(00:00):
It's June 2025 and the biggest transit happening this month is
the Full Moon Ingesta on June 11th.
So I'm hosting a free yoga classto work with these energies, do
some breath work, some movement, some stillness, some reflection,
and have some time to share and connect on Zoom.
(00:22):
So this will be on Tuesday, June10th, the Full Moon yoga class.
It's free. You can go to
quietmineastrology.com/june 2025and sign up for free.
We're going to meet and practiceand work with this energy
because it's a very powerful energy moving through this
month. A lot of Yang qualities with
(00:42):
Mars moving into Leo, Mars ruling Gesta, where this full
Moon is, because Mars ruling Scorpio, where the full Moon is
in Scorpio. And there's a lot of this Yang
energy to work with this month to direct it to be more focused,
to create transformation in our lives, to mobilize things that
have been stuck, to purify things that need to be purified
(01:05):
and transformed, to focus our energy and attention and build
more strength physically, mentally, spiritually,
emotionally powerful stuff. So again, if you want to work
with this directly, tangibly, physically, experientially, go
to quietmindastrology.com June 2025 and RSVP for free.
You can join me on Zoom on Tuesday, June 10th.
(01:28):
And then the full moon will be that night.
So technically June 11th at 12:47 AM Pacific Time is the
full full moon Ingesta. So I'm going to talk about the
ten big transits this month. I already touched on two of
them, but these are the big energies going on that we have
to work with in June, what they mean for us all collectively and
(01:49):
how we can best work with them. And the first one actually was
May 31st we talked about last month, but I want to go back to
it because it's basically endinglast month, starting this month.
And I got a funny text from one of my students.
She's like in our group chat forone of my containers that I
lead. She's like anyone else cuts out
their partner this morning. Venus is in Aries, right?
(02:11):
I can blame that, right? So that's the Venus in Aries
energy coming in strong and hot and bringing in potential anger,
frustration, hostility in relationships for growth, for
transformation. We sometimes we need to have
heated conversations and expresswe don't need to hurt anybody.
We don't need to be abusive or mean.
(02:33):
But sometimes there's a lot of fire coming through and it's
just one of the elements, right? It's it's not like it's good or
bad, but with Venus and Aries brings a lot of fire and passion
to relationships. So if something is out of
alignment, a darmic or not, an integrity, not fully true, then
it becomes more irritating and something needs to be done about
(02:54):
it. There's an element of anger
that's protective. It's coming up to protect what
really matters and to say something that needs to be said
and take care of the things thatreally matter.
So that may be happening for some of you.
And if it is, it's good to really be curious about the
anger rather than projected ontoothers or use it in any way out
(03:15):
worthy to attack somebody, of course.
But it's an opportunity to look within of like what is that
protecting and you what needs attention?
Because Venus is about what we love and our passions, our
desires, and Aries is fire intensity initiative.
So it's a great time if anyone'ssingle to be flirting, to be
(03:36):
meeting new people for starting relationships.
We've just gone through a long Venus and Pisces extended time,
which is kind of unusual becauseof the Venus retrograde that
happened. So we had all the way from the
end of January until May 31st, Venus and Pisces.
And for me personally, brought out such beautiful experiences,
(03:59):
one of the most beautiful harmonious times in my life
Relationally. I'm super grateful and happy,
very healing. A lot of letting go.
Also, Venus and Pisces teaches us to let go of what's no longer
a true desire and connected morespiritually as well, and even
our spiritual love and affinity and connection.
(04:19):
So that transit has come to an end and it won't come back for a
while. About 18 months or so and we'll
have Venus and Pisces again. But now we begin the Zodiac
cycle of Venus back in Aries andAshwini to start in this
initiative starting also healingenergy.
So that's going all through of June because it started May 31st
(04:40):
and will go until June 29th whenVenus moves to Taurus.
That'll be our last transit we talked about today, but again,
Venus and Aries, there's an opportunity to do what you love,
to start something you love. I've talked a lot about this
year being a good time for starting.
If you want to move into doing work that you love or starting
an online business, or if you have a hobby or passion that you
(05:01):
want to somehow make a living doing that thing, this is an
amazing year to move in that direction.
This is not a time for hesitation, waiting, dimming
your light. It's about being your lights,
taking action. It's about moving forward.
Like I mentioned, a lot of Yang energy going on this month and
that's part of it. Aries is a very Yang energy
(05:23):
initiate start, create somethingthat you love and if there is
things you're passionate about to move in that direction,
especially artistically, creatively.
I've picked up the guitar again.Like I've been playing guitar
forever, but sometimes I don't play it so much anymore.
But really inspired, again, my friend left me his hand pan.
I've wanted a hand pan for a long time and ever just really
(05:46):
prioritized that. But it came to me and now I have
a hand pan to play. I'm very excited about.
I'll probably make some recordings with that because I
just love the sound of it so much.
I've been doing sound healing and music for a long time, but
specifically the hand pan is nownew to have that.
So that's Venus in Aries, as well as trying new instruments,
trying new artistic expression, Very fun.
(06:09):
The second transit of this monthof note is on June 6th when Mars
moves into Leo and joins up withK2 until July 28th.
So a month and a half about here, Mars and Leo.
Now Mars is getting out of Cancer where it's been, which
also adds to this sort of sweet, loving, nurturing, kind of
(06:29):
caring energy of Venus and Pisces we had, and Mars and
Cancer we had. It's more of a nurturing soft
energy. But now Mars and Leo's are more
Yang activating. Take bold action, initiate
things, start things, create things, let yourself shine kind
of energy. And it's with K2, which can be a
little reckless and there can besome accidents and mistakes
(06:54):
happening here. So you want to be extra careful
with directing that Yang energy. So practices like the warrior
poses in yoga asana, like in typical Hatha vinyasa classes,
you'll do things like Warrior 2 or you're very focused and
intent and sharp gaze and firm posture.
A lot of sterile energy in the yoga philosophy with firmness,
(07:17):
steadiness. So this Mars and Leo energy with
K2 is really calling us to be steady and firm and discerning.
And it's a spiritual discipline too, because K2 is about
spirituality, Mars is about discipline, Leo's about
leadership. So this is bringing more
discernment to how you are showing up on your spiritual
(07:38):
walk. Now, there's been a lot of talk
recently. If anyone's listened to the
Aubrey Marcus podcast, he's kindof an influential person in the
spiritual community. He talks about his interesting
relationship dynamic that he's going through and getting a lot
of backlash, a lot of negative feedback to that.
And a lot of people who like looked up to him and his partner
as sort of role models of relationships being
(08:00):
disillusioned, seeing how they're actually gone from
monogamy to polyamory in some form.
So that's an example, as I talked about, of like spiritual
leaders coming coming off their pedestal in some way, as I
talked about in the last episodeabout the big shift that we're
going through over 25 to 26. But to me, with Mars and Leo and
K2 together, this is all like this spiritual integrity.
(08:25):
So in some sense, he's being very integris of like sharing
what his actual truth and experience is.
In another sense, there's blind spots there and there's shadow
there that a lot of people pointout in the spiritual community.
And I think there's a lot of humility and vulnerability that
they showed by sharing their personal relationship situation
(08:46):
there on the podcast. And they've been going through
the Venus and Pisces like everybody else for the last few
months, probably blissed out andsuper happy and loving.
But now Venus has gone into Aries and they're they've shared
their private personal lives andtheir experience of being in the
split out state. And it's met with a lot of
criticism. And I have experience with
(09:06):
polyamory as well. And I can say that what I saw in
that podcast is people being very vulnerable and real.
But certainly there's a lot of blind spots there.
And maybe in a couple of years they'll talk differently about
that whole experience that there's certain things they're
not seeing right now. And they say this with a lot of
compassion and love. And I think they're free to do
whatever they want, but I think there's some blind spots there.
(09:28):
And I think with Mars and Leo conjunct K2, it's about taking
off that sort of false veneer orlayer of inauthenticity or false
identity or attachment. Especially with K2 being in Leo,
it's like losing the sense of ego, identity, sort of perceived
(09:48):
power or way you're controlling things or where you want to
look. And a lot of people looked at
that couple as a certain sort ofidealization.
And that has fallen away for a lot of people.
With Venus moving into Aries now, a new way of looking at
relationships and they actually call their podcast something
like this, like a new model of relationship emerges or
something like that. That's Venus in Aries as well.
(10:11):
But it's there's a lot more to that I could say.
But I think with this for us personally, with Mars and Leo
and K2 energies together, it's like just looking at yourself as
sober and honest and authentic as you can and being open to
feedback. And they got a lot of feedback
on their stuff and they just turned off the comments.
(10:32):
So that is shutting off that Channel.
And yeah, there's just some people can be mean and nasty and
negative and harmful and you don't want that.
And if it, you know, is really negatively affecting them, then
that's their choice to turn off the comments and stuff.
But I think there was a lot of very grounded, heart centered
sort of feedback they were getting.
And for myself, having experience with that kind of
(10:53):
lifestyle, knowing what I've experienced and what I've seen
and actually was very deep in itfor a while and knew a lot of
couples and things like this andread all the books.
And they're just, I just see there's things that if they are
really wanting to be open and vulnerable and share their story
with the world, then there may be things they're not seeing.
And people were pointing those things out and they weren't
(11:15):
wanting to see those things. So I think this is an
opportunity to seek feedback, toseek different perspective.
One way I've been doing this recently too is just reaching
out to people. And I welcome this too.
If you want to DM me on Instagram, just like let me know
what you like about the podcast, what you like about what Ioffer,
if there's things I can do better and improve.
(11:36):
I think it's an opportunity to re evaluate what you're doing,
how you're showing up, what roleyou play in your work and your
family and your society, and to get more aligned with OK, what's
true now And Mars again, action, ambition, Dr. Leo, leadership,
(11:57):
integrity, legacy, dynasty, Whatyou're creating in your life.
K2 is a spiritual element to allthat.
So bringing more spirituality into how you're showing up as a
leader, how you're contributing is very important.
But this is also a good time to not hide, to not doubt yourself,
to not withhold things. So again, I commend that
(12:21):
throuple for showing themselves vulnerably to the world.
But of course people are going to have lots of criticism and
feedback. But I've seen plenty of examples
of people who do have polyamorous relationships and
they do have positive feedback. And nobody's really judging the
fact that they want to have a different lifestyle.
It's more just the way that they're doing it and sort of
(12:44):
putting the power into divine inspiration.
And, you know, ISIS told me to do this and you know, it's, it's
not the best way to to approach this sort of thing.
I think it's more being true to yourself, like what is your real
desire here? It's not so much ISIS's power
over you or some divine channel or something like that.
(13:05):
So it's being integris of what you're committed to, what you
stand for, what you're passionate about, and letting go
of these sort of false errors that you may have taken on and
to take bold action and create and step out into the world more
boldly. It's a powerful time, but be
careful about accidents, mistakes, overlooking things.
(13:26):
And I think this is part of, to that kind of energy, that
podcast of like, I don't know, Isaw all the comments.
I was like, why do they even need to make the podcast?
Like this is their personal life.
If they're so happy, like just live your personal life.
Why do you need to share it for everybody and open yourself to
this likely judgment and, and criticism that people are going
to have if you're not receptive to it.
(13:47):
And then they turned off all thecomments.
So, so I think there's an opportunity for being aware of
your actions before you take them, being a little more
deliberate and intentional with your actions of Mars and Leo and
K2 time and know that the actions you take ultimately it
is for your spiritual growth. So if there is some sort of
mistake or an accident or you dosomething wrong or you expose
(14:10):
something or you feel embarrassed or somebody calls
you out in some way or some way that you're controlling or
managing your life is not working anymore.
You need to change it. You need to start a new path.
We're in a very much a new chapter with the big energy
shift that I had mentioned in the last episode of the four big
(14:30):
movers of Transits and Venus andAries now, like starting
something you love on a new level.
So there's a lot of potential inthis, a lot of power, like
especially those of you in business, starting businesses,
in leadership roles, very powerful time, but bring in the
spiritual element, bring in yourelement of connection to
something bigger than yourself. The third big transit is on June
(14:54):
7th, Mercury in Gemini. Now the Mercury transits are
always pretty short, so it's just there until June 22nd.
So from the 7th to 22nd Mercury in Gemini, one of the best
transits for learning, teaching, sharing, just anything to do
with education, communication, sharing your ideas, writing,
(15:17):
journaling, anything you want tostudy.
This is a great time to do it between June 7th and June 22nd,
and that helps the communicationa lot as well.
That's a very sharp way of thinking.
This is an amazing place for Mercury to be.
It clarifies your thoughts. I feel I've been experiencing
this as well. I talked about before, like a
(15:38):
lot of astrologers, spiritual people, empaths like you and I,
we tend to feel these things a little bit early because we're
just in the field of the changing movement, movements of
the energy and that the big cosmic clock.
So these energies don't always arrive exactly on the day.
It's around the time so last week I managed to spend 75 hours
(16:02):
working on my quiet mind yoga teacher training, upgrades and
improvements and lots of huge downloads and insights.
Just super inspired and very funand I just wanted to work as
much as possible. And I did.
And then I looked back as like, OK, how much did I work?
Whoa. It didn't seem right, but it was
actually was a long stretch, 75 hours, but very easy.
(16:25):
Like it was just fun and play and puzzle solving and problem
solving and clarifying what I want to share now the ninth time
I'm doing this teacher training program.
So that is Mercury and Gemini kind of energy and it's going
to, even still, there's more of that to come, June 7th or June
22nd. So if you haven't felt it yet,
it's coming. And if you have some sort of
creative project or outlet or thing you want to put a lot of
(16:46):
thought and attention and care into, it's a great time to do
it. And if you want to check out my
teacher training, it's aquamind dot yoga slash YTT.
Super excited to share these updates.
These are things I've been working on and like trying to
conceptualize for years. And it all just came super clear
this last week and I'm very excited about that.
(17:07):
So the fourth big transit of themonth is on June 11th at 12:47
AM Pacific Time. We have the full moon in Jiesta
Nakshatra in the sign of Scorpio, which is ruled by Mars.
So the Mars energy super strong this month has a big influence
on everything. So everything I just said a long
time talking about Mars and Leo has a big influence on
(17:29):
everything else. So how do you want to show up as
a leader in your life? What do you want to create?
Or specifically on the full moon, it's about what do you
want to celebrate and release and what do you need to feel?
What needs to come to the surface, to be felt, to feel it
and heal it, release it, expressit.
Not a good time for suppressing anything or avoiding something
(17:51):
now internally. So just as a very intense
energy, a transformational energy, so the kundalini energy,
things like this that move and transform and awaken
consciousness is strong on June 10th and 11th.
I say the 10th because that's into that evening.
Most people are going to be asleep during this full moon at
(18:12):
12:47 AM Pacific Time. So I'm doing this free live
class on June 10th and we're going to practice yoga, we're
going to meditate, do some breath work and work with these
energies and talk about them a bit.
So it's a good time for celebrating what's gone well
over the previous two weeks of the lunar cycle and feel
(18:32):
whatever wants to come to the surface from the past couple
weeks. It's like a culmination and
completion, like every full moon.
And Jesta is deep and transformative.
It's one of the three transformational nakshatras that
I talk about a lot, Aslatia, Jesta and Revati, because they
are in the Gandanta region of the nakshatras, the karmic
(18:53):
knots, they untangle karmic knots.
This means wherever we're stuck spiritually, energetically, we
can get unstuck on June 11th andwe can free up a lot of energy.
And that fire can be directed into burning through this karmic
knot on June 10th and 11th. And then that fire can be
(19:14):
directed to our passions, our callings, our creative
expression. We really awesome energy to work
with. So again, June 10th, go to
quietmindastrology.com/june 2025and you can join me live on
Zoom. We'll do a practice together and
work with this energy directly in embodiments.
(19:35):
That's the biggest one this month, so I wanted to make sure
we do some extra work with that. And then the fifth big transit
is on June 15th, the Sun moves into Gemini.
So we got Mercury in Gemini, theSun in Gemini, Jupiter in
Gemini, all at the same time starting June 15th.
And this brings more of the Gemini energy, which means
(19:56):
curiosity, exploration, connection.
And lots of potential for learning and growth.
So amazing month for anything you want to study, learn, read,
grow, go deeper in the path. Gemini is about business and
commerce and communication as well.
So anything you want to learn with business, marketing, sales,
(20:17):
very good. Anything to do with managing
your finances with Mercury and Gemini can be helpful as well.
It's a very playful, fun energy. So anything that brings you joy,
happiness and fun. If you have kids like spending
more time with your kids in the playful, curious, childlike
energy. If you like to color or draw or
(20:37):
do something you did when you were a kid that you haven't done
in a while, this is a good time for that throughout this month
as well. Like if you want to get a
stuffed animal, you used to havea stuffed animal when if you had
one when you were a kid, like toget a stuffed animal again, just
it's not the adult energy. It's like more fun.
Let that part play as well. And then the adult side of it is
(20:58):
like the discernment, the learning, the knowledge, the
wanting to to just be curious about life and learn a bunch of
stuff. We're very fortunate to live in
this time of like things like ChatGPT becoming so skilled.
Like just any random little question you can just ask on
ChatGPT. I remember being a kid and like
always having all these random questions my mom couldn't
answer. And you know, like, why is it
(21:22):
this way? Why is it that way?
It's because it is. You know, why is it that way?
Well, because it is. Why is it that way?
You know, this the never ending questions of like a kid, That's
that Jupiter in Gemini, Sun in Gemini, Mercury in Gemini
energy. It's a good time to just explore
your curiosities. And there's so many amazing
resources now. There's so many great teachers
(21:43):
online, so many great podcasts, audiobooks, YouTube channels.
There's so much great stuff out there.
So whatever you're into, there'ssomething out there.
And like, I grew up really into the band Metallica.
And when I was a kid, there was just like one VHS tape that was
like a documentary about them, and that was pretty much it.
And if I wanted to learn more about them, I just rewatched
(22:03):
that tape and I was so into the music and the band.
And now it's like there's so much on YouTube and I even this
week I, I found a video from them about their bass player,
their first bass player. It was very interesting story.
If you don't know, I won't go into it.
But yeah, there's a really cool little documentary about him.
Like I learned a bunch of stuff I didn't know.
(22:24):
And I've been following them my whole life and I love that music
and that band and still learningnew things and still like
finding new stuff. And even the things you're super
into, there's probably more stuff about that now than ever
before and more resources to learn about that than ever
before. So it's a good time to be
exploring and be curious throughout this month,
(22:45):
especially after June 15th with the Sun and Gemini.
So it brings this vitality, energy, power into your
curiosity. So by exploring your
curiosities, you can become moreyourself, more confident, more
just enjoyment of life. There's a risk here of over
commitment and being distracted. So as you get curious and you
(23:07):
want to explore all these different things, now you might
take on too much and get distracted.
And like an example of this on more of the shadow side, I think
it's just scrolling endlessly onsocial media where there's a
level of curiosity there and thealgorithm starts to get to know
you and what what you like. And I'll show you more of that.
So in some ways it's feeding your curiosity, but a lot of
(23:28):
times it's kind of mindless entertainment and not so helpful
for personal growth and learning, which is the the light
side of Gemini and all this Gemini energy.
And so if you want to learn something, learn a skill, it's a
great month. The sixth major transit is on
June 20th. This is the solstice, which in
the northern hemisphere is the summer solstice, and the
(23:50):
southern hemisphere is the winter solstice.
So in the north we have the longest day of the year.
In the Southern hemisphere, it'sthe longest night of the year.
And either way, there is a majorimbalance.
We're going far into one side ofthis transit of the sun over a
time of the year. So either way, it's a time for
(24:11):
reflection, realigning and simplifying your life.
And it's not a time for forcing things or ignoring your needs or
just rushing through things. I've just observed over like the
many years, I don't know, 10 plus years.
I've been really paying attention to the solstices maybe
15 years now, and just seeing what happens around those days.
(24:33):
Those days are often like big checkpoints in life.
So just notice for yourself around June 20th what's going on
in your life and how it's sort of setting the stage for the
next three months until the equinox and closing a chapter
from the last three months of the last equinox.
So the solstice is a time to realign your values for the
(24:58):
Northern Hemisphere is a lot of Yang energy even more with this
because the longer days. So especially if you're in a
very hot climate, make sure you're balancing out that pizza
dosha with more cooling things. So if it's very hot, then you
want cool foods, cool practices, time and water, especially if
you live by a body of water and it's really hot.
(25:20):
The body of water in any region is perfect temperature to
balance out the heat of that region.
So like here, I live by the beach in Mexico and it gets very
hot, but going in the water is like the exact medicine for the
temperature. It's like the perfect balance.
Lived in Austin, TX, it would get super hot and the springs
(25:41):
there were super cold, but it was a really nice contrast.
So there's an element to that. I think the body of water by a
town where you live is the perfect temperature to balance
out the temperature there in thesummer.
And then when it's hot, when it's cold, stay out of the
water, you're going to hypothermia.
But if it's cold and those of you in the Southern hemisphere,
(26:02):
the longest night, this is a more internal time.
So it's like an internal Yang energy.
So this means like deep practices, intense self
reflection. And those of us in the Northern
hemisphere will have this in thewinter.
You know, we all go through these cycles.
So the solstice, June 20th is a big day.
If you can take that day to do something still centering
(26:23):
meditative, internal, personal practices, I highly recommend no
big decisions. It's OK on the solstice.
It's not as big as the eclipses, but still, you know, if you can
just kind of make that more of aday of rest, I recommend that
and more of a day of just sort of to me that it usually feels
like it's the end of a chapter in a book.
(26:43):
Like when I'm reading a book andwe get to that last paragraph,
it's like now we're starting thenext chapter.
And that feeling I, I feel that a lot around the solstices.
So notice for yourself what you notice on June 20th, the seventh
big event this month is on June 22nd when Mercury moves to
Cancer. So we end that Mercury in Gemini
(27:05):
time we talked about, and now we've got the planet of
communication, thinking, curiosity, and the emotional
waters of Cancer. So it's a beautiful time for
connecting emotionally, writing emotionally, communicating
yourself emotionally, like artistically.
Again with Venus and Aries this month.
If there's some creative projects, artistic projects you
(27:25):
want to do, making music, singing, playing, Mercury in
Cancer is wonderful for emotional depth in relationships
and intimacy. If you want to have some deep
conversations and just share howmuch you love somebody in your
life, it's a wonderful time for that.
Not a good time for reactivity or closing your heart, which is
(27:46):
not always so easy to choose to not close our hearts.
It happens sometimes. But if you feel yourself being
reactive or closed off, be aware, be curious about that.
That's Mercury being curious about the emotions, Mercury in
Cancer and if you need to take some pause or some time to
reflect or just slow down, then I encourage that.
(28:06):
Mercury likes to move fast, cancer likes to move slow, and
cancer likes to be safe. Not necessarily just slow, but
more like safe and mercury. Just more like let's hurry up
and let's talk about it. Let's talk about this.
Let's feel that Cancer's like, well, let's really feel it.
Let's really sit with it a bit. And any sort of deep
conversations can be very healing and nurturing at this
(28:29):
time. From June 22nd for a couple
weeks here, it's mercury transits are usually about 3
weeks. So June 22nd into July, you know
this beautiful energy for talking, connecting emotionally
and sharing and emotionally and being curious emotionally as
well. So June 22nd, Mercury and
(28:51):
Cancer, the eighth big transit is on June 23rd when we have the
Moon and Taurus. Moon is exalted here and Moon's
in Taurus for about two days, 2 1/2 days in each sign roughly
for the moon. And around June 23rd, it's a
good time for some rest, some nourishment, some enjoyment,
(29:11):
some pleasure eating some good food, a good time to slow down,
not rush things, not over stimulate yourself.
And this happens every month, Moon and Taurus.
But I like to talk about it because it's nice to slow down,
especially on this month with a lot of Yang energy, a lot of the
Mars energy, so strong Moon and Taurus is like, let's take a
breath, let's relax, let's chillout.
(29:33):
Do some restorative yoga or yin yoga, put your legs up the wall
for 10 minutes. Just rest, relax, go to the
beach, go to nature, lay in a hammock, get a massage.
These kind of things are very good.
Around June 23rd, nurture and nourish yourself.
Don't rush through things, don'tover stimulate yourself.
(29:54):
The ninth big transit is on June25th.
This is the new moon in Ardra Nakshatra and this is like a
little moon birthday for me because my moon is in Ardra as
well. And Ardra can be quite intense,
quite emotional and quite stormy.
And for me personally, I've experienced a lot of emotional
storms throughout my life, a lotof intensity in a lot of
(30:14):
different ways. And this can happen on June 25th
for all of us. So it's a good time to carry in
that moon and Taurus energy fromJune 23rd, a couple of days
before of not rushing into things, going a little bit slow
and but it's a new beginning, a new way of looking at what
you're creating in your life. And storms can be very soothing
(30:38):
actually, and kind of calming. It could be like relaxing to lay
in and just listen to the rain and the Thunder storms can be
very scary and dangerous and feel like you're unsafe.
So I think there's some level ofthis new moon and Ardra of
choosing how to respond to the storm.
And they could be the same stormand you're just responding
differently that you find it relaxing or you find it
(31:00):
terrifying. So storms are going to come.
That's inevitable. The weather patterns move, and
where I'm living, it's actually the rainy season in June.
So we're going to get a lot of real storms, and some of them
are quite intense. There's a hurricane here a few
years ago, so there can be big storms in our lives, but it's
(31:20):
always our choice and how to respond to it.
So the new moon is a new opportunity, new perspective of
what you want to create. And the storms can be very
cleansing and wash away what's not really serving us anymore.
So it's a really good day to cryit out.
If you got some emotions to get out, get it out like therapy,
(31:43):
talk to a friend, journal, reflect, meditate, whatever it
is that helps you move emotion very good on June 25th.
So time to reset, to release, tospeak your truth, to express
yourself and speak with care, with kindness.
Because Ardra could be destructive, like storms could
be destructive or storms could be like super hydrating and
(32:08):
nourishing to the land. Like if it gets very dry and
then suddenly there's a storm, it's like a huge relief.
So approaching it this way of like, what kind of storm is
needed in your life? And if you have some sort of
choice over this, you want a calm storm.
Do you need like a big, you justneed to like tear everything up
and start over. You need a big change.
(32:28):
That might be the truth for you,but it's a time to opportunity
to connect with what's true for you.
And this is something that's very important to me also.
Like there's something felt in myself in a relationship to just
talk about it, to just say it. Over the years, I've learned
like this is so much better. Sort of you could say RIP the
(32:49):
Band-Aid off or to just walk into the storm to dance in the
rain. I'm not always been perfect at
this. In the past I struggled with it
more. But I've I've learned that it's
better to just talk about it in the moment as best you can
because these things can fester and become moldy essentially.
I guess that's kind of a metaphor here with the the rain.
(33:11):
And they can create all sorts ofother issues that would have
been simpler if you just addressed it by stepping into
the storm when it was actually present, when you actually felt
it, when you're not overwhelmed. That's a big theme this month
too, of like not getting overwhelmed, over stimulated,
rushing into things, but stayinglike centered, regulating your
nervous system. Yoga I think is the best tool to
(33:32):
regulate your nervous system, breath work, body awareness,
mindfulness practices. So you're aware of like, oh, OK.
And my body's flooded. I feel charged, I feel reactive.
I need to take a pause. I need to re calibrate here.
Like if you feel that, don't speak from that place.
That's not going to be your truth.
That's going to be your woundingand reactivity.
Some scars, your patterns of conditioning are going to play
(33:54):
out and repeat and just recreatethe childhood trauma or the past
trauma. So if you feel reactive, pause.
But if you feel just like a feeling like, oh, there's some
pain in my chest, I need to express.
I'm not sure what it is. I want to express it.
You know, it's a good time. June 25th.
Express your emotions. And I would say first, you know,
(34:16):
especially if it's very strong emotions, do it for yourself, do
it with just take a voice note and do journaling.
Do it with the AI tool, do it with a friend, do it with a
therapist. And if it's like somebody you
need to talk to, try to run thatthrough your system before you
talk to them. Then you can speak to them more
clearly. And it can be a very healing,
cleansing, nourishing, hydratingconversation and energy on the
(34:40):
new moon and Ardra. And with all that, it's a good
time for setting intentions and planting new seeds of what you
want to create over the next lunar cycle.
From June 25th, the last big transit of the month is on June
29th, Venus in Taurus. This is the 10th and final
transit of note. This month, June 29th, Venus
(35:02):
moves into its own sign of Taurus, beautiful harmonious
energy, setting up July to be a very beautiful harmonious energy
of love, relationships, good time for financially to deepen
your investments and commitmentsto what you want financially.
Good time for slowing down again.
(35:23):
Also artistic expression very favorable with this energy too.
And music you love, sounds, sights, tastes you love.
If you want to bring some incense, candles, aromatherapy,
Venus and Taurus is very good for this.
That's ending the month June 29th, and it's going to carry
over into July, most of July. It's not a good time for
(35:44):
overdoing things and trying to seek approval from others.
It's a good time for self validation, self approval, doing
what you really love, what really feels good to you.
Like if there's certain clothes you wear, it just feels good,
like that's Venus and Taurus. If there's music you listen to
and you don't really care what other people think, if just you
(36:05):
like it, it feels good. That's Venus and Taurus.
If there is something in relationship, if you just want
to like cuddle the affectionate connect, that's Venus and
Taurus. It's good time for getting
massage, getting your hair, nails, these kind of things
done. Manicures, pedicures, massage,
spa facials, these kind of things.
All Venus and Taurus enjoyment and life very good.
(36:28):
Any sort of beauty changes, haircuts, new hairstyle, new
makeup, these kind of things. If you're into all that I'm I'm
wearing any makeup, if you haven't noticed, by the way.
So I'm just speaking knowing that most of my listeners are
women. So Venus and Taurus, a lot of
beautiful energy to that. And it's a nice sort of shift
(36:49):
from all the Yang energy of mostof June.
And when that Yang energy is strong externally in nature, in
the transits, it's good to work with it, to ride the energy, to
be active, but not burnout, not overdo it, not overextend and
over commit, not rush, not react, not force things and not
(37:11):
suppress your emotions. So if you're avoiding those
things and you are instead this month acting boldly, stepping
into your leadership, being curious, learning, sharing your
wisdom, feeling your feelings soyou can heal your feelings.
Letting go of things, especiallyaround June 11th and 10th.
Letting go of what no longer serves you.
Releasing the things that are held in the body through yoga
(37:34):
practices, like we'll do at the free workshop Free live class
that'll be on Quiet Mind astrology.com/june 2025.
Good, good month for reflection.Learning, especially on June
20th to pause on the solstice. Take some time inward.
Good day for taking a bath, meditating in dark, doing things
(37:55):
in stillness and quiet on that day.
And then we got this shift on June 22nd of Mercury moving into
Cancer. Now more emotional connection.
June 23rd Moon and Taurus, more luxury enjoyment in life.
And then Venus and Taurus, June 29th, more of this luxury
nourishment, enjoyment kind of stuff.
And that New Moon, June 25th, issetting us up to go into July
(38:18):
with more of a clear slate, likewhen a strong storm comes
through in Ardra, clears things out, clears out the past, and
now we're ready for the fresh dew of Moon going into Punarvasu
after June 25th into the new cycle into July.
(38:38):
But there is a cleansing energy here, the end of June into early
July, just clearing out the pastand setting this fertile soil
for July to create. So those are some of the major
transits. These are the 10 major transits
that are happening this month. I hope you found this helpful
and come back here next month inJuly, we're going to have Saturn
retrograde. We're going to have Mercury
(39:00):
retrograde and the full moon andnew moon coming up in
Sagittarius and Cancer next month.
So we'll talk about that on the next monthly horoscope and lots
