Speaker 1 (00:16):
Hello, and welcome to Psychic Teachers. I'm your host Samantha Fay,
and I'm Dan Bowen, and it's so nice that we're
back together.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
I missed you. I live you. It was so much
fun to listen to you and Michael. I listened to
the whole episode, and you guys were just great. It
was fun to hear that podcast episode. Oh thank you,
but golly, it was so lovely. Do you hear such
lovely things that people had done in the honor of
your birthday? And I'm so happy that that was such
a lovely thing to do. Samantha.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
Oh, it was really really cool and just beautiful to
hear from everyone. And again, I know I've said it before,
but thank you, thank you, thank you for doing that.
It just made my whole birthday extra extra special. How's
everything going with your book?
Speaker 2 (00:58):
It is selling like and I am so grateful. Golly,
I had such fun with us doing that podcast episode
we did about the book, and I appreciate that. But
I have to tell you all of these folks who
have ordered one or two copies when to give away
his gifts or several people have ordered a fairly sizeable quantity.
(01:20):
I'm delighted and honored. So it's going really well. And
I hope that people will take advantage of the pre
sale offers that go with the book before the book
comes out in September.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Yeah, me too, because you're offering a lot of good,
free goodies. I loved the woman who ordered a bunch
of copies to give to her students and her intuitive classes.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
I do too.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Isn't that it?
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Really?
Speaker 1 (01:44):
I mean that must have just touched you so much,
good did?
Speaker 2 (01:47):
I was so pleased and so honored. I really appreciated that.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
So yeah, well, we are really excited for this episode
because we are going to give you a ton of
exercises you can try this week right away to supercharge
your intuition. Because you know, we live in this world
lately that is just saturated with information and news and
(02:11):
demands and interruptions, and in all of that whirlwind, our
inner voice, that that inner whisper of knowing, can so
easily get drowned out. But what we're going to do
this week and this episode is help you, within just
one week, with some intentional practices, dramatically strengthen your intuitive abilities.
(02:33):
So we're going to give you a lot of actionable steps.
We're going to delve into exercises for opening your third eye,
working with your players, harnessing the power of crystals for
psychic development, enhancing your telepathic potential, and practical ways to
elevate your overall vibration. So you might want to grab
a pen and paper or open your notes app because
(02:54):
by the end of this episode, you'll have a clear
roadmap to a more intuitive, guided, and powered you. You
ready to dive in deb let's go.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
You know our intuition, it's not some magical, far off ability.
It's reserved for a select few. I know a lot
of people think that, but it's not. It's an innate
human capacity, a deep knowing that resides within each of us.
Think of it as your internal GPS, always guiding you
towards your highest good if only you learn to listen
(03:28):
to it. And that's hard. So that is the challenge.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
Really, that's really hard, because when we try to listen
to that internal GPS, what happens? It gets drowned out
by our egoic voice, by other people's opinions, by what
we feel we should do, by our own doubts. Is
this really my intuition? Is this really my psychic ability
helping me or is this just what I want? So that,
(03:55):
I think the challenge lies in the noise of daily life,
the constant distractions, the overthinking, the societal pressures that tell
us to rely solely on logic. But when we take
time to silence that noise, even if it's just for
a few moments, our intuition has a chance to shine through.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
So, Samantha, we're going to begin here in just a
minute with looking at some steps that folks can take,
and the first one really does focus on that powerful
energy that's focused and centered in our third eye, which
is one of the seats of our intuition. But before
we do that, everybody, just take a deep breath. Just breathe.
(04:38):
I know that that is like, oh, people are rolling
their ass going okay, dap, whatever, But really that really
is a good centering thing to do before you begin
this kind of work. So now that you've done that,
that wonderful deep breath, let's move to our third eye,
which is located between your eyebrows. It's often referred to
(04:58):
as the seat of into It's not a physical eye,
of course, but an energetic center or a chakra that
when balanced and active allows us to perceive beyond the
physical realm, access deeper insights, and enhance our inner knowing.
So here's some things you can do to begin opening
(05:19):
and activating your third eye. First, find a quiet space
where you won't be disturbed. Sit comfortably with your spine straight,
and gently close your physical eyes. Bring your attention to
that spot between your eyebrows. Imagine a beautiful, radiant indigo
(05:42):
light emanating from this spot as you exhale. Imagine it
radiating outward, gently, purifying and awakening your inner awareness. And
do this for about five to ten minutes every day.
Just sit and just close your eyes and see that
(06:03):
beautiful indigo blue color coming from that center between your eyes.
The color indigo is strongly associated with your third eye chakra.
You might even find it helpful to wear something intogoing color,
or hold an amethyst or sugar light in your non
dominant hand, or have an indigo colored object nearby during
(06:26):
those times that you're doing its meditation.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
I love doing that meditation, especially at the end of
my yoga class, when you're doing shivasna and you just
close your eyes and look up into that third eye
center and you just breathe in that violet energy and
you exhale that violet energy. It is so calming, and
it takes three, four or five minutes at the tops,
(06:50):
and it really really works.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
Now.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
This next one is really fun and relaxing too. Find
a day when there's a few clouds in the sky,
lie down or sitcomfort and just gaze up at the clouds.
You might remember doing this as a child, so it's
a fun summer exercise to try again. Instead of just
seeing clouds, allow your mind to wander and see shapes, objects, animals,
(07:14):
or faces within them. Don't force it, just let your
imagination flow. The goal is to recognize distinct forms within
the different shapes. This trains your mind to extract meaningful
visual information from undefined patterns. It's a playful and low
pressure exercise, but it really will help expand your clairvoyance,
(07:36):
which is associated with the third eye chakra. The more
you do it, the more easily your mind will start
to recognize subtle forms and patterns, similar to how clairvoyant
images can initially appear. You can also do this with
patterns in wood, green, spilled coffee, or abstract art. And
I love this next exercise because it really works. Gently
(07:57):
tap the area between your eyebrows with your index or
middle finger. As you tap, repeat the affirmation it is
safe for me to see, I am open to divine guidance.
My intuition flows freely. You can do this throughout the
day whenever you need a quick boost of intuitive connection.
(08:18):
And remember, consistency is the key. Even a few moments
of tapping and affirming can make a difference in reinforcing
the connection to your third eye. When you focus on
this energy center, what you're doing is you're sending a
clear signal to your subconscious that you are now ready
to receive intuitive insights. Patience is important here, just like
(08:39):
strengthening any muscle. It takes consistent effort, but it really
does pay off.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
It really does. And I know that we're probably going
to be talking about this several times as we go
through today's episode. But when you're doing this and your
patients is wearing thin, no matter how far fetched it may,
see if you get an idea that something is an
intuitive hit, basically write down, keep records of your progress.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
You'll definitely hear say that a lot in this episode.
That validation journal is so key.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
Absolutely it is So let's play a game. Let's play
What's behind my eyelids? This is a playful way to
engage your inner voice. Sit in a quiet, dimly lit room,
close your eyes. Instead of just seeing blackness, consciously ask
yourself what images, colors, or patterns can I perceive behind
(09:35):
my eyelids. Don't try to force anything, just observe. You
might see swirls of color, geometric shapes, flashes of lights,
or even vague images. Simply acknowledge whatever appears without judgment.
So do that for about five or ten minutes every day.
The goal is to train your mind to look inward
(09:56):
for visual information rather than always relying on your physical eyes.
This helps to develop your clairvoid abilities and the sight
of your third eye.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
I like this exercise especially as you're trying to fall asleep,
Like if you're laying in bed at night and you
can't sleep. This is a really good one to do
because you're also in that hypnogogic state, which is often
called the doorway to sigh. So it's a really fun
one to do. Just lay there, close your eyes and
see what you see. It can be kind of trippy,
but fun. Now this next exercise is meditative and helpful.
(10:32):
Sit comfortably in a quiet space with your eyes gently closed.
Imagine a blank screen or a dark empty stage directly
in front of your inner vision, about a foot or
two away from your face. And then you pose a
simple question or intention to yourself, something like show me
a symbol for peace or what color am I feeling
(10:55):
right now? Then wait patiently observing the inner screen. Don't
try to make an image appear, but rather just put
yourself in that energy of allowing and watch for any
fleeting colors, shapes, symbols, or even brief scenes that might
appear on your inner screen. Now, let's talk about some
(11:16):
powerful tools that can amplify your intuitive journey. Crystals. Many
crystals resonate with specific energetic frequencies that can support psychic
development and even enhance telepathy. What you want to do
is choose a crystal known for enhancing intuition or psychic abilities.
Some excellent ones include amethysts, Lapis Lazuli, Labradori, clear chordz selenite,
(11:41):
or sodalite. Before meditating or just when you're relaxing, you
want to place the chosen crystal directly on your third eye,
the center of your forehead, or you can hold it
in your hand, close your eyes and focus on the
crystal's energy, inviting it to clear and activate your intuitive channels.
(12:02):
I also like to do this with two single terminated
clear quartz points, and I'll put one of those points
in my dominant hand, which is my left hand, with
the point facing on my palm facing into my body,
up my arm, and then I put the other point
in my non dominant hand, pointing out away from my body,
(12:24):
and as I breathe in energy, I imagine that crystal's
energy coming into my body and amplifying my vibrations and
clearing out anything that's not serving me, and as I exhale,
I visualize it going out the crystal in my other hand.
That one's really calming.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
I think that's a really good exercise, and I love
just lying on the sofa with a rock on my forehead.
There's something just really powerful to that to me, and
I can feel it. I know there's a connection going
on between my third eye and that rock. Sure, Okay,
(13:01):
carrys through the next one as well, Dear Okay.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Now, this exercise is great for budding mediums because it
really helps build your symbolic dictionary. Each morning, before you
start your day, ask your intuition what symbol or image
represents my day today. Close your eyes and wait for
an image to pop into your mind. It could be
an object, an animal, a landscape, or an abstract shape.
(13:27):
Draw or quickly sketch whatever you see. At the end
of the day, reflect on your experiences and see how
the symbol might have related to your day's events or themes.
This exercise will help you develop your personal symbolic language,
which is crucial for interpreting clairvoyant messages. It also trains
(13:48):
your mind to receive specific images on demand. The more
you connect the symbol to your daily experience, the stronger
the link becomes. And then before you go to bed,
try this. Hold your chosen intuitive enhancing crystal in your hand.
Am At this Lapis and Selenite are really good for this.
(14:08):
Set a clear intention like I ask for a clear
intuitive guidance through my dreams tonight, or show me what
I need to know about, and then name a specific situation.
Place the crystal under your pillow or on your bedside table.
What I like to do is put the crystal under
my pillow, but inside my pillowcase. I have a pillowcase
(14:29):
that has a zipper, and so I'll put it under
my pillow, but a zipped up so then it doesn't
fall and get chipped or damage when I'm sleeping. Upon waking,
immediately jot down any dreams, images, or feelings you recall
in your journal. You always want to keep a notebook
in pen or your phone with your dream app right
next to your bed so you can capture those fleeting
(14:51):
dream memories before they fade.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
It's a really good idea. Absolutely, I can't imagine not
having a notepand next to my bed. I can figure
out how to use a pencil or a pen in
the middle of the night. Mashing buttons on my phone
ain't going to happen. But anyway, that's just me. So
let's talk about a fascinating aspect of intuition telepathy. While
(15:15):
it might sound like something out of a science fiction movie, telepathy,
or that direct mind to mind transfer of thoughts and feelings,
is believed by many people to be an extended form
of intuition that we all possess to some degree. So
try this exercise with a partner, Find a trusted friend
(15:37):
or family member who is also open to exploring their
intuitive abilities. Sit in separate rooms or even at a
distance in separate houses. For example, one person who is
the sender chooses a simple image, a number, a caller,
and focuses intently on sending that image to the receiver.
(15:59):
The receiver relaxes their mind and tries to perceive what
is being sent. Try that for a few minutes of
just sending and receiving an image, and then after a
few minutes switch ropes. Don't worry about perfection, focus on
the subtle impressions and feelings without telling each other anything,
(16:20):
and just do that. To keep it small and simple,
tell your partner what type of image you're sending, like
a number between one and five, or a triangle, a circle,
a star, a heart shape. Keep a journal of your
attempts and what you receive. Even partial successes are valuable insights.
(16:42):
And here's another good one. Try this throughout your day.
Whenever your phone rings, try to guess who is calling
before you look at the screen or before you open
an email. Try to get a sense of who it
might be from or what the subject is about. You
can also try to guess the time on a clock
without looking. Keep a middle or written CALLI of your successes.
(17:04):
I'm really good with that clot thing. Don't overthink it.
Go with the first feeling from your gut, even if
it seems illogical. This trains your mind to trust those
intuitive nudges.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
And here's a really fun tip. I love angelite. It's
known as the stone of angels for a lot of reasons.
Obviously because it helps connect you more deeply with your
guardian angel, but also it's one of the few stones
known to enhance telepathy when two people are holding or
wearing angelite. So what you can do is get two
(17:41):
pieces of angelite and give one to yourself and give
one to someone you're very connected to. So for example,
if you have a child leaving for college, or if
you have a partner who travels a lot, and you
can each hold that angelite and it is said to
enhance the telepathic connection between the two two of you. Now,
(18:01):
before we talk about tips to read your vibrations, which
is key to connecting with your team of helpers on
the other side, we're going to take a very quick
break and we'll be right back.
Speaker 3 (18:13):
Hi. I'm Cleig Elder from England and co author with

and you'll also get a Minerva the A'L pattern For
all unit us out there. Deb has also recorded a
beautiful meditation for Crafting the Wheel of the Year that
you can download and listen to at home. You can
(18:58):
pre order our book craft in the Wheel of the
Year in the US from Deb's website, which is debboeen

the world from my website, which is wool Caturecompany dot com. Finally,
both Deb and I would like to say a real
big thank you for all the orders that we've already received.
(19:23):
We are both feeling truly blessed. Thank you and see
you soon.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Welcome back. Our intuitive abilities are directly linked to our
energetic state, or what's known as our vibration. When we
raise our vibration, we become more aligned with higher frequencies,
making it easier to access intuitive guidance. Conversely, low vibrations,
(19:55):
often caused by stress, negative emotions, or unhealthy habits, can
block the flow of our intuition. So here are some quick,
easy things you can do to increase your vibrations this week. First,
every morning, before you get out of bed, think of
at least three things you are genuinely grateful for. Feel
(20:16):
the emotion of gratitude deep in your part throughout the day.
Whenever you feel stressed or low, pause and find something,
no matter how small, to be grateful for. Gratitude instantly
shifts our energetic frequency. The more you practice, the more
naturally it will become a part of your being. And
(20:37):
I've talked about this on the show before, Samantha. When
I wake up in the morning, even before my feet
hit the floor, the first words out of my mouth
are thank you, And at night, as I'm going to bed,
the last thing I say out loud is thank you.
I just think that's really really important. Oh I do too.
(20:58):
It just shifts everything, it really does. And you also
want to be mindful of what you're consuming. This isn't
just about food, though, Eating fresh whole vibrant foods like
leafy greens, berries, and healthy fats certainly does support a
higher vibration, but it's also about the media you consume.
Limit negative news, violent shows, and gossip, and consider the
(21:22):
energy of the people you surround yourself with. Consciously choose
to nourish your body, mind, and spirit with high vibrational input.
Something else you can try is spend at least twenty
minutes outdoors in nature this week. This could be a
walk in the park, sitting by a body of water,
or simply spending time in your backyard. During your time
(21:43):
and nature, you want to practice intuitive walking, So instead
of following a set path, allow your intuition to guide you.
Turn left if it feels good for you, pause when
something catches your eye, and simply be present. Pay attention
to the sites, sounds, smells, and sensations, and you know
dev This tip reminds me of so many listener stories
(22:06):
we get emailed into us about listeners asking for a
sign from their guides and they'll be out on a
walk and they'll tell us, like, for some reason, I
just decided to take this different path, and.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Today I found my sign. That is such a good
example of how this twenty minutes outdoors in nature really
does help you not only have the grounding and balancing
effect on your energetic vibration, but it also clears your mind,
allowing you to be more receptive to the information and
intuitive insights that your own inner compass, but also your
(22:40):
guides are trying to get to you.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
Absolutely true, absolutely so, dedicate ten to fifteen minutes each
day to journaling. I know, really, I really do think
it's important. Journal specifically about your intuitive experiences. Write down
any hunches, gut feelings, synchronistic events, or subtle nudges you've
(23:04):
received throughout the day. Reflect on times you listen to
your intuition and what happened, and also times you ignored
it and what the outcome was. Here's some propt to
get you started. Ask yourself, when did I feel a
strong yes or no today and what was it about?
(23:25):
What subtle messages did I receive today through dreams, symbols
or repeating thoughts. What questions am I holding in my
heart right now that I'd like? Intuitive guidance on the
act of writing helps to solidify and acknowledge your intuitive experiences,
strengthening them to help you trust those experiences over time.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
Dev This would be a good thing to add into
your validation journal. I don't think I do that in
my validation journal. I'll just write down like felt that
I should do this and it turned out to be accurate,
or picked up on this about so and so and
it came true. But I don't really journal in my
validation journal.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
You don't.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
No, I have a separate journal for that, my validation journal. Well,
actually it's all in the same little spiral bound book,
but I keep my validation stuff at the back. I
like this idea of just writing asking yourself into it,
like when did I feel intuitive today?
Speaker 2 (24:28):
Oh, I think that's a great idea. I don't do that.
I don't do that. I mean, I only write down
stuff once it's happened kind of stuff, you know.
Speaker 1 (24:35):
Yeah, yeah, but I think that'd be a good thing
to add. All right, Now, let's talk about a great
exercise for strengthening your clear audience. This is the center
associated with intuitive hearing, so you might get messages through
songs if this ability is strong for you, or maybe
you've experienced waking up to hearing your name being called.
Clare audience is associated with the throat chakra, which is
(24:59):
all about speaking your truth, communicating authentically, and feeling heard.
This clear audience exercise is called auditory stillness meditation. So
what you want to do is find a place where
you won't be disturbed, sit comfortably or lie down, close
your eyes and focus on your breath for a few
minutes to center yourself. Now consciously turn your attention to
(25:22):
the sounds within the silence. Don't strain, just listen. This
is another good exercise to do as you're trying to
fall asleep and hopefully the house is all quiet and silent.
You might notice the hum of electronics, your own heartbeat,
the subtle ringing in your ears. Beyond these physical sounds,
(25:43):
open your awareness to any subtle inner sounds, whispers or
clicks or tones, faint melodies, and you want to practice
this daily for about ten minutes. The key is to
cultivate a deep level of auditory awareness, training your brain
to distinguish between phses yusical sounds and subtle inner perceptions.
(26:03):
Over time, these inner sounds may become clearer and more distinct.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
To matth, have you ever awakened with somebody calling your name? Yes,
me too, Well, that's an interesting feeling, isn't it. It is?
Speaker 1 (26:17):
And I have always felt that it's my guide's trying
to wake me up so that I'll remember a dream,
or they'll just remind me to be intuitive that day,
but to actually wake up and do these exercises and
focus on that. But a couple of times, when the
kids were younger, I would wake up and hear, mom, oh,
I bet you did, and I would jump out of
(26:39):
bed and go to their rooms, and they were fast asleep.
And I never really knew what that was about.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
Maybe they were dreaming about you, or maybe true they
may have been thinking about you. You don't know, I
don't know.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
I always thought it was the ghost girl we had
to get out of my house.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
Remember I remember her. I Okay, here's another one to
help with your clear audience. And for those of you
who've been longtime listeners of this show, you note that
that is my primary function is clear audience. So I
love these exercises and I use them a lot along
with music. So try this one. Go to a place
(27:15):
with moderate background noise, a coffee shop, of arc, even
just a room with an air conditioner running. Close your eye. First,
listen to all the sounds collectively, then choose a specific
sound to focus on, for example, a distant conversation, the
rustling of leaves, the hum of your refrigerator. Try to
(27:35):
tune into that sound, filtering out everything else. After a
minute or two, switch to another sound, then try to
listen to two specific sounds simultaneously. Fine relax your focus
and listen to everything around you, but this time be
(27:56):
open to any subtle, seemingly non physical sounds that might
emerge from the background. This exercise helps you develop a
selective listening and concentration ability, which are crucial for discerning subtle,
clear audience messages amidst the noise of daily life. It
trains your auditory system to perceive layers of sound. So
(28:21):
basically what you want to do here is you want
to just sit and listen to everything going on. Then
you want to focus on one thing that you're hearing,
tune everything else out, and then add other sounds back
in until you've got everything back listening again, but this
time you're listening for something that wasn't there, perhaps before,
some kind of message in that way.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
I do this one a lot, and it really does
amplify your clear audience. But It also amplifies your overall hearing.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
Oh I agree, it's just a.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Really really good thing to do.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
All right.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
Now, let's shift our focus to clear cognizance. This is
the ability to know something without really understanding why or
how you know it. It's often connected to channeling, psychic
downloads and that inner sense of just knowing something is true.
It's located at the crown chakra. And here's a great
exercise to strengthen this ability. Pick a simple everyday object
(29:19):
or situation that you have no prior knowledge about. This
could be a random book on a shelf you've never
looked at, a piece of art, or even a news
headline you haven't read yet. And then close your eyes
for a moment, take a deep breath, and then quickly
glance at that object or situation, and, immediately before your
logical mind kicks in, ask yourself, what do I just
(29:40):
know about this? Pay attention to the very first impression, feeling,
or thought that pops into your head. It might be
a word, a feeling about its origin, a sense of
its purpose, or even a simple yes or no feeling
about something related to it. The key here is speed
and not overthinking it and The reason why we say
(30:03):
speed is because Claire cognizance is so fast it's almost
like the knowledge was there before you had a chance
to think about it. It's just that fast. Don't try
to analyze or rationalize. The first fleeting impression is often
the Claire cognizant hit. Practice this with multiple items throughout
the day. You can verify some of your knowings later
(30:26):
if possible. Now, one thing I'm known for with my
book lover Friends is picking really really good books. And
I think it's because I do this. I'll go to
a bookstore or a library, and I'll go to a
shelf and I'll just trust my Clare cognizance and I'll
pull out a book. And I have found some of
the best writers by doing that. So I highly recommend
(30:47):
you try it now. This next exercise is great for
decision making. For low stake decisions throughout your day, deliberately
turn off your logical mind. This could be simple thing
like choosing what to wear, what to eat for lunch,
or which email to open first. Instead of weighing pros
and cons, simply pause, take a deep breath and ask yourself,
(31:11):
what do I just know I should do? Go with
that immediate, unexplained pull or sense of certainty, and you
want to start with trivial decisions like this, like the
ones we suggested to build trust. As you gain confidence,
you can gradually apply this to slightly more significant choices,
and then, of course, journaling the outcome can really help
(31:32):
reinforce the connection.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
It certainly can. Absolutely. I like that exercise a lot.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
Me too.
Speaker 2 (31:39):
Okay, here's another one. When faced with a big problem,
big or small, instead of immediately brainstorming solutions, just sit
quietly for a few minutes state the problem clearly in
your mind. That's really the first thing you need to
do is to figure out what the real problem is.
Then open yourself to what we call it down load.
(32:01):
Imagine information or a solution simply flowing into your awareness.
Don't try to think of an answer, just wait for
a sudden knowing and aha moment or complete idea can
pop into your head. It might feel like a fully
formed thought there wasn't there a few seconds ago. But
(32:22):
this works best when you're relaxed and not stressed about
finding an answer. Often, when you let go of the
need to control the solution, your clear cognizance has space
to provide it, and once again, keep a notebook andy
to write down whatever comes through. Okay, let's move on
to some exercises that can strengthen your clear sensience. This
(32:45):
center is located in the solar plexus chakra and it's
connected to gut feelings. So try this. Think of a
simple question to which you don't immediately know the answer,
which has a clear yes or no outcome, like will
I receive a text from so and so today or
(33:07):
will my boss give me a raise before the end
of the year. Focus on the question, then tune into
your body. Does it feel like an expansive yes, a
feeling of openness, lightness, and warmth in your gut or
in your chest. Here you're working with your solar plexus
chakra and your parts chakra to some extent. Or is
(33:29):
it a contracting feeling a no that gives you a tightness,
a heaviness, an uneasy feeling. Again, write down your responses
and ask the question, then silently again and tune into
your body again. What's more, does your body lean forward
slightly for yes or pull back for no? Does one
(33:52):
side of your body feel lighter or heavier? Does your
stomach clitch for no and relax for yes. Establish what
your unique physical yes or no response feels like. I
know you're hearing this and thinking, well, gotch that sounds
like a pendulum. Yeah, he does. That's really your body
can be basically a pendulum. Avoid questions, however, where you
(34:16):
have a strong emotional attachment to the answer, as this
can bias your perception. The goal here with this exercise
is to isolate a pure knowing feeling. Regularly checking the
outcomes will help you alibrate your physical responses to your
clear cognizance yes or no, so that you know what
(34:36):
your body's doing and telling you, so that you have
a consistent connection to that simple yes or no answer
that you getting.
Speaker 1 (34:45):
You know what, dev I haven't really told you this yet,
but I want to do a show on lithomancy, which
is doing readings with crystals, and so I've been reading
books on how to do this and it's really really fascinating.
But in this one book i'm reading now, the the
author had this really good tip for asking questions that
I think we can apply to not only throwing stones,
(35:07):
but also looking at oracle decks or to row or
doing the exercise. You just mentioned. He said, if you're
asking a question, how you phrase it is so important.
So he said, for example, instead of saying should I
take that trip to England, you want to say, is
now the best time to take that trip to England?
Speaker 2 (35:28):
Although shefs have done to ROW ratings, that always was
one of the hardest things for my quarents to do,
and now that I teach so much to Row, creating
the question is the hardest thing often for my students
to do. You're absolutely right, there's a science and an
art to learning how to do that so that you
are communicating clearly with these various modalities. Well, you know, it.
Speaker 1 (35:51):
Just really made me think, because if you ask should
I go to England? Well, yeah, yeah, sure you should
go to England.
Speaker 2 (36:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:01):
And you know, whoever is giving us this answer, our guides,
our higher self, the universe. They're not thinking about time.
But when we switch that subtle question to is now
the best time to go to England? I think it
yields a more clear, accurate response.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
Well, you know, I think even more clearly than that.
For example, what you're really asking is would going in
August be the time to go to England? Be clear
about that don't just say the word now. Is August
took good time for me to go to England? Yes.
The more clear you are with your question, the more
clearly you can get a response.
Speaker 1 (36:39):
Yeah, excellent point. Okay, here's a good one to try.
If you're visiting a new place or returning home after
a vacation. You want to enter a room that you
haven't been in for a while or a new place,
and before analyzing it visually or logically, pause a the thresholder.
Just as you walk inside and close your eyes briefly,
take a deep breath. What is the feeling of the room.
(37:02):
Does it feel warm or cold, welcoming or tense, peaceful
or chaotic? Are there any lingering emotions? Pay attention to
subtle shifts in your own body goosebumps, a tightening in
your chest, a sudden lightness, or a feeling of unease.
You can practice this in different environments. A busy office,
(37:22):
a quiet library, a friend's home, a doctor's waiting room,
or let's say you're going on a job interview and
you want to get a feel for the office. This
is a good one to try. Notice how the collective
energy of the space affects your own energetic field. This
will help you become more sensitive to environmental energies.
Speaker 2 (37:42):
I think that is such a good skill to learn.
It has stood me in good stead many times when
I have met someone and they invited me over for coffee,
and I walked in and the home was absolutely lovely
and perfect, and it looked like it came out of
I don't know, some kind of fancy architectural digest kind
of place, and I couldn't wait to get out of it.
Speaker 1 (38:06):
I knew this was not byspace, right, you could just
feel it. I think it's a great exercise to try
when you first meet people too. We've talked about that
how important it is to trust those first instincts.
Speaker 2 (38:17):
Absolutely, absolutely true.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
Okay, let's take our very last break, and when we
come back, we're going to discuss exercises for sensing auras. Hey, guys,
just wanted to remind you that Denise and I have
a few spots remaining in our Mediumship Part two class,
which is designed to help you deepen and enrich your
mediumship practice. You'll learn how to establish and hold a link,
(38:42):
how to work with your guides, and discover which type
of mediumship is your forte you'll get lots of practice
and group work and partner exercises both inside and outside
of class. We'll meet Saturdays from one to four pm
Eastern on July twenty sixth and August nine. For more information,
just go to sma Atthefaye dot com and click the
(39:02):
upcoming events tab. And also a big thank you to
everyone who has reached out with such great comments about
my daughter Chloe sharing her stories on the podcast. Many
of you have asked me for tips and resources for
helping your own intuitive children, and so I just wanted
to remind you that I do have an E course
on how to Raise an Intuitive child and it has
(39:24):
lots of tips, meditations, imagery exercises, things you can do
that are child focused to really help support your growing
intuitive child. Just go to my website and click store
and pull down to the E course's tab. Thanks so
much everyone.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
Welcome back.
Speaker 1 (39:47):
Now here's a great exercise for learning to sense auras.
Stand a few feet away from a friend, close your
eyes or soften your gaze, and extend your hands towards
them without touching. Slowly move your hands around their body
about eight to ten inches from their skin, as if
feeling an invisible energetic field. Notice any changes in temperature, density, tingling, sensations,
(40:15):
or pressure. Do certain areas feel warmer, cooler, denser, or
more expansive. Do you pick up on any emotions emanating
from them? The intention here is crucial. You want to
set the intention to feel their energy with love and respect,
and remember as always to ground yourself before and after
(40:37):
the exercise because you don't want to inadvertently link with
their energy. This exercise directly trained your ability to perceive
the subtle energy field around living beings.
Speaker 2 (40:49):
That's a really fun exercise to do with a group
of people.
Speaker 1 (40:51):
Yeah, it is. We get that at Eger Casey. Remember, Yeah,
you had them feel their partner's energy, and then we
had them think of about a happy moment and feel
the aura, and then think about a sad moment and
they could feel the shrinking of the aura.
Speaker 2 (41:07):
Right. It was really cool thing to do. It really is,
and it's very accurate. It's amazingly act when you do
it with as you say, that intention of love and
respect and boundary setting. It's really important. Okay, let's talk
about an exercise for those who have a well developed clansensience.
(41:28):
When you're experiencing a strong emotion yourself, joy, frustration, peace, anxiety,
or when you're observing someone else experiencing a strong emotion,
try to translate that emotion into a physical sensation, a color,
or a texture in your mind's eye. For example, does
(41:50):
anger feel hot and spiky or dense and red? Does
peace feel cool and flowing or soft and blue? Does
anxiety feel like buzzing energy or a tight knot. This
exercise helps you to categorize and understand energetic information in
a more tangible way. The more you consciously connect emotions
(42:14):
to physical or sensory representations, easier it will be to
recognize these subtle feelings when they come from external sources.
And finally, before we wrap up, let's talk about some
exercises you can do with crystals, of course, to enhance
your intuition this week. So think of a specific question
(42:37):
you'd like intuitive guidance on. Frame it as clearly and
as concisely as possible, like, for example, what is the
best next step for my career? Or what messages do
I need to hear about my relationship with X person?
Write the question at the top of a new page
in your journal. Hold a crystal in your dominant hand
(43:01):
or place it over your heart or third eye. Your
clear quarts, lapists or amethysts really are great for this.
Close your eyes and focus on your question, channeling your
intention into the crystal. Visualize the crystal absorbing your question
and radiating an answer back to you. After about ten minutes,
(43:26):
open your eyes without judgment or overthinking, begin to free
write in your journal anything that comes to mind in
response to your question. Don't overthink it, just write a day.
This could be words or phrases that pop into your head,
or images or symbols that you see in your mind's eye.
(43:47):
It might be feelings or sensations in your body, like
a yes feeling of expansion or a no feeling of contraction.
Or it could be a sudden knowing or in or
you might get nothing and then later in that day adah,
you have an AHA moment. Write it down.
Speaker 1 (44:10):
That happens to me a lot when I do this exercise.
I like to take a window crystal, you know those
clear chords that have the diamond shaped window in them, right,
And I'll ask a question and I'll look into that
window crystal until my gaze kind of softens. Or sometimes
I'll even just press it to my third eye chakra
and nothing happens, and I'm like, well, look at you, Samantha,
(44:31):
what a great crystal teacher you are. But then leader
in the day, the answer will just drop.
Speaker 2 (44:36):
Into my head.
Speaker 1 (44:39):
That's why I think patience is really important with this,
don't you agree?
Speaker 2 (44:42):
I absolutely do, And that's really important in this modern,
fast paced world where we get so impatient if it
takes three seconds for our computer to load up. We
forget that universal time is different in human time. And
though you might not get the answer right this spin it,
(45:04):
it may come in a very different way, in a
very very different format than you anticipated later in the
day or maybe even tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (45:13):
Yeah, exactly. Now, this last exercise is a really cool
one where you create a crystal grid on your body.
So what you want to do is gather four clear
Courtz points and then set your intention clearly, state your
attention allowed or silently. For example, you could say, I
intend for this clear courtz grid to amplify my intuition
(45:37):
and bring me clear guidance regarding whatever it is your situation,
your question, and then place one clear Courtz point at
your crown chakra just above the top of your head
with the point facing away from you. Now, if you
don't have a clear Courts point, you can use a
clear Courtz tumblestone and just place it at the top
(45:58):
of your crown chakra. Then you want to place one
clear quartz point at your third eye, between your eyebrows
and slightly above, with the point facing down towards your
forehead like it's facing your nose for example. So the
one at the top of your head is facing up
to the sky and the one on your forehead is
facing down into your energy. Then you place one clear
(46:21):
quartz point on either side of your body, neither your
shoulders or hips, creating a triangle shape around your body. Now,
if you are using the clear quartz points, the two
on each side between your shoulders and your hips, those
you want pointing into your body. If you have more stones,
you can place them in a way that feels intuitively right.
(46:43):
A good example is to place some at your feet,
forming a larger circle around you. A black tormaline positioned
at the soles of your feet is wonderful for protection
and grounding your energy while doing your intuitive grid work.
And then what you want to do is visualize the
these crystals, creating a shimmering, clear energy field around you,
(47:03):
like a protective, amplifying bubble. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Focus on the feeling of the court's energy surrounding and
penetrating your aura. Imagine the clear courts absorbing any mental fog,
distractions or limiting beliefs, and then visualize it amplifying your
own subtle intuitive signals. If you have a specific question,
(47:27):
you can hold it gently in your mind and as
you are laying there, allowing the crystals to do their
beautiful work, pay attention to any insights, images, words, feelings,
or sudden knowings that arise within this clear energetic space.
Don't force them, just allow, be receptive, be open, and
(47:48):
when you feel complete, take a few more deep breaths,
imagine the amplified intuitive energy settling deeply within your being,
becoming a part of you. Gently remove the crests from
your body and around you, and wiggle your fingers and
toes and slowly open your eyes and then, of course,
journal any insights you have received right away. You can
(48:10):
enhance us exercise by playing soft, high vibrational meditation music
in the background. The clear courtz grid create the sacred
space that can make it easier to drop into a receptive,
intuitive state.
Speaker 2 (48:23):
You know.
Speaker 1 (48:24):
I think I shared this on an older episode. But
years ago, I was laying in bed one night reading
a feng Shue book and it was talking about how
bad ceiling fans are in terms of feng shui. And
I'm laying a bed and I'm looking up at my
ceiling fan, and I'm like, oh great. I'd already moved
the mirror facing my bed because I had read that
(48:44):
was bad feng SHUEI And I'm like, I'm not removing
my ceiling fan because you know, I live in the South.
It gets hot even with the ac on. I like
my ceiling fan. But luckily in feng Shue, there's always
a cure. And so the author had said to simply
hang some crystals, especially the clear points crystal, from that
ceiling fan, like get a almost like a ceiling fan
(49:07):
pull that's made with a real crystal.
Speaker 2 (49:10):
And I was like, oh, that I can do.
Speaker 1 (49:12):
So I got this beautiful apothelite pyramid shaped crystal and
I hung it from the fan. And so the next
night I'm laying in bed and I'm reading again and
I'm looking up and I'm thinking, you know, the four
corners of my bed plus the crystal hanging from the
ceiling fan would create a pyramid. So I got clear
(49:35):
Chortz points that were almost shaped like their own little pyramids,
and I put them underneath my bed at the four
corners of the bed, and I just visualized myself sleeping
every night and a pyramid of energy. And it really
really was helpful.
Speaker 2 (49:50):
Well I'm sure it was.
Speaker 1 (49:52):
Yeah, it expanded my dreams, it helped me fall asleep better.
I really liked it. I need to set that up
again in my new house.
Speaker 2 (50:00):
Do you have ceiling fans? I do?
Speaker 1 (50:02):
Okay, do you have ceiling fans?
Speaker 2 (50:04):
I do, but I have one in my office and
I've never turned it on because it's huge. It's kind
of scary.
Speaker 1 (50:11):
Well, go get a little step ladder and hang a
crystal from it.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
Well, probably won't do that, Samantha, do ONTs? I have
crystal grids all around my desk. Right, I think I
got I think I'm good. I all folks who enjoyed
this and take away from it some really good ideas,
And I hope that if you're listening to it as
you're jogging or exercising or driving or whatever, that you
listen to it again with a notebook or that app
(50:36):
thing in your hands, so that you can make some
notes about what we suggested and try some of them
and let us know.
Speaker 1 (50:42):
Yeah, because it's so important to take these action steps
when you are trying to really activate and enhance and
deepen your insuition. We get emails and dms almost daily,
dub saying I know I'm psychic, Now what do I do?
And you know, I always want to say, well, listen
to our show because I hope we always are giving
(51:02):
tips like that. But I hope that this episode and
some of the older ones we've done. We have a
great older episode in our archives on I think it's
at least twenty tips to open up your third eye chakra.
So if you go through some of our archives, especially
our how to shows, you'll find some more wonderful tips
for opening and enhancing your intuition. But absolutely I love
(51:27):
some of these exercise a lot of them, I do.
Some of them are newer to me because you and
I just kind of contributed each of our own. So
I have some new ones in here that I want
to try as well. And report back to us if
these have worked. Remember you can always email us Psychic
Teachers at gmail dot com, and don't forget to find
