Hello and welcome to the triumphant return of Rally in the Valley, a podcast (once more!) about wargames, board games, and tabletop RPGs! Tom and Michael promise to probably miss episodes again. After quite a bit of nonsense and reading emails, they finally give their thoughts on Pericles. It's a hard game to describe, is it hard to play? Then, they discuss the newest C3i issue number 31 and its companion game Men of Iron Battle of Wakefield. And by "they" we mean Michael. Then, Blades in the Dark an RPG about stealing things and living in a world of ghosts, no sun, and industrial magical revolution. It is basically a contemporary piece. ASL Rule of Week is wintery fun and Michael walks a fine line in his Liquid Courage. Another "themed" Ebay Quiz takes us into home plate in a very long episode. You asked for, we delivered more content. A lot more. Good content? Uhhhhh.

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
