It is a sunny day here on my ranch.
My cows are healthy and happy.
We've had quite a bit of rain, which is also very delightful.
Helps keep the grass growing.
Just helps with everything.
I do have a garden, but I have a garden that's in containers.

It's actually in mineral tubs.
My cows eat the mineral and protein, and then I use the containers to grow things.
It works.
And it's way easier to weed when I'm weeding one container at a time.
And so with all the rain we've had and the sunshine, things are going well.
I'm very happy, very, very, very happy.

Having to worry about things so much over the last few years, I'm really taking the
time to appreciate when things are going well.
It has been a very interesting week with crossed over loved one messages.
I'm not totally sure why, although I guess in my case, it was the anniversary of my dad's

memorial service, which was, yeah, not exactly delightful.
It did have good moments with visiting with people that I haven't seen in a while.
And then other moments where I just shook my head because I really didn't understand.
And I had to make peace with all of that.

And I'm definitely working on that.
So I don't know if that's why the energies were a little more than usual, and I was getting
lots of nudges and stuff.
And it's all good, part of the deal with my gift.
So I have to just embrace it and then talking with clients.

It was interesting because they're also getting a lot of nudges and signs and symbols.
So yay.
Pay attention to those things.
Appreciate them.
Causes smiles.
It's great.
And when it's bumpy, there's always good things.

Meditation today is a tale of light journey.
And it's just bringing in some lovely healing light to help us during this time.
This things can be a little stressy.
And so you get to embrace the healing light to use whenever you wish.
And it's just beautiful.
I use the healing light energies a lot.

I do a mindful Monday group as you know if you've been listening.
And I actually use it a lot there while I'm doing meditations.
I just invoke it.
And then I use it to clear people's energies.
It's fabulous, absolutely fabulous.
So I invite you when you're using the healing light.

We need things that can lift and shift our energies, don't we?
Speaking of lifting and shifting our energies, my favorite laughter, yoga dance is an affirmation
one.
And so I'm just going to teach it to you.
And it gets stuck in your head as you're going about your day then yay.

So we're saying happy, healthy, joyful, strong.
Let's add in a little he, he, he, just for funsies.

So then repeat after me happy, healthy, joyful, strong.
Oh, ho, ho, ha, ha, ha, he, he, he, he, he, I love laughter yoga for its simplicity, but
it's still highly effective because we're vibrating, we're using energies to vibrate out stuff.

It has been the best thing for dealing with some of this stuff I'm dealing with.

What else is happening in my world?
It's been good.
My community jobs in town, which I have because otherwise I would be a hermit all of the time are

over until the fall because where I work out of there's an outdoor pool and lots of summer
activities so it just gets too busy.
Too busy with everything else so my stuff is put on hiatus for the summer and I'm not sad
about that.
Actually, that's not true.
I am kind of.

It just felt different this year.
I'm going to miss my group so we just made a plan that we're going to get together over
the summer at least once a month, figure that out.
Life gets busy until these things that nourish our soul make sure that we're taking time
for them.
And it can be as simple as a phone call with a friend, a good movie, a good book curling
(05:50):
up in the sunny spot with your cat that would be me.
And then moving forward and dealing with what life gives us to deal with.
There isn't anybody that's not struggling so remember to have our compassion and if we're
feeling a little crusty cranky, feel what we feel, process it, try not to take it out on

others but don't forget the power of a good apology.
I sincere apology and try not to get caught up if it's causing you mental stress.
My goal for this next couple months is to have more peace in my life and find ways to protect
(06:41):
my peace.
I guess.
I can't say that it's not peaceful because there's so much good stuff but then there is things
that we're struggling with and worrying about.
Absolutely.
You can't be a human on this planet right now without having that.
You can't get juggle, juggle and find balance, meditation, laughter yoga exercises, going

for good walks in the nature.
We have the tools.
I find we forget to use them and myself included.
And then I will remember and do it and it feels great.
And then for whatever reason I get busy, I get distracted, I forget.
(07:28):
So I am going to work on remembering the tools.
Remembering to go for a walk when I feel crunchy.
Remembering to do my laughter yoga when I'm struggling and I feel stiff in my body.
Remembering because we have the tools.
(07:49):
We need to use them, right?
Things were so hard on ourselves because we have them.
Oh, I do have exciting things I'm working on and sometimes I feel like there's not enough
hours in the day but yeah, some things I'm working on to help us lift and shift our energies
in different ways.

Some of it is so simple but it's beautiful.
And so I'm working on those programs and projects and to take my laughter yoga out to the
public because I believe in it so strongly because I'm walking, talking, living, proof that
it works to shift your energies.
(08:32):
So let's see that energy shifting that we're going to do.
Make sure you sign up for it is release, negative energy that could be causing self doubt and

we're going to invoke energies of confidence and trusting your soul nudges and guidance.
It's like I said, the soul nudges and the guidance are happening.
We need to notice them, we need to feel what we feel, know what we know, see what we see,
hear what we hear.
Is those of you that are clear audience, you hear things, clear sentient, you feel things,

clear voyant, you see things.
All of that notice what you notice, you're getting signs and messages all the time and
they've kind of upped their game maybe because we're all kind of struggling in this uncertainty
and our spiritual team, heavenly helpers just want us to know that we are loved and supported,
(09:38):
which makes my heart happy.
A blessing boost to invoke and attract positive experiences and opportunities.
Notice the possibilities my friends.
We can do this.
I don't know why the world is so crazy, but it is and we're in it, so we've got to figure
(10:00):
out how to navigate it.
This meditation is absolutely going to help us and so let's go ahead and do that now.
Coming to settle in the at ease.
I invite you to take three big deep breaths.

At your begin to release and let go.
Releasing any tensions.
Releasing any worries.
Nice.
As you allow your natural, your natural.

Normal rhythm of breathing to continue.
Simply focus on being and breathing, breathing and being.
Not worrying.
Just giving yourself the gift of this time and space is you listen to the sound of my voice.

Invite you to begin to visualize or imagine a wave of comfort.
Starting at the tips of your toes and moving all the way up to the top of your head and then
back down again to the tips of your toes.
As you breathe in, this comfort again moves from the tips of toes all the way up to the top
(11:56):
of your head and on the exhale, it's going to move all the way back down to the tips of
your toes.
As you continue breathing and being and each time this wave of comfort moves from the tips
(12:16):
of toes all the way up to the top of your head and back down to the tips of your toes.
Each time this wave of comfort moves up the body and back down again, the vibration from
the wave becomes stronger, sending deeper and deeper comfort and relaxation.
(12:37):
And again, breathing in from the tips of your toes all the way up to the top of your
head and back down again on the exhale, moving even deeper and deeper into comfort, allowing
this wave of comfort to cycle around for a few moments until a feeling of being
(13:00):
completely at ease.
He's being and breathing, allowing this wave of comfort to do its magic, allowing
(13:23):
this wave of comfort to simply cycle around a few more moments, doing its magic, helping
you release any stress until you're feeling completely at ease and ready to go on this
journey, breathing and being nice.

And now, this wave of comfort continues to work positively, comfortably, even when I count
backwards now from 5 to 0 in just a moment.
And when I do, you're going to become even more comfortable at zero.
Letting this wave do its magic is being and breathing, breathing and being.

else to do right now. At 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, deeply, deeply, deeply relax,
deeply relax. Feeling comfortably, calm, just drifting - and letting the imagination

door open. I invite you to wonder about a place, a space, kind of sacred in a way.
What might be possible when it could be imagined? Any or all of the senses

becoming tightened? A place with a sacred kind of energy.
Supposing about it could create images that live and breathe in the inner landscape
where it is peaceful. Stay what you see, feel what you feel, hear what you hear,
(15:30):
know what you know. What might be interesting about a sacred place? With any or all of your senses,
notice what you notice. The sacred space, how does it seem? If to tell about it to a friend,

how might it be described?

Any feelings about it at all?
(16:58):
And to notice about this place, what seems to make it sacred?

In becoming aware about it all, there could be a particular spot that would be most comfortable.
A comfortable spot to rejuvenate, to restore, even to imagine an experience, as heard in a tale by others.

A telling about the sense of a kind of healing light that could be experienced.
What might that be like? Perhaps to imagine how those who spoke of it,

a kind of healing light that could flow. Thinking about it means where might that light come from?

Settling in to even begin to imagine all about this would be allowing for comfort.

Perhaps to grasp a hold of the idea of a healing light that flows for more ever it comes from,
at some point, to imagine it as they spoke about it.

All around the crown of your head like a light turned on, a light of warmth that glows
and flows.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
Beautiful, bright light perhaps with some sparkles that it's coming from me,

all around the crown of the head like a light turned on, a light of warmth that glows
and flows.
And the tail's been said many times, said that others have known about a healing light
that they have experienced.
Perhaps the opportunity is close at hand, whenever it comes even at a later time,

just to allow for it.

Allow the light of warmth, this healing light to flow as though it could, all through
and all around from the top of the head and all the way down through the tips of toes
(20:35):
and even all around.
There is space to allow, imagine, allowing this light.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
This healing light as it flows all through and all around from the top of the head,

all the way down to the tips of toes and even all around this lovely healing light.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
At some point, as they told the story, there was a sense of the glow, the light,
(21:27):
the flow of light concentrating in certain ways.
From the mind, outside of the mind, some said no from the being, to notice where and how
it's happening could be interesting.

Even some said, perhaps to become aware of a greater warmth in the hands as though the healing
energy pulsates into the hands, imagining and becoming aware of warm hands, as though warm
(22:11):
hands are placed on just the right places.
Ammonating the warmth, the flow, the light, the healing light.
Also, this healing light is in your hands.
Can you feel it?
(22:33):
Put those hands on your heart.
Allow the flow, the warm, the light, the healing light.
And to think for a moment, somewhere there is knowing about it as an ancient healing practice.

Somehow knowing about it.
Remembering the tales and then remembering that it has always been known and always
being available and always being here.

This idea of the healing light is somehow familiar.

And that some people have told about it over and over.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
And that some had even felt the warmth of the light in their hands.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
And now comes in this imagining in an even stronger way or sometime later, getting the sense

of warm healing hands on just the right places.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
Or perhaps, warm healing light.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
And just the right places.
You'll see, you'll secure.

And affirm this.
Affirm that the healing light slows and glows and there is oneness to receive.

Stay out loud, I receive.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
And allow this healing light to do its magic.

And the idea to imagine that healing hands and healing light is going to all the right places.

Or the sense of that in such a way to feel the warmth, the healing light with the understanding

that healing is happening.

This healing light is just for you to use with the understanding that healing happens.
