Hey, everybody, welcome to the podcast. Today. It is a
gorgeous fall day here. The leaves are all sorts of
amazing and beautiful colors, and it's sunny, and when I
was doing horse chores, everybody was happy and feeling good. Yay.

I do usually get to enjoy a cow parade, and
I haven't seen that yet, so maybe they're just too
busy enjoying the sunshine and they will come by later.
I do have a dog who is barking at things
and protecting me today, so that feels good. And my
(00:54):
two cats have come in and they're both having a nap.
I feel like we should sometimes be more like my cats.
They know when to nap. There's a philosophy, a superstition.
I'm not sure what you want to call it, and
I don't even remember where I first read about it
(01:17):
or heard about it, but what it says is that
do things in October that you want to carry out
throughout the year, so throughout the rest of twenty twenty
five and twenty twenty six. I don't know why. I
can't remember the deal behind it, but I say, why
not try it? So October for me is always a
(01:40):
busy cow month, and then that extends that success. So yay.
I did get to talk to a friend October first,
first thing in the morning because she's in a different
time zone. So very good, very good. Yay. And if
there's things you want to do, like say you would
like to travel, but you're not going on a trip

in October, that's okay. What I suggest is that you research,
you plan, you investigate. So you're just setting out that
energy that you want to travel in October and see
what happens, see what comes of it. I have a
(02:23):
group on my full Monday group that I facilitate, and
so we are going to explore this and investigate this
and see what we can make happen. I mean, it
can't hurt, right, So really take some time to think
what do you want more of? Do you want more
peace in your life? So make sure you're carving out
the time to be peaceful. Do you want more relaxation
(02:49):
in your life? Carve out the time to consciously and
with awareness relax. We can get caught up in doing
and being and forget. I know, the last couple of weeks,
I'm dealing with some situations and I haven't done all
(03:09):
my usual exercises and things I do to stay healthy,
and I'm like, dang it, it's so easy to get
off track. And so I'm going to work at staying
on track as soon as I remember, or I'm making
a note of it to on my to do list
to do it again. It's just easy to get off track.
(03:34):
And so again, think of things you want to invite
into your life. What do you want more of? And
don't overthink. I know I'm funny because we are good
at overthinking. Don't overwhelm yourself. And if you feel like
you're getting caught up in that, I'm going to invite
(03:55):
you to put your hands on your heart and just breathe.
Just breathe. And if your mind is still racing, howm
a song. Twinkle Twink a Little Star. So I was
thinking the other day because I know this works. It
(04:18):
regulates your nervous system and does all sorts of good
stuff for you. I don't know if everybody in the
world has done this, but we all had to learn
the recorder in grade five, and we learned how to
play Mary Had a Little Lamb and Twinkle Twink a
Little Star. And so it was many many, many years
ago I'm not going to say how many, although it

doesn't really bother me my age, so we'll say it's
very close to fifty years ago. I can still play it.
And when I was humming one day, I was humming
Twinkle Twink a little Star, Mary, He'll a land to
and I was thinking, huh, I wonder if by doing
that it was as to regulating our nervous systems. Although
(05:03):
we were annoying each other with the sound, but it
could be true something to think about. Hey, yeah, I
don't know if they still do that. Actually, no, they
I don't know. I can't remember. I think my kids
did have to learn the reporter. Seems to me anyways,
(05:30):
that was something that was entertaining. What if we were
regulating our nervous systems and didn't even know it? Kind
of cool. Yeah, So taking the time to reflect right
(05:51):
now on what you would like to bring into your life,
what you want more of, whether it's you know, more
time with someone, more connection with friends, whatever it is,
make it conscious and with awareness, effort to make it happen,
(06:15):
to reach out to connect to What if you want
to go to more movies like whatever it is, or
perhaps it's the relaxation at the movies where you're checked
out of life. Make sure you're doing it with intention
this month, and then see what happens. I will remember,
and we will check in in a few minds and
(06:37):
see how it's going for everybody. Why not try it?
It gives us something positive to focus on. It helps
us understand ourselves better. It helps us be better in
this world with so much chaos. We need the good things.
I'm going to make sure that I ride my horse
quite a bit this month and spend time with them.

Of course, I'm spend time with the cows. That's a given.
Reach out to people that I really like and have
some chats. Lots of times. Because of proximity, I can't
be in person, but I sure can chat with them
over the phone or perhaps FaceTime. See how it's all
going to go. Taking an effort, doing it with intention
(07:27):
so we can invoke more good staff. So the meditation
we're going to do today is to cut chords, disconnect
from anything that's draining our energy. Because it's happening, so
let's do something about it because we can. And if
(07:48):
it still feels too much, that's when you reach out
and you book an energy shifting and releasing session with me.
I'm good at it, but for now we are going
to cut those cords so that you can have more
clarity and confidence, be more intuitive, which we love. Right.

We like when our spidy senses feel sharp and we
get to know what we know, feel what we feel,
see what we see, hear what we hear. We can
do this. As I'm here in my lovely Sunny's box.
It makes me happy looking out at the beautiful colors
of the leaves. I am kind of wondering where my
(08:38):
cows are. I think I might have to go for
a little walk and see them. We have a bowl
that's got his sore legs, so he's in the krell,
and so every morning when I go out to do
my horse chores, give Friday his medicine and then let
them out to eat grass. He moves at me. We
also give him some treats, and so he's just got
(09:01):
this really gentle, low move that's just so so cute,
this big twenty five hundred pound beast who's moving so
gently at me. It's so cute. So I just say,
love you too, buddy. I'll be back later to get
you your treats. Mix my heart happy, makes me feel
(09:24):
like I have loved even when the cows aren't where
I think they should be and I'm gonna have to
go searching. That's all good. Maybe they're doing it on
purpose because I need to get back into my exercise routine. Huh,
there's a good thought. I do know that if I've
(09:46):
set out loud that I needed to exercise more, which
I just did, my cows will do something where I
have to chase them and I have to exercise. Yeah.
I use a lot of pasture words. But then when
it's all over and everybody's just say where they should be,
I am entertained. It just happens. Mm hmm. Be careful
(10:07):
what you wish for, or I don't like that, actually
be aware of what you're wishing for, and have clarity
on what you wish to have in your life, who
you wish to be, who you wish to be. With
all that stuff, we can do this, Okay, So I
(10:27):
invite you to take a nice breath in and how
I'm doing this podcast late in the week because it's
been a little busy, and so the energy clearing is tonight,
and so it depends on when you listen to this

that it's a little bit chaotic. So I am going
to put that on my to do list to make
sure that I have the energy clearing option on my

beneficial for you. All right, So while I'm thinking of it,
a lot of the oracles lately have talked about forgiveness
and being clear on what you want, and so for October,

as well as being clear on what you want, I'm
also going to invite you to be clear on forgive.
And forgiving doesn't mean forgetting and letting them back into
your life in the same way forgiving means you are
not going to give it any more energy. You are
just going to make it neutral. I've been working on
(12:14):
that and it's working for me. I can actually say
that it's one hundred percent working for me. I just
feel neutral about the situations, and it's much better than
being pained or trying to force something that is just
not healthy for me. So along with this October energy,
(12:34):
I invite you to do that that's been coming up
a lot in readings and oracles and things. So there's
something there for us to look at and figure out
what it means for us and do it. Okay, And
on that note, let's go ahead and do our cord cutting.

Coming to settle and be at ease, let's take three
big deep breaths, three big deep breasths. Gently, easily and confidently.
On one of those breaths, you're going to gently and

easily allow your eyes to close if they're not already.
Nice just being and breathing, being and breathing. I invite
you now to visualize or imagine a wave of comfort
(13:38):
starting at the tips of your toes and moving all
the way up to the top of your head and
back down again to the tips of your toes. Breathing
in this wave of comfort again moves from the tips
of your toes all the way up to the top
of your head, and on the exhale, it moves all
(13:59):
the way back down to the tips of your toes. Nice,
Let's do that a couple more times. It feels so
good breathing in, allowing this wave of comfort to move
from the tips of your toes all the way up
to the top of your head, and on your exhale
all the way back down to the tips of your toes.
(14:21):
Each time you breathe, this wave of comfort naturally, easily,
effortlessly moves up your body and back down again. The
vibration from the wave becomes stronger and stronger, sending deeper
and deeper comfort as you give yourself the gift of
(14:42):
this relaxation, this time and space and being, and again
breathing in from the tips of your toes all the
way up to the top of your head and back
down again, moving even deeper and deeper into comfort, allowing
(15:03):
this wave of comfort to cycle around for a few
more moments until you feel completely at ease, completely relaxed,
and ready for what comes. Nice. Feeling deeply and easily
(15:25):
relaxed and at ease, And now this wave of comfort
continues to work positively in doing its magic comfortably. I'm
going to count backwards from five to zero in just
a moment, and when I do, there's a becoming of
even more comfortable at zero five four three two one
(15:52):
deeply deeply, deeply comfortable, deeply comfortable, and you're going to
allow the door of your imagination to comfortably open, opening
even wider. Now is all of your senses heightened, beginning
to be more aware of your personal energy. Perhaps you're
noticing some tugs and pulls here and there all around
(16:17):
in your mind space, your energy space, the area from
your skin outwards, perhaps six inches of space and beyond
imagining or visualizing now sensing the cords of energy, the
threads of energy that are plugged into your energy that
(16:38):
are draining or uncomfortable, those tugs and pulls. You're gonna
drop those cords right now. You're just gonna let them go.
It's safe, it's secure. Imagine perhaps even cutting them. Maybe
you have a great big pear of scissors, or maybe
you have a sword or a knife. This is the
(16:58):
time you get to make it all dramatic, if you wish,
make it a moment. Cut those chords, pull them out,
disconnect them. It's safe to do so, and you can.
If you need some help, perhaps ask an angel or
a spirit guide to come and assist you be supportive,
cut those chords, pull them out, let them go, releasing, releasing, releasing,
(17:21):
letting go, and continuing becoming aware of your energy chords
that are plugged into others, or plugged into places or
situations that are draining or uncomfortable. Dropping them, releasing them,
cutting them, severing them gone, pulling them out, disconnecting from
(17:45):
any person, anywhere or anything. Don't overthink, just do it.
You don't even need to know where they're plugged into.
Just release them from you. All you need is an intention, nice,
just a little bit more, release them, pull them out,
(18:07):
use your helpers. You got this now. Feeling completely disconnected,
just simply be just breathing and being, being and breathing,
giving yourself this gift. You're completely disconnected from everything, You're
(18:29):
just you right now. Then you're going to open to
imagining somewhere somehow from out there, it comes, calling it forward,
and it comes the pure positive energy light, and it
(18:49):
comes as a helper today for cleansing and clearing and
to continue the disconnecting process and then reconnecting by your choice.
So to imagine or visualize, this pure positive energy light
(19:09):
comes down all around and all through your head, your neck,
your shoulders. As it comes through. It is cleansing and
clearing the energy almost like it is coming through and
removing any remaining tangles, any remaining threads, or any tugs
(19:31):
and pulls, removing any remaining discomfort nice allowing this pure
positive energy light as it continues flowing down your arms,
your hands, your fingers, cleansing and clearing as it goes
in every cell of your being, any breath, your breathing
(19:53):
and being, continually drifting deeper and deeper more comfortably now,
breathing and being being and breathing, allowing everything to happen,
feeling safe and secure. Down your spine, this pure positive
energy light cleanses and clears and circulating through the center
(20:16):
of you upper back, mid back, lower back, and around
and down through your chest, your solar plexus, your abs,
all the while it is cleansing and clearing your energy,
continuing going deeper and deeper. Now, the pure positive energy
(20:37):
continues its mission to cleanse and clear and being graced
with its energy down around both hips, into thighs, knees,
to calves, and finally around the ankles, heels, feet, and
now through your toes. This pure positive energy light is
doing its good work for which it is meant to
(20:58):
do for you. And in a moment, as we keep
breathing and being being and breathing, you're going to visualize
or imagine this pure positive energy light like a shower
of light all around and all through showering down upon you.
(21:20):
The pure positive energy light showers the very being. Not
only does it go into the very cellular structure, through
those cells, into every nook and cranny of your being,
but also from deep within. Now it turns and moves
(21:42):
from within into the mind space, from the skin outwards
six inches of space and more cleansing and clearing and
combing through the energy. Make it get buoyant, vibrant and alive.
You got this and now and new kind of being,
This a lighter sense of being is yours. Feeling totally
(22:05):
alive and vibrant and taking a few moments to reflect,
feel remember what really feels good. Then, when you're ready,
you get to choose to send out energy chords to
(22:27):
the people, the places and situations that are meaningful to you.
Just be, let your subconscious, your soul, your energy do
the work. Let them reconnect to what is positive. Don't overthink,
(22:52):
don't make it messy and complicated. Just be and let
the energy do its magic. I got you. I'm good
at that. You don't have to be. Your energy is
now reconnecting from inside to what is good, positive and
true outside. Again, you're reconnecting from inside to what is good,
(23:16):
positive and true outside. It just happens. Then you get
to choose, and I support you to bring in the
chords of energy from people, places and situations that are wanted,
that are positive, that are uplifting, that are joyful, allowing
(23:37):
reconnecting from the outside in. From the outside in, you're
reconnecting to what is good and positive. Nice, let your
energy do the work. I got you. You're reconnecting to
(23:59):
what is good and positive and allowing reconnecting from this
outside in feeling strong, feeling clear, feeling secure, and once
again all is well. The pure positive energy light commingles
(24:22):
now with personal energy, and you're experiencing a lighter sense
of being anytime, disconnecting and reconnecting in a way that
is just right for you. It begins with intention. You
can do this and then calling in that pure positive
energy light alignment. You can come back to this recording
(24:46):
anytime and redo this. It's easy for us to get
caught up. It's easy for us to get those negative
chords and entanglements. Do an energy reset, perhaps once a
week until you have it all figured out, and then
once a month. And now we're going to come up
and out of this journey at zero to reinforce the
(25:09):
positives of this experience, to reinforce that positive energy light,
to reinforce those strong, positive chords that you have connected.
And now at one, two, three, four, five, eyes open
wide awake, go ahead and say your name out loud,

eyes open wide awake, Go ahead, say your name out loud. Excellent.
I always feel very refreshed and revitalized after our cord cutting.
There's so many things we tap into that drain our energy,
and oftentimes we're not aware of it because we're busy, right.
(25:56):
Life is busy. Life can be chaotic, and we don't
know what work picking up all the time or what
we're tuned into. But if you are having excessive worrying,
that's not beneficial. Cord cut. And then if that doesn't
work again, contact me for an energy clearing because I
have ones just specifically for that. And also overthinking and

releasing guilt, which is another huge one right now. We
can do this. I'm here to support you. Just reach

got this. I do walk my own talk, and I
try all these things on myself first and it works,
or else I wouldn't do it because I'm way too

practical of a cowgirl to spend time and energy on
things that just don't work. I don't have that kind
of time, I don't have that kind of energy. I
try it on myself or my family, and if it
doesn't work, we delete it move on to something that does.
