Can Pacers Keep Their Season Alive? Antonio Davis & Tony East Join!

(00:00-24:41) – Query & Company opens on a Thursday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison discussing the latest news about Tyrese Haliburton’s health heading into game six tonight. They discuss who Rick Carlisle would turn to if Haliburton can’t go, or is playing in a limited fashion.  

(24:53-33:28) – Last night Jake was up late thinking about tonight’s game between the Pacers and Thunder. He then stumbled upon something that Stephen A. Smith said about game six between Indiana and Oklahoma City.   

(33:28-45:02) – The first hour of the program concludes with Jake taking some calls from Pacers fans voicing their opinion and feelings about game six.  

(45:02-1:08:24) – Tony East from Forbes Sports and Locked On Pacers joins Jake Query on the show to explain what his biggest worry about Tyrese Haliburton is tonight, explains who needs to step up for Indiana tonight if Haliburton health prohibits him from being efficient, accesses which version of Bennedict Mathurin the team will get tonight, and breaks Jake’s heart without knowing it. 

(1:09:49-1:17:35) – Jake shares how he is feeling going into tonight’s game six of the NBA Finals and all the things that have gone through his head so far today. He offers some optimism about tonight’s game.

(1:17:35-1:27:19) – The second hour of today’s show wraps up with Jake sharing the news that Stephanie White will not be coaching tonight’s Indiana Fever game and discussing with Eddie how fans would react tonight if the Thunder closed out the series at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

(1:27:19-1:52:00) – Former Indiana Pacer, Antonio Davis, joins the program to tip off the final hour of the show to discuss the NBA Finals matchup between the Pacers and Thunder, offers some insight on what he would be telling the players tonight if he was Rick Carlisle, shares what it was like playing for Don Haskins at UTEP, reacts to what Jake was told by someone earlier during the series, and provides some information as to what he does with the NBA today. 

(1:52:00-2:06:52) – With the big topic of the day being the status of Tyrese Haliburton for tomorrow’s game six, Jake replays what Rick Carlisle and Tyrese said about his availability for game six.

(2:06:52-2:13:29) – Today’s show closes out with JMV joining Jake and Eddie in the studio to weigh in on the conversation about Caitlin Clark and the events that occurred during the win last night for the Fever.
