Overview (00:00)

In this episode, I share about the rare astrological alignments happening in 2025–2026 and how they haven't happened since 597 BCE, 258 CE, and 1171 CE—times that brought massive cultural and spiritual transformation. I talk about how these past cycles were times of collapse and realignment, where the soul was forced to let go of structures and titles and instead return to truth and purpose. These pivotal times offer us a choice: align with dharma or cling to the drama. I also offer practices for how to navigate this era creatively and spiritually.

  • Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu are creating a significant transit that occurs in approximately 900-year cycles
  • Compared 2020 transit to the 1373 transit that coincided with the Black Plague

Historical Patterns and Collapse (01:33 - 04:44)

  • Major theme: 'The soul survives the collapse'
  • 597 BC: Babylon Empire took over Jerusalem, destroyed temples, ended monarchy
  • 258 CE: Roman Empire fractured, currency collapsed, Christians persecuted
  • 1171: English invasion of Ireland, end of Islamic rule, shifts in European power
  • 2025: Predicted massive changes in structures and systems due to AI

Spiritual Realignment (04:44 - 07:44)

  • Historical examples showed spiritual adaptation after systemic collapse
  • Judaism transformed beyond temples to prayer and texts after 597 BC
  • In 2025, people will need to reevaluate spiritual paths and systemic structures
  • Saturn in Pisces represents restructuring of spiritual boundaries
  • Ketu in Leo represents dissolving of ego and challenging leadership

Innovation Through Pressure (07:44 - 13:28)

  • Historical examples of innovation born from necessity during times of change
  • 597 BC: Judaism adapted by compiling teachings into texts
  • 258 CE: Christians created underground networks and house churches
  • 1171: Reform, trade and resilience evolved under political upheaval
  • 2025-2026: Predicted renaissance of creativity and innovation through AI tools
  • I've already been refining my own teaching materials and have found it super inspiring!

️ Dharma vs. Drama (13:28 - 18:16)

  • Central message: Choose alignment (dharma) over drama during times of change
  • Viktor Frankl's book title 'Nevertheless Say Yes to Life' is a great example of this energy.
  • Ego-led rulers historically fell during these transits
  • Structures built on ego will likely change in 2025-2026
  • Dharmic living (alignment) produces flow and synchronicity, like being in an aligned yoga pose.
  • Adharmic living (misalignment) produces tension and frustration, like being misaligned in a yoga pose.

Personal Application (18:16 - 25:27)

  • romotion of Quiet Mind Yoga Teacher Training and astrology readings

(00:00):
If you were following me in 2020, you know that I talked
about a very interesting transitthat happened all the way back
in 1373, which was the same transit happening in 2020.
Had to go back that far to find that same exact constellation of
things happening in 1373. And what happened at that time

(00:25):
was the spread of the Black Plague.
And at the time they said it wascaused by the alignment of
Jupiter, Saturn and Mars. And it was the same alignment
that didn't happen again until 2020.
So when I'm looking at what's going to happen in the future,
one of the best places to look is the past.

(00:47):
But with some of these trends, I've got to look very far back
and to things that maybe have overlooked and we've haven't
really talked about in the history books.
We didn't learn growing up, but as they say about history, those
who don't learn from it are doomed to repeat it.
So I'm going to share some history you probably don't know.
I didn't know I had to research for this episode.

(01:10):
I had to go back and just click through every year until I found
the last time we had this arrangement of Jupiter, Saturn
and Rahu and Ketu, which are thebig themes of the transits.
We look at those four, what they're doing, and they are now
all set for 2025 to 26 for the most part, except for a little

(01:32):
bit in late 25. But essentially we're in this
major theme now for the next twoyears, and the theme goes back
to the year 1171, the year 258 and the year 597 BC.
These are the last times this happened.
It's about a 900 year cycle to have Saturn and Pisces, Jupiter

(01:57):
and Gemini and Rahu and Aquariusand K2 and Leo.
So what happened the last time this happened?
What can we learn from it now? How can we work with this now?
Well, I put this as the title ofthe episode because I think it's
a really beautiful way of thinking about it is the soul
survives the collapse, soul survives the collapse because

(02:22):
what happened during these timesis there was a big reform, big
changes, big collapses. So there are big systems failing
and old ways of being changing. So those of you who are more
religious, you might know about some of these things like the

(02:44):
Babylon Empire taking over Jerusalem in 597 BC, destroying
temples, ending monarchy and exiling a lot of people.
And there was the Roman Empire fracturing in 258 of the current
era and currency collapsing and Christians being persecuted.

(03:05):
And 1171 there was the English invasion of Ireland and the end
of Islamic rule and shifts in European power.
So now in 2025, we're very likely to see massive changes in
the structures and systems of everything because of AI
largely. So there may be some religious

(03:27):
things I don't know about, I don't follow as closely in
modern times. There may be some big religious
changes happening during this cycle.
We're just starting it. But for sure I can see the big
influence of AI. It's going to be changing a lot
of systems in every layer of society.
So it's going to have a really big impact of changing systems.
But again, the soul survives thecollapse.

(03:50):
So this is a hopeful message today.
This is not a AI doomer episode. So the next big thing is a
spiritual realignment. So as I talked a lot about
religious changes in those times, which are typically what
we're going to find historically, and we look for
historical information, a lot ofthe religious stuff is going to
stand out in the kings and Queens and rulers and stuff.

(04:12):
But we saw a big transformation in Judaism in 597 BC and needing
to move beyond the temples. So they had these temples, they
were taken over and conquered. So now they start sharing their
message through prayer, through texts and spreading the message
in a different way. So again, this is adapting,
realigning to what is the systemneed from us now that the thing

(04:37):
that we thought was sacred and holy and our main thing is now
taken away. How do we adapt to that now?
This is going to look different for all of us now in 2025, but
old ways of doing things that are no longer serving need to
change. There's just always this
continual change of history and this time is a realignment

(04:58):
spiritually. In 258 of the current era, there
was a lot of this martyrdom of Christians and needing to change
the way they approach their faith.
And also of course for Islam in 1171 and Jewish communities as
well at the time of this, this reorientation of like how you
are sharing your spiritual path with Saturn and Pisces.

(05:21):
It's a restructure of boundariesaround your spiritual path.
K2 and Leos dissolving the senseof ego.
So we see things like false gurus and charlatans being taken
off a pedestal. In 2025, we'll be seeing things
like people who seem to be in power or in leadership being

(05:41):
questioned and challenged and ways of ruling and running the
world being challenged, questioned and realigned.
A lot of restructuring of the structures of society.
So on a personal level, this is a way to reevaluate your own
systems and structures and your own spiritual path.
Is it aligned for you? Do you need to reevaluate this?

(06:05):
So the third major theme in common with all these dates is
level of ego death and identity shift of the roles that we play.
Needing to change the things were attached to, needing to die
energetically, letting them go. So we saw this dissolving of
national identity in 597 BC, people rediscovering who they

(06:30):
are without that external structure of the temples that
they would go to. Now they need to reevaluate who
they are. 258 Of course, also with Christianity bringing more
humility, more sense of service, more sense of detachment in
sharing at the time. At the time, Christianity has
been on a long path. 1171 faith groups enduring loss and

(06:52):
betrayal, inner strength replacing outer status.
And now in 2025 with K2 and Leo.This is a time of detachment.
And K2 and Leo in our ego, our pride, our identity, our roles
that we think we play, our titles.
And we can still play those roles.
We can still have those titles and that identity.

(07:13):
But it's a need to not be so attached to it.
And there's been a lot of stuff in recent years of a lot of
attachment to identity and identity politics and things
like this. But the soul, the essence of who
we are is what this transit is really calling us to reconnect
with and reconsider. And at the core of who we are,

(07:36):
there is a spiritual core. There's a spiritual center.
And I think this is an opportunity in this time to
reconnect with that. So spiritual practices, whatever
if you have religion, spirituality, yoga, meditation,
reconnecting to your practice asyour definition of God or
universe or source is paramount I think at this time.

(07:58):
And the next major theme throughthese major dates is finding
innovation. Despite and because of the
pressure to change, this need tochange again.
Going back to 597 BC, the temple's destroyed.
So now they must compile their teachings onto text and spread

(08:19):
them in a new way and have new frameworks and clarify what
their message is. And this is like a redefining
and clarifying of what you offer.
Now I have not comparing myself in any way to entire religions,
but I have been doing this myself for the last week.
Feeling very inspired going backover this past week, my yoga

(08:41):
teacher training manual and justclarifying, cleaning up,
refining my message in so many ways.
It's been super inspiring for me.
So it's just going back into, OK, what is it that I'm wanting
to communicate here and what am I wanting to share?
And especially now knowing the big change of AI and innovation
coming through all of society, it's like, how do I want to

(09:03):
adapt how I'm sharing what I do,knowing that a lot of
information is becoming really easily accessible.
So I don't want to just share information because you can get
that pretty easily now. I want to share experiences and
transformations and create containers.
And I think anybody like me who's doing some sort of
knowledge work or sharing information or ideas, tell

(09:25):
people in some way intellectually or emotionally
that you focus more on the experience and the
transformation in the container and the holding of space and the
human elements of what you're doing.
Because the information element is becoming more and more
accessible and easier to just share through AI.

(09:46):
Things like coding and tech jobsthat used to be like the highest
paying jobs. A lot of those things, not all
of them and not fully, are beingmore and more able to be done
with AI. And it's just going to keep
rapidly improving. So it's going to require more
and more innovation. Rather than seeing it as being
exiled and losing everything andlosing our identities.

(10:07):
This is an opportunity of reconnecting to the core message
of what we do. And you could think of the
Judaism faith of losing their temple in 597.
That could have been the end, but they've persevered.
And this is an opportunity wherethis could seem like the end.
Like, I know a lot of jobs are changing, people being laid off

(10:31):
and roles changing and things like this happening in this
current era of 2025. And this is not necessarily doom
and gloom. It's just a change.
And change is the one constant in the universe.
So things are going to keep changing.
It's just now how do you want toadapt to it?
Like in the year 258, house churches and underground
networks created sustainable people, LED community models of

(10:54):
sharing Christianity for that faith.
So moving it again into a very sort of innovative and what's
needed kind of mode of thinking,1171 reform, trade and
resilience evolve under political and religious
upheaval. Again, this is things like
needing to change and adapt to that in that case like changing

(11:18):
of regimes, changing of religions, changing of
currencies and these kind of things may be happening in 2025.
I think we're still a little bitaway from the big change to a
digital currency or digital Federal Reserve sort of system,
but that is in the works and I think that's coming around 20-30
where we'll move to more digitally based currency for the

(11:40):
world. So and on the personal level,
it's just I'm not a stock advisor, I'm not a financial
advisor, but looking to those people, looking to those
experts. And I wouldn't trust ChatGPT
with that or AI with that yet. But with a lot of things, you
know, it's good, but it's not going to replace all these
things yet. But it is going to make us need

(12:02):
to start to re evaluate how we do everything.
And with 2025, now there's an opportunity for massive
innovation. And I think it's going to be a
renaissance of creativity and innovation over the next couple
years. And it can be a lot of fun.
And it reminds me of like in the90s, like when getting a

(12:23):
camcorder meant you could start making movies.
And like the film maker Robert Rodriguez was very inspiring to
me because he just got a camcorder and made his first
movie, El Mariachi, and for verylow money, you know, and now
this thing of filmmaking, which was so inaccessible and so
complicated was now very accessible.
And that's just like gone leaps and bounds now with like AI

(12:45):
tools or people can make Pixar level animation movies in just a
day with no animation studio andno animation skills or coding
skills. And it's going to lead to a lot
of creativity and yes, a lot of change of structures of how
entertainment is built, how creativity is done, how artists
work. But it's innovation through

(13:08):
pressure is one of the big themes of this time.
And the 5th and final theme of this special time I want to talk
about today is choosing your Dharma over choosing drama.
So as these big changes happen, we have choice and how we
respond to it. This research reminded me of the

(13:31):
great title for Viktor Frankel'sbook Man Search for Meaning.
The original title of that book was Nevertheless Say Yes to
Life, which is about his time inthe concentration camps as a
psychotherapist. And that title is always stuck
with me. And just an inspiring phrase for

(13:52):
when things are changing and challenging and uncertain in
some way, to say yes to life andchoose your Dharma over the
drama. So as again, these examples of
597 BC outer status being stripped away, a sense of pride
and home and community being stripped away, outer things, the

(14:16):
external things. But what's left, what's what
remains internally. And that I think is the soul
surviving the collapse and the change.
And I say that word collapse, you know, I don't know of 2025.
It's going to be like some big collapse necessarily or
something so dramatic, but definitely changes, definitely

(14:38):
reforms, definitely restructuring.
And it might not be so dramatic, but definitely changes and
restructuring of systems and structures in society.
And 2:58 CE martyrs show the quiet power of alignment over
control. So again this the Christian
people coming together, working to spread their faith and their

(15:02):
message despite the big changes externally that they could not
control. The year 1171 ego LED rulers are
the ones who fell. The ones who are really prideful
and arrogant and becoming controlling and egoic are the
ones who fell. Those rooted in integrity began
to rise slowly and quietly. And we can see, you know, in

(15:25):
modern day that Christianity andJudaism have survived through
all the trials and tribulations of thousands of years.
And I'm talking about them specifically because around
these years is when they had major events happen.
And maybe those faiths might notbe tested as much this time.
Maybe they will. I'm not sure on that.

(15:46):
I have a lot more research to doon that, particularly to know
that. But I can say that important
structures and systems and things that people have built
faith in and trust in and community around will change,
especially ones that have becomeego driven and ego LED.
Those rulers will fall and they need to restructure and

(16:10):
reapproach their things that they're doing and come back to
their Dharma. And as these changes happen, we
can choose to invest and feed more drama in our lives, or we
can choose more following our Dharma and we can live in a way
that's dharmic. When I say in alignment, things

(16:31):
are flowing smooth, there's synchronicities.
Or we can live in a way that's adharmic in the Vedic tradition,
that's that. Put an A in front of a word.
It's the opposite in Sanskrit. So a dharmic are things that are
not in alignment. You feel tense pain in your
body. You feel frustration,
irritation. Everything is just like swimming

(16:53):
upstream. It's very difficult and
frustrating. When you feel those things, you
know you're going in the wrong direction and you're going to
create more of that. You're going to perpetuate more
of that. So I think there's an
opportunity in 2025 and 26 to realign with your Dharma and
swim with the stream, let go of the structures that aren't

(17:15):
working and get on the AI bandwagon, get on the the
direction of movement and changeand growth it.
It might not be AI specifically, but we might be seeing a lot of
jobs change, a lot of systems change, and how do we want to
work with that rather than against it.
And I think when we fight it andtry to hold on to the old way of

(17:37):
being, that's just a form of theego trying to protect us to feel
safe and secure, which is a verynatural necessary survival
mechanism in the hidden past historically.
But now it's not so necessary. And all of this is going to
change. And we're fortunate to typically
live long lives now and see a lot of these patterns and learn

(18:00):
from history that as these big changes come over the next two
years, we can find again this opportunity to connect with the
soul and the spirit. And that survives everything
that persists, that prevails. So when outer systems fall,
temples, empires, titles, money remains, is the inner alignment

(18:24):
with your Dharma? So over the next two years, we
might be seeing false power being exposed, spiritual depth
reclaimed. So we're connecting back to what
really matters to us. We'll see a lot of innovation
that's born out of necessity, and we'll likely see the ways of

(18:45):
thinking and being our identities stripped down to
their essence. So we come back to what really
matters and this is the end of 1karmic chapter and a 900 year
cycle roughly. So it's kind of a special time.
We're only going to live throughone of these and it's an
opportunity to reconnect to truth, to service, save a

(19:08):
selfless service and more soul centered way of leading our
lives rather than self-centered way of leading our lives.
So it's really, I think an invitation to let go of whatever
you think defines you so you canremember who you really are and
connect to what really matters. It's a powerful time and as you

(19:33):
see things around you collapsing, changing, letting
go, there's an opportunity to get clearer, to have more
clarity about who you are, what really matters, and create from
that place and connect to your calling where you feel you're
meant to be in this life. And you know when you're in that
direction, it's like work becomes effortless.

(19:55):
Last week, it sounds not real, but I spent 75 hours working on
the Quiet Mind Yoga Teacher Training manual.
I just just worked as much as possible.
I just wanted to get up and workand then go to bed and get back
up and work. And I took breaks to eat and
move my body. But then I looked back at the

(20:17):
end of the week and tracked, tallied up all the hours and
it's legitimate 75 hours. Like that can't be right.
But yeah, it was. And I didn't feel like I was
working. I felt like I was solving a
puzzle and super excited and fun.
And I think that's, that's the dream for me.
That's the goal. Like, yeah, I don't want to work
75 hours every week, but I do want to be doing something where

(20:40):
that time just flies by and I don't feel like it's work.
I feel like it's just fun and play and solving a puzzle and
it's reorienting my expression and my path and clarifying so
many things. It was super fun because I had
certain things I've been wantingto clarify and, and it just
needed that time to just like get really focused on it and

(21:02):
really sort of solve the puzzle of like, OK, should I say it
this way or organize it this way?
And I think it's an opportunity for all of us to look at what we
want to share, how we want to share ourselves and take some
time to get real clear on it. Now for me personally, it's I'm
Virgo rising and Gemini moon. So it's over my first and 10th

(21:25):
houses, so myself and my career getting this huge boost of
Jupiter energy as I talked aboutin the Jupiter and Gemini
episode recently. If you didn't hear that one,
that's been probably my most popular episode all year.
So check that one out. But there's a free guide with
that as well so you can see where it's showing up for you.
But the other Virgos I know alsobeen working like mad people,

(21:48):
the last since, since it has started about two weeks ago.
There's a lot of energy and enthusiasm coming with this
Jupiter in Gemini and regardlessof where it is in your chart.
So it's a good time to harness it and to see the writing on the
wall, like the world's going to change dramatically over the
next few years, especially the next two years as studying the

(22:09):
stage for all that. So it's just kind of reorienting
of like, what is your place in it?
How do you want to contribute? What do you want to share?
How do you want to share your gifts?
I've talked about this year is agreat time for moving things
online. If you wanted to have an online
business in some form, creating content, very favorable, having
your own business, it's a great year to do that with Jupiter and

(22:31):
Gemini. Great year for learning as well
as I talked about. So check out that episode, check
out the Saturn and Pisces episode, and then I will do an
episode just on the Rahu and K2 transit to go along with this
one. But to have all of these four
things in this particular setup again is roughly a 900 year

(22:53):
cycle. So it's pretty special.
And I was about to do the monthly horoscope, but as I was
deep digging into this research,I was like, this has got to be
its own episode. This is powerful stuff.
And this is like a once in a lifetime event that's, yeah,
taking place. And now it's fully in swing for
June. So we're going to talk about
this a bit on the monthly horoscope.

(23:13):
And I'll get into more of the monthly stuff and the new moon
and full moon and the solstice. Lots of cool stuff happening in
June. But this is a big theme of it.
And this is setting the stage over the next two years for a
major change in our lives. If you found this episode
interesting and helpful, share in the comments on Spotify,

(23:33):
leave a review in Apple Podcast. And if you want to work directly
with me, you can check out the Quiet Mind Yoga Teacher training
where I just revamped the entiremanual.
Gone super deep into. Basically, this is the path of
aligning with your true self, going deep into your practices,
learning pranayama, asana, bandas, mudras, mantras, all the

(23:56):
deep practices of yoga, 108 essential postures.
It's super thorough. I'm so happy with it.
This is like dream come true. The way I've been able to
articulate it this round and like the ninth round, I'm
offering this training and now Ijust get it super refined and
I'm very happy with it. Very excited to share.
And if you want to teach, I teach you how to teach great

(24:18):
classes one-on-one, online, in person retreats, workshops,
however you want to teach. If you feel inspired to do that,
I share how to do that in the Quiet Mind Yoga teacher training
at Quiet Mind at Yoga Slash YTT.And if you want to get a reading
with me. So know what's going on for
yourself this year. If you got a birthday coming up,

(24:38):
Dasha changes coming up, or maybe if you're anyone who's got
Saturn in Pisces who's around 30or 60 or 90, they got a Saturn
return going on. This is a powerful time for you
as well, or anyone who has moon in Aries, Pisces, or Aquarius.
You're in the Saudi Sati. So this is a powerful time for

(25:01):
you. So definitely recommend readings
around those times or anytime you just have questions, you
want to go deeper into something.
So thanks for listening. Look forward to sharing more
with you next time on the Quiet Mind Astrology Podcast.
