Hey everybody, welcome to the podcast. It is a lovely day here this morning. The grass is nice and green.

(00:11):
I didn't get a podcast done last week because it was very busy getting ready for some cow things. We had a busy cow weekend, which was great.
Everything got done and now my bulls are in with my cows, so they're not behaving badly anymore. Yay, they're very happy.
Everything is going well. So yay, we're having rain showers regularly so far, so good. So we don't have to worry so much about fires.

(00:43):
Although I will say this morning, there was a fire to the north of me, and I watched it from the top of my hill.
The fire crews and the fire trucks all got there very, very timely and put it out. So I'm very happy because it still is very triggering.
It's interesting right now. My daily Oracle card today is called healing chaos.

(01:09):
And it's from the sacred destiny Oracle cards, and I just want to read this to you because it is so timely.
The sacred landscape wants you to know when you receive this card, it acknowledges potential chaos or the need for chaos as an activator for profound healing.
If your life seems chaotic, know that it has an underlying energy of healing. You're being healed on all levels. Perhaps you are a healer.

Alternatively, if your life is calm to the point of being stagnant, this card suggests that it might be time to create a bit of chaos in your life.
It will activate healing. Do the unexpected mix life up a bit.
Yeah, there is chaos though isn't there. I mean, sometimes it's very interesting.

(02:08):
But if we can look at it as it has a purpose and we're healing things that are coming up, it does make it a little bit easier to process. Right.
Sorry, I just was watching a cat walk across.

(02:31):
I had to go out this morning and get some string that the cat had stuck in its mouth. They're so entertaining, but they do keep me busy.
All right. So if your life is feeling a little chaotic, perhaps one of the things you can do to help understand it and maybe shift the energy shift your perspective is look at and feel what is it bringing up for you.

(02:57):
And then you can just acknowledge it. He let it go.
I have noticed that some chaos that's happened recently, and I just have been able to acknowledge it.
Okay, well, this is happening. This is how it goes. And I will say this, it hasn't pained me.

(03:21):
And then you're body like it feels like an actual physical feeling can be a pain. It can be as easy feeling it can feel like a gut punch.
I notice that that happens less.
And I know it is the things that I use. I do guided meditations. I do energy clearings. And I do my laughter for well being program where I am using movement.

(03:50):
And I do my laughter to shift things out of my body so things don't get stuck and it works.
It really, really, really does.
And so I encourage you all to investigate that because it can be as weird or as wonderful as you want it to be.
And I want to say there's a laughter and joy fest event coming up in September that I'm part of where if you would like to experience some of this laughter for well being and laughter yoga.

You should come. It's going to be amazing.
And it helps me process things just by helping me be aware of my energy and using movement to shift it. I can't say enough good things about it. I really, really can't.

(04:49):
So let's go ahead and do my laughter yoga exercise that I love for the podcast. You're going to repeat after me.
You're going to feel and dance a little bit and sing it as you do it. As we all know, singing is not my forte, but I do it anyway.
So I am amazing. You are amazing.

(05:19):
We are amazing.
Again, with me, I am amazing. You are amazing. We are amazing.
I love that one. I do it in my Cal pasture often. I feel like my cows appreciate me doing it.

(06:00):
I feel like my cows are heavy at times and we need ways to shift it so that we can have clarity, calm, confidence, intuition is when we're spiraling and things are stuck.
We can block our intuition and perhaps we're having a trigger trauma response and we don't always tap into the clarity that we're seeking.

(06:27):
We can't always shift our energies so that we can proceed with clarity.
And laughter yoga is fun. And again, if you want to have a conversation about it and perhaps I can steer you into some directions for laughter yoga, I haven't finished my laughter yoga website yet.
I work in progress because I was feeling out how I want to approach it. I do a lot of biggest nerve exercises in my laughter yoga sessions.

(06:58):
And I do a lot of like very simple gentle movements to shift our energies and of course dancing because that is my absolute favorite.
I see that Dr. Katari has coming out with some new dance moves, some new dancing songs. I am so happy, very good, very good.

(07:23):
So happy about that because I am proof that it works.
Been dealing with some pretty heavy stuff for the last few years that I struggled to wrap my mind around because it doesn't make sense to me that people would treat other people the way they did.
And I have to accept that is truthful and reality and decide how I want to proceed.

(07:47):
And I'm doing that. I'm just disengaging.
You know, we end up in conflicts often and sometimes it's worth it to engage just order it out and sometimes it's not.
And we have to figure that out. That's an ongoing thing though, isn't it? Because people are messy.

(08:08):
But we can work through it again. You need your tools. I stomped in my posture as you will know if you've been listening. I use dancing. I have a stair stepber.
I love my Apple Watch to tell me, oh, this made you stressed. Ooh, this didn't. Sometimes it's wrong.
But it's still giving me good information. I love it. I like information. I like trying to figure out energies and how your brain works and what stresses you, what doesn't, what nourishes your soul.

(08:39):
Can you tell by the way I talk about it? It fascinates me.
And I love researching it. And it's things that I get to help my clients with.
And I have my wish for everybody is that they would be successful. But they would also understand what success means to them.
And they would have peace in their life. And they would be able to handle their situations with grace.

(09:09):
But also know when to handle it was a little fight, soonest.
Sometimes that is just exactly what's needed. We can do this.
And make sure that you know your acknowledging and tapping into the things that are joyous.

(09:32):
Because that's what makes life worthwhile. The people, the places, the experiences, all that.
The sun is just shining through my window now and that makes me super happy. Remember I am the person that will, you know, challenge the cats for the sun is bought. Absolutely.

(09:53):
I have horses that are calling to me right now. I can feel their energy as my one horse has to be on a strict diet or he overindulges.
And it's been so busy lately that I haven't kept a close enough eye on it. And we went to a ride him on Sunday and he was a little sore.
So now I got to be strict. And he's not very happy with me.

(10:18):
But he will be in a little while when I give him his medicine and then he gets to go eat some grass for a while.
But I have to plan it around my day and so that I can remember to bring him in on time.
A lot of management with wrench life, a lot of management.
So the guided imagery I have for you today is called the realm of the meadow. And it's just so delightful.

(10:44):
The realm of the meadow guided imagery is for renewal and positive transitions and we reinforce positives about going forward.
So that great. We do need to make sure we're focusing more on the positives and move forward in our life.
Okay, so we're going to go ahead and start that now.

(11:18):
Eyes are closed and let's take three big deep breaths.
Three big deep breaths as you begin to release and let go.
[silence]

(12:01):
Begin to focus on the sound of my voice and allow all the other sounds to drift into the background.
They are unimportant to pay attention to. They can only take you deeper into this lovely relaxation energy.

(12:29):
As you bring your attention to your feet, your legs and from your toes to your knees, you become aware of your legs relaxing.
Every breath takes you deeper now as this relaxation moves up into the thighs, the hips,

(12:57):
the stomach muscles, relaxing as well. And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you go, the deeper you go, the more relaxed you become.
This relaxation now continues moving upward, into the solar plexus, across your chest area, into your shoulders, and moving down through your arms, your hands, your fingers, and your neck muscles, completely relaxing, feeling calm, feeling at ease.

(13:43):
Each and every breath takes you deeper.
With every breath you breathe in, you're breathing in the relaxation to the body, the positives to your mind.
With every exhalation, you're releasing any discomfort from the body and any negatives from your mind.

(14:14):
And now this relaxation keeps moving up, in through the scalp, and across your forehead, down over your eyelids, your facial muscles, the jaw muscles.
And the physical body relaxes deeply, completely with every breath you breathe.

(14:41):
Giving yourself the gift of this time and space as you breathe and be.
Even if your concentration drifts away from the sound of my voice, just bring yourself back as you're breathing and being.

(15:02):
In a moment, when we count backwards from 5 to 0, you will enter the imagery state when we reach 0.
Deeply relaxed, breathing and being.
And now at 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed.

(15:37):
The door of your imagination opens. You walk along the way you know well. The wind suddenly changes.
The path takes a turn.
And you walk along a path in woods where you have never been.

(16:00):
It is different.
Close your hand.
When you open again, visible or invisible, you hold a special crystal.
It is yours and it can clarify, protect, guide.

(16:21):
It can do more.
Now you get ready.
Because everything lifts up.
The ground, the path, you up, up and up.

(16:47):
To the realm of the magic meadow.
And here you walk forward.
What does the magic meadow look like?
Take it all in with any or all of your senses.

See what you see.
Here what you hear.
Feel what you feel.
Know what you know.
What's all around you?
What are the things only you would notice?

Is you look in the reflection of the pool?
Is it the friendly helper that whispers to look beyond the surface reflection?

Look deeper and deeper into the quiet waters.
There is something there for you within.
What happens next?

Do you reach for it?
Or does it reach for you?
What happens here?
What do you find?
How do you feel about it?
See what you see, feel what you feel, know what you know.

Remember, your crystal has powers to clarify if you need it.

So, I hope that this realm of the meadow journey shifted your energy and is helping you to have a smile,

to move forward in a positive direction.
We are in this, and although at times, the chaos can feel like too much,
it's okay. You will get through it, and there's healing that will come out of it.

Focus a little bit maybe on some awareness, some self understanding.
It is entertaining to me because this healing chaos card that came up today that also talks about black bears,
and that is very significant to me for my childhood, and that is the stuff I've been working on healing, and I am succeeding.
