking in the golden energy path, driving in the
golden energy path, being alone or with others in the golden energy path.
(23:03):
Not only is it relaxing, but also strengthening and confidence building.
Sometimes you might just like to float in this golden, pure positive energy path.
Like right now, because of its rejuvenating qualities, it cleanses and clears you.
(23:32):
Every breath that you take, you become more and more relaxed.
Like you are floating in a little boat down the pure positive energy stream.
And as you go, you drop a hand over the side of the little boat and let your fingers release
(24:02):
whatever you no longer need or want.
Let it all go now.
Again, let your fingers release whatever you no longer need or want.
(24:29):
As you continue floating down the pure positive energy stream with your hand over the side
and your fingertips releasing whatever you no longer need or want.
Let it all go now.
I'm going to give you a few moments to release whatever it is you no longer need or want.

Release and let go.
Let it all go.
The pure positive energy releases you as well as strengthens you.

And as it cleanses you and clears you now, as you drift even deeper, you become even more
relaxed and comfortable.
You are giving yourself the gift of relaxing your mind and your body.

The pure positive energy is rejuvenating you, refreshing you and replenishing you.
Let it in.
Let the pure positive energy come to you and let it in.

You are restoring now.
You are becoming the you, relaxed and easy the one you know.
You are recognizing your true self once again, the confident you.
The pure positive waves of energy have done their good job now.

You are feeling the benefits.
You are restored, refreshed, realligned and ready to go.
And the pure positive energy golden path is always here for you whenever you feel the

need replenished.
You can go forward now with a clean slate, restored, refreshed, realligned as you are made
new and as you bring back with you from this journey today, the good, the positive and

the true into your conscious outer awake life.
All the benefits as the subconscious and conscious work in harmony now at zero to reinforce.
And at one, two, three, four, five eyes open wide away.

How did that feel?
Oftentimes, like I said earlier, receiving is harder for us than giving.

And we need to be open to receive positive energies because that is also how our intuition
will show up.
