It is a hot sunny day here today, which is delightful.
And again, everybody's healthy and happy.
I am still waiting to see if one of my Highland cows has a baby.
I think I might have to give up hope.
She gets to do what she wants to do.

I hope you are taking some time to rejuvenate, to rest.
As I record this, it's summertime here, and it's been busier than I was expecting.
But such is life, isn't it?

And so I'm going to encourage all of you to take those opportunities to sit back, to take a moment, to be and just breathe.

If you're angry and are feeling betrayed,
you are not alone.
There is a lot of that.
And I think sometimes we just feel betrayed by life.
Things are hard or struggle.
And we can take it personally, which is understandable, because it's a personal experience.

I would like to invite you to try to change your perspective on it, I guess.
Part of the thing is we have to accept what is really happening.
And we don't always want to do that, do we?
So with that in mind, the energy shift that we're going to do Thursday evening

is shift and release stuck energies of anger and or betrayal that are causing uncertainty, a pivot or distress.
We're going to invoke clarity, acceptance and confidence to move forward in a way that is right for you.
Plus a blessing boost to invoke, attract and recognize positive experiences and opportunities.

I wish there was less anger in the world, but I also understand why anger is present.
And when I put out the poll for anger and betrayal, more people wanted the anger cleared.
But there was a few people that wanted both and I totally understand.

We need anger in our lives to show us emotions or energies that are not working or that we need to change.
It has its purpose.
But when it ends up being all consuming and you can't shift out of anger and shift out of betrayal, it becomes a huge problem in our lives.

I hope that makes sense.
I know when it was first beginning that menopause journey, I was angry a lot.
I wasn't sure why.
And so I had to come up with tools to shift out of it because it wasn't helping me.

It wasn't detracting from my life 100%.
Even though it was a reality, I needed tools to shift out of it.
And so that applies to the way our world is.
Because again, we talk about this every podcast, it's easy to get stuck in all the negative and not see the positive.

And we need to shift.
We're learning, we're growing, we're experiencing. And even the things that make us angry.
They're for us to experience it.
And so stomp around.
Yell or scream.
Do what you need to do.

To shift through your anger. Feel what you're feeling and process it.
And then let's shift and clear it.
Because it's going to be happening.
But we need to focus again.
As I say, every podcast on all the good stuff.
And while we process the challenges.

Feel what we feel. See what we see.
Hear what we hear. Know what we know.
And what we're doing right now is that taking the time to process and shift.
New awareness is clarity in different ways.

Is making its way into our life.
I can't tell you how many times I've gone, huh?
That should have seemed obvious, but it wasn't.
Okay. Instead of, you know, being down on myself or not knowing before,
I'm just saying, very cool.

Got it.
That works. I like it.
And we need to keep practicing these shifts in our emotional states.
Our awareness.
Because it makes way for more good things.
And to be kind to yourself.

You're doing the best that you can with what you know.
So let's grow what we know.
Let's shift.
Let's release some of the things we thought were true that maybe they don't serve us as truth anymore.
Let's work on being open to changing our perspectives.

It's interesting because one of the things I was guided just yesterday was to go to my website and let it be known that a session with me is a safe place.
I don't care about your politics.
I don't care what your belief system is.

I'm not sure how to put that into words, but that's the energy I feel.
Because there's so much bumpiness going on.
So that's that.
The Oracle card that came up today.
I absolutely love it says the sacred landscape wants you to know the meaning of this card is rich and very.

It cautions you to be flexible in your life, be willing to bend in yield.
There are times to stand strong, but there are also times to go around the situation rather than face it head on.
This card suggests being open to change.
It is also a fantastic card for abundance.

And prosperity. Yay.
Let's have more of that in our lives.
And it suggests that if you are flexible, prosperity can and will come your way in all areas.
Additionally, it suggests that a time of rapid growth is ahead.
Don't resist it.
The time is right for this surge of spiritual growth to occur.

Enjoy the rain when it happens.
When the storms happen, work through them.
It's going to be okay.
I do feel like we need to be more creative.
We need to think outside the box.

We need to shift our perspectives to create more of the good in our life.
Instead of getting sucked into the negative, that's my thoughts on that.
With that, though, I'm hearing a lot of sleep challenges happening.

And so I am creating some stuff for that.
But it's a work in progress.

So there must be a throat chakra connection to that.
I'm going to explore that a little more.
And imagery today, the guided imagery is a chakra.
clearing and balance as we need it.
As we get ready for a guided meditation.

Give yourself to get of this time and space.
Becoming aware of breathing.
Just notice it for a few moments.
Take these moments to gently focus on the breath.
Then let's take three big deep breaths.

Deeply but comfortably.
As we begin to release and then letting go.
These are the breastless signal.

It's time to go with them.
As the normal natural breathing begins occurring.
Imagine a gentle.
Warm.
Ball me breeze as it walks around.

And with every breath.
As the breeze continues to move gently around.
There's gently and easily releasing and letting go feeling.
Going on becoming more and more comfortable with every breath.

A warm and nurturing feeling as the breeze continues to comfort.
Down both arms, hands and fingers releasing.

And with every breath taken, perhaps there may begin to be some wondering.

With every breath the breeze continues circling around through your mid back.
Around through your solar plexus.

Ball me breeze as it continues around through your lower back.
Releasing any tension.
And circling around through your tummy.
Releasing and letting go.
Becoming more and more comfortable with every breath.

Now and with every breath becoming completely and thoroughly comfortable.

See it flowing and moving freely like water.
Visualize our imagine or feel the color orange bathing the ripples.

And your chakra center. Feel the water nourishing and satisfying all your needs and creative urges.

Visualize imagine or feel the color yellow bathing your chakra like bright sunshine replenishing and nurturing it like the sun nourishes all life on our planet.

Feel your power and awareness getting stronger. Power to serve, to help and to nurture other beings, yourself and your environment.

As you continue feeling all this lovely energy, we're going to move on to your throat chakra, the chakra of self expression and your personal truth.
Breathe into your chakra and see it sending soft vibrations into the space or ether.

Visualize, imagine or feel the color blue, the color perhaps of lapis lazuli, bathing your chakra in this lovely energy.
Feel your chakra opening and clearing, freeing your ability to express your truth.

Now let's move your awareness to the center of your forehead between your eyebrows, to the third eye chakra, the chakra of intuition and insight.

Rest in this awareness, feeling what you feel.

As you let this deep indigo color continue bathing.

Let's go ahead now and move up to our crown chakra, at the top of our head.

Your connection to the higher consciousness or divine spirit. Breathe into the chakra and feel it open to the sky above.
Imagine, visualize or feel a violet or purple light softly bathing your crown chakra.

And gently, harmonizing you with the rest of creation. Feel your oneness with all there is.
Let's go ahead and rest in this awareness.

Bringing your focus back to the rising and falling of your breath.
Feeling all seven colors doing their magic, so you will have more awareness.

There in your life is something taking up a lot of time that you can either shift and change
