(00:00):
Hello everybody, welcome to the podcast today.

(00:08):
So I got an alert today that it's going to be intense energy for the next couple of days.
So yikes!
If you are on my Psychic Cowgirl Facebook or Instagram, I did post the picture of what's

(00:32):
happening there.

So we're supposed to practice patience and awareness.
Okay, I'm not always patient.
Not always.
What it means.
Energy theme is past returns, what it means, old lovers, friends, habits may show up,

(00:57):
dynamic.
What to release, anyone draining your energy?
Drama, guilt, emotional debt.
Interesting.
We talked about guilt last week.
We are going to talk about shame this week.
So clarity hits.
What to release over explaining people pleasing, chasing closure.

(01:20):
Interesting.
And then there's a couple more patterns breaking, what it means, time to reflect, not
rehash.
What to release, old habits, overthinking, fear, self sabotage.
That fits in with our shame theme.

(01:41):
Nice.
All right.
So good times.
Keep an eye on that.
Our energy shifting that we are going to do Thursday evening is we are going to release
stuck patterns of fear that hold you back from trying something new.
We are going to invoke self awareness, confidence and courage.

(02:03):
Plus, we're going to do the blessing boost to attract positive experiences and opportunities,
very good, very good.
So, releasing stuck patterns of fear that hold you back from trying something new.
I want to talk about that for a minute before we get into shame.
So I did something on the weekend that was new.

(02:29):
I signed up for an experience all by myself.
I did not go with a friend.

I actually didn't even tell anybody for quite a while because the energy for me around this
experience was that I needed to go alone, which is not usual.

(02:54):
I did end up telling a couple people when they were struggling with some stuff, but they
checked it out and they didn't feel guided to sign up, which is okay.
And so I went and I wasn't nervous, wasn't anxious, and it was kind of significant to go somewhere
all by yourself for a weekend retreat.

(03:17):
Got there, met somebody immediately and we ended up being neighbours
So yay, she was delightful, went for our supper on the way, met a few other people, and it turns
that we had all come there alone, all of us.

(03:39):
Needless to say, we all bonded very, very much.
It was truly a heart connection and had the best weekend.
So releasing stuck patterns of fear when my energy poll showed that that's what you all wanted,

(04:00):
made my heart very happy because doing something that's a little bit out of your comfort zone
and taking a risk, stepping out of the fear, it can have amazing consequences.
And it was kind of interesting because we all talked about that we had exit strategies
in case we didn't like it.

(04:23):
I have to say, I think it was a retreat design for people that are a little more introverted.
I need the quiet time and the quiet spaces as well as doing the group activities.
It was amazing.
I didn't love all the activities and I did opt of of one.
But overall, would I go back?

(04:44):
Absolutely, yes.
In fact, my group of ladies, we started a group chat and we're all discussing how when we
get the email that they're having it again next year, we are all signing up.
It was so lovely and it was so interesting to me how many people came alone worried about

(05:05):
coming alone, feeling some type of feelings of anxiety about it, did it anyway and we all
connected.
So I'm going to encourage you, release stuck patterns of fear that might be holding you
back from trying something new.

(05:26):
And you don't have to take a big step, take a little step, check it out.
So shame.
That one is such a heavier energy than guilt.
Because shame is us, right?
Shame is connected to our being and how we see ourselves.

(05:51):
And it's hard, it's messy and we get stuck in it.
Even when I talk about it and I say the word shame, we can all feel a certain type of energy
around it.

(06:13):
It's just kind of heavy and thick.
Because shame is a focus on yourself.
Guilt is a focus on behavior.
And so that shame is hard, hard to deal with.

(06:35):
Because it's how we see ourselves or feel we are in the world, like feeling unlovable, feeling
like you don't belong.
Again, I'm going to relate it back to the retreat I went to.
All of us that came alone, took that leap of faith, came alone.

(06:58):
We were very worried that we would not belong and this would be an epic fail, hence the exit
of strategies.
So shame, yeah, it can carry with it humiliation and embarrassment.
Like, yeah, so there's so much energy around shame.

(07:20):
And we all have it, we all deal with it, we all experience it.
And most of us don't know how to process it.
How do we work through it?
How do we understand it?
How do we deal with our shame?

(07:44):
It's so messy.
Because it makes us self conscious.
We feel inadequate.
We can talk badly to ourselves about it.
We can become obsessive about it.
And it can definitely, can hinder our, it can definitely hinder our mental health, our

(08:15):
being out in the world.
If we're feeling a lot of shame, we tend to isolate because we don't feel like we belong,
we don't feel like we're worthy, all the things.
And one of the energy here, in one of the energy healing modalities that I took years and
years ago, self value and worth were big energies that we needed to release from people and

(08:41):
then replace it with how it feels to be valued and how it feels to be worthy.
Huge, huge, because we collect all these experiences.
And then we make these assumptions about ourselves and who we are and how we are in the world.

(09:03):
And a lot of the times it is not positive.
We are kind of at times definitely conditioned to look at our flaws rather than our amazing
things, which I understand.
But at the same time, we have to each individually find a way to not let those perceived flaws

(09:31):
become a huge burden and hinder our interaction in the world.
I mean, especially if you have traumas and then there's shame around that, like it is messy
heavy.
I'm not going to go too deep into this because as we all know, it is very heavy.
What I want to do is to talk about it so that you understand where I'm coming from with

(09:55):
it and then we are going to do our guided meditation where you are going to think about
maybe, let's see, something that makes you feel shame, whether it, like if you feel, say
you want to work on worthy, because in our guided meditation, we are going to do a sculpture.

(10:19):
So you're going to have an image for that unworthiness and you're going to recreate it.
It sounds odd, but it does work.
And you don't have to worry about overthinking, right?

(10:40):
I know.
That's hard because we all over think.
But just go with the flow, let, what happens, whatever happens happen, you do get to calling
your guide to help you, so that's good.
And don't worry if you're not artistic.
I am not, but this worked for me.
And we just want to release, right?

(11:02):
We just want to release some of the shame.
You know those things that when you think about them, you can feel yourself blush and you
can't even touch your fringe and you feel things in your solar plexus and your heart.
And it's very, very, very, very uncomfortable.
We'll even just take that energy and we're going to re-sculpt it and recreate it into something

(11:25):
positive so that we can release, but release it because we don't really need that shame.
Nobody else is aware of it.
So I will say this, there are people in your life that when they know that that makes you
feel a certain way and they use it against you, that is 100% not okay.

(11:49):
And one of the big reasons we need to work through it so that when they do that, you do
not get affected.
And if you have someone in your life that does that and they do it for whatever their
reasons are, we could give them multitude of them.
But that's their stuff, not yours.
Write their name on a small piece of paper, fill a small little baggy with water and freeze

(12:14):
it.
Do I have a freezer full of names?
Yes.
Do I freeze them for various reasons?
Yes.
Am I right now thinking of a couple more I should throw in there?
Yes.
[Laughter]
I like that I was just reminded by that.

(12:35):
I'm reminded of that by my guides.
Okay.
And the reason we freeze a name is so that their energy no longer affects us.
We're freezing them out but we're freezing them out in a healthy way.
I've done it when I'm working in groups and then when they say things are they trying
to get me to react?
I don't.
I'm like, yeah, that's your stuff, not mine.

(12:56):
I'm okay.
I don't need to fight with you.
I don't need to engage in this.
It is the energy between you so they can't trigger you and that's what we want.
Because trying to convince somebody else they're wrong and we're right and the way they're
treating us is not appropriate or okay is sometimes futile.

(13:20):
And so if you can just neutralize the energy between you so that they don't ping you, you
don't ping them.
Excellent, right?
I love that one.
And I am actually thinking of a couple of names right now.
Very, very cool.
All right.
So we're going to go ahead and we're going to do the guided imagery for shame.

(13:47):
Like I said, don't overthink it.
Just let the energy do its work.
And if you feel that it's not done, it's worked completely and you want to go back and redo
it again.
I suggest that before you do that, do something that involves movement like dance or do something

(14:13):
that involves movement.
Like maybe you want to go dance or you want to go for a walk because you want to shake
up the energy first and then you see where it lands because it might be working.
But it's just taking you some time to assimilate and process it.
Trust my friends.

(14:33):
Trust.
And then if you feel like it's too much, book a session with me for some soul healing
around shame, I'm good at it because I know how it feels and I know what it can do to
our psyche.
So that's my story there.

(14:54):
So sign up for the energy clearing.
Don't forget that the next couple of days are going to be a little bumpy as we process
with the eclipse and everything going on.
So be gentle to you, be kind to you.
I hope that after this fear releasing, you all get to go and find something like perhaps

(15:16):
to retreat like I did that just nourishes your soul.
It wouldn't be for everybody, but it was definitely for me and my new group of friends.
Very good, very good.
Yay.
Yay.
All right.
so let's just take a few moments to shift and wiggle and then we'll do the guided

(15:39):
imagery.
Becoming aware of breathing.
Just notice it for a few moments.
Take these moments to gently focus on the breath.

(16:01):
Then let's take three big deep breaths as deeply as possible.
Feeling to release and then letting go.
These are the breaths that signal.
It's time to go within.

(16:38):
Is the normal, natural breathing begins occurring?
Imagine a gentle, warm, balmy breeze as it walks around, walking around head, neck and
shoulders and with every breath as the breeze continues to move gently around, there's a gently

(17:02):
and easily releasing and letting go feeling, going on becoming more and more comfortable
with every breath across the upper back and circling across the upper back and circling

(17:27):
around through the chest, a warm and nurturing feeling as the breeze continues to comfort
down both arms, hands and fingers releasing and letting go.
And with every breath taken, perhaps there may begin to be some wondering.

(17:55):
Is it a breathing of the breeze or is the breeze breathing me?
With every breath, the breeze continues circling around through the mid-back and around
through the solar plexus, every breath directing deeper now, the gentle sensations of the

(18:19):
warm, balmy breeze as it continues around through the lower back and circling around through
the belly, releasing and letting go.
Becoming more and more comfortable with every breath, the breeze continues moving around

(18:42):
the eyes, knees, calves, ankles and around your feet, now and with every breath becoming
completely and thoroughly comfortable, calm and at ease, being at one with the breeze and

(19:05):
the breeze still gently, easily moving all around and all through so that at five, four,
three, two, one, zero, deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed.

(19:34):
On a door of imagination opens, all of the senses heighten, images come forth easily
and as you look over to the right, there's a sense of a pathway in the woods, a safe path,

(20:00):
a beckoning path, it is inviting you to move forward on this path.
Following this path leads to a juncture where it splits in three directions.

(20:24):
Using which path to be taking would lead beside a stream, a sharp turn on your path reveals
a clearing and in this clearing, there's an inner sculptor shop at its center.

(20:54):
The inner sculpture shop was designed for security and freedom with a door wide open and invitation
just for you.

(21:16):
It's easy to go right on inside.
With any or all of your senses, notice what's in the shop.

(21:36):
Notice how it feels being here.
See what you see, hear what you hear, feel what you feel, know what you know.
Now with a sense of the shop, all the tools and materials to create seems that here anything

(22:17):
can be recreated.
A sense forms of what needs to be reshaped, molding, moving, shaping around in a different
way, adding, removing, using whatever is available, taking the old and reshaping.

(22:45):
Nothing go of whatever is not needed, rebuilding with whatever is there, allowing the transformation
to take place, consulting a guide is fine.
Your wise guide is showing up to help you with your sculpture.

(23:12):
Go ahead, feel what you feel, do what you need to do.
I'm going to give you a few moments with your wise guide to work on your sculpture.
Again, using whatever is available, taking the old and reshaping.

(23:43):
Anything can be recreated, a sense forms of what needs to be reshaped, molding, moving, shaping
around in a different way, adding, removing, letting go of whatever is not needed, rebuilding
with whatever is there could be words.

(24:10):
No way to do this wrong, let go of overthinking, allowing the transformation to take place, allowing
your guide to help you.
Go ahead.
[BLANK_AUDIO]

(24:37):
[BLANK_AUDIO]

(25:01):
Know what you know.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
Sculpting, creating.

(25:33):
Nice.
When complete, what do you think?
How do you feel?
[BLANK_AUDIO]
Thank your wise guide for showing up to help you.

(25:56):
Smile as you look around.
Your inner sculpture shop.
Knowing that you have transformed and let go.
And you're going to move forward in a positive way.

(26:21):
When the feeling of the journey is complete, the image
is begin to fade.
But the strength and the importance and the transformation of them is
reinforce now at zero.
And now as we begin to come up and out at one,

(26:45):
with a deep cleansing breath in and release.
Two, three, four, five.
Eyes open wide awake.
One, two, three, four, five.

(27:06):
Eyes open wide away.
Nice.
So that was our journey to let go of shame.
Know that you can come back to this when things feel piled up.

(27:31):
And you just want to go on this journey and to re-sculpt,
recreate, let go of some things and know that you're not alone.
Your wise guide is better support you to help you transform.

(27:55):
You can do this.
I feel like the energy of shame is thicker and more stifling
than guilt.
I do have a couple more guided journeys for shame,
which I think we will do in the next couple of episodes as well.

(28:19):
We need to get rid of this.
We need to be able to.
We need to be able to.
Honor ourselves.
And release.
The energies of shame.
Is it really doesn't number on us as we know.

(28:42):
And we don't need that in our life.
We absolutely do not.
Right. Well, thank you for listening.
And let's make our lives better together.

(29:03):
We don't need to be stuck in energies that are bringing us down.
We can shift and release them and move forward and cultivate more joy,
more happy.
And shift and release this other stuff, especially guilt and shame.

(29:26):
It is so messy and hard.
But what I do know is that we can work through it and transform it
and be stronger, healthier, happier, all the good things.
All right.
So big hugs and blessings.
Until next time. Bye-bye.
