The media ecosystem surrounding this culture has also expanded significantly. This shift has been accompanied by a growing body of literature on the subject, with an increasing number of essays, theses, and even novels exploring these topics. At the same time, are we witnessing a decline in club practices and a growing disinterest among younger generations in nightlife? Some weak signals, reports, and observations—such as those highlighted by journalist Chal Ravens—seem to suggest so.
