Sarah K. Wells, MSN, RN, CEN, CNL is a national speaker, educator, nurse blogger and owner of New Thing Nurse, a professional and academic coaching company for the nursing world.
Sarah has spoken at the local, state and national levels at past emergency nursing and educational nursing conferences. Sarah works with nurses from around the United States through her company, New Thing Nurse, and has collaborated with ED nurses internationally in Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Sweden through work with ExpeditionEd and ENA.
Sarah also works in a community emergency department in Northern California and is the 2019 President of the East Bay Chapter of California ENA. Sarah received her MSN degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2010 and is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL). Sarah is passionate about pediatric care coordination, nurse wellness, global nursing and creating a more supportive nursing culture throughout healthcare.
