This month I talked to Ana Armengod about growing up in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, MX; her wild adolescence in Mexico City; distributing anarchist propaganda on Warped Tour; dealing with deportation from the US and the arbitrary violence and cruelty of immigration in this country; singing in her hardcore band De Rodillas; her work as an artist & educator. The conversation gets pretty rough at times, so heads up: we discuss sexual assault, deportation, kidnapping and many other forms of violence. Ana is amazing, and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to have this conversation. I hope you enjoy listening to it. Make sure to listen to De Rodillas and check out Ana’s instagram. And don't forget to rate (5 stars only), review (nice stuff please), and subscribe (in whatever app you like) to Life Harvester Radio for more interviews like this.
