Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yo, what is up? Boys?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
How's it going?

Speaker 3 (00:01):
And welcome back to another episode of the Rank Cafe
Anime podcast. This week we're talking about Summer twenty twenty
five anime, but we actually watched the first episode that
we're gonna be giving our opinions on, like what we liked,
but we didn't like, so on and so forth with me.
Today we have Jordan the anime dude, how you doing?

Speaker 4 (00:17):
What's up? Everybody? Happy to be here? It is summer
as you can tell.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Hell yeah? And Ricon what's up man?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
What is up?

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Everybody?

Speaker 5 (00:26):
We are back to discuss once again the summer season
of anime. Every single first episode well I say every
single but most of.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Them are about hopefully okay, y don to down. Season
two is the most popular aneme of the summer season
for good reason. Season one was a banger, and season
two episode one, which we mentioned before, it doesn't really
feel like season two because it like it ended in
like the.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Middle of an arc was pretty creepy though.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Their faces, that little family faces, I can't remember the
family's name, that their faces were creepy as hell.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:00):
I kept thinking they were like maybe ghosts or something
or no, they're just they're just the family living there.
And it's like, you know, this series has had ghosts,
which you're terrifying, it's had aliens, which you're terrifying, and
then this thing this time around, it has the thing
that's even more scary, right, people that are just corrupted, right,
corruption scary. So yeah, it's a it's a scary arc here.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Watching the Kidle family just get eaaten by the worm
was like peak, like you.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
See it coming, but you're still ready for it, right.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah, They're just dance gonna circle.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
They thought it was like a snake or you know,
it's like a big worm, and they just ate him.
But they were definitely they were definitely possessed in a
way or some type of thing because their eyes were
changing colors, I would assume.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
So. But the thing I love about donad On, and
it's one of the reasons I still haven't figured out
this show, right, I feel like you never quite know
what's going on. There's ghosts and then there's aliens, and
then there's like everything in between. Right, So it's like,
what is what is going on? What's happening? Trying to
figure that out is sometimes a mystery onto itself.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Yeah, some type of supernatural thing was going on. They
were feeding people that like came to their town to
this worm that they thought was a snake because of
an old legend. They were definitely like influenced by it
in some way because it was it was not just
a normal worm. It was some type of supernatural worm.
Maybe it's an alien, Maybe it's a ghost. It could
be it could could be recon What are your thoughts

(02:18):
on don the non so far.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Well episode one was creepy as fuck.

Speaker 5 (02:24):
Yeah, but I'm not even surprised. Lots of people once
again complaining online of how uh well old people are
grooming little kids, and.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Yeah, well, I mean, look, no, groom.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
It's anime. I saw those anime.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
I saw those I saw those tweets, and I'm like,
the people don't know the definition of grooming, it seems.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
I probably I probably wouldn't say grooming, but more like
trying to grab momo.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Yeah, in you know, it's anime. Just fucking relax, it's anime.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Which was just terrifying. Right. Yeah, she killed her own
She's one of the more competent of the group, and
she she was able to kind of fight her way
out of that scenario. So the fights themselves were pretty uh,
we're pretty good there.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
No, I swear to god.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Someone was talking about the first episode of Don the
Don and they use the word grooming, and I'm just like,
is there aliens coming to like like that? Literally like
they're try to like, I don't know, they're fucked up.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
It's scary, it's.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Spooky, they're grown.

Speaker 5 (03:23):
Really forget about the uh, don't forget about the robot
aliens that wanted.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Yeah to reproduce it anyway, Jesus.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Anyways, I addressed.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Darling season two if you guys want to talk about that,
but I didn't watch it just because I didn't fans
season one. I watched, I read a bunch of the manga,
so maybe I'll get to it at some point, but
I would want to maybe rewatch season one or like
kind of this re like refresh my memory before I
jumped into this.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
Yeah. Uh, I will say I was never like the
biggest fan of season one, like everybody else loved it
and adored it, and I thought it was pretty alright.
But I rewatched it a little bit prior going into
the second season, and I liked it more than I
remembered because I hadn't ever gone back to rewatch it.
So I love series where they kind of like go
deep into like a little niche or passion that somebody

(04:10):
has and they just kind of full on tackle it.
And you know, this one, it's him with his Heena dolls,
and then it's her with her cosplay, and then like
the overlap in between, right, it goes. It kind of
goes over all that and not on top of like
liking it more, I feel like it came back with
a bang. It was It was a fun time we
got to I. I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode of
season two, so excited to see more of.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
This one recalon.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Have you been watching season two? I'm happy Jordan liked
the second.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Yeah, I've been watching season two. It's close.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Cloverworks makes it look beautiful, et cetera.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
So yeah, so, like Jordan said, clover Works that is
doing really good. It looks pretty. The show was nice.
I love the relationship between Gojo and Marn, but it's
it's pretty much the same as what we've seen in
season one, just you know, more development between the two characters.
You know, cospling Emarn is now cosplaying different characters and

(05:07):
of course, the striking fan service is the primary reason.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Why the male fan of Ase is even watching the
show in the first place. No, but it's so far,
so good. I'm liking it. Simple, but I'm liking it nice.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
I would go so far as to say, like I
really I kind of block out fan service, and a
lot of the shows I watch, I don't. I appreciate
it sometimes, but it doesn't. It's not like a make
or break for me. But the characters in this show
really are well written. Like it's it's one of those
things where Gojo. You know, he seems like that trophy
romcom guy in a lot of ways because he is
a teenage boy who doesn't have familiarity with any of
the social interactions at first or or or even other

(05:45):
hobbies kind of outside he's kind of he doesn't have
stuff outside of his hobby that he has interacted with.
But it shows us at the very start of the
first episode the first season that is kind of due
to that trauma he had early on, right, so we
see him kind of tackling that more in this season already,
just based on kind of going out talking to people
he normally won it and seeing that they're not necessarily

(06:08):
going to jump him and judge him based on everything. Right,
it's you can't have that fear of going out in
the world based on previous trauma and stuff like that.
So it's going a little bit more into the characters
than it had prior. And and I'm really enjoying it
so nice.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
That's good to hear.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
You're making me want to watch it. Yeah, Ki eight
apparently one of the most yet, but still it's it's
the third most popular on this website, but it hasn't
had a first episode. I mean, while so many of
these have had a first episode. But I'm excited for it.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Caid. You know, eight was so good.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
The Fragrant Fragrant Flower Ballooms with Dignity.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
I like it a lot.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
This one was fucking good, really good.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
Stick with me here. This one makes me feel racist
because I can't freaking say the name and I keep
saying flagrant flower and it's fragrant flower, but like I'm
getting my r's and l's mixed up in the title.
It's like, I'm just gonna call it blooms or something like, Yeah,
what's the what's the name for this one?

Speaker 2 (07:08):
All right? Blooms with dignity.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Honestly, I just love the characters. The two main characters,
I just loved them. They were so like, like she
was so cute. I love that, Like he like is
like feared by everybody and like kind of misinterpreted and
then like she like didn't judge him based off his
looks and whatever, and like and like the kind of
the gossip going around about him. It was just a cute,
wholesome show that kept my attention and looked good.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
I think this is one of those examples of like,
you don't have to do anything groundbreaking or breathtaking to,
you know, to be good. It's just really well polished
as far as like the story it's telling right, so
very high quality. It was fun. I enjoyed it.

Speaker 5 (07:50):
Clover Works once again, we all know how good their
fucking animation is. Visually, this this show is beautiful to watch.
It's simple, it's a simple story, but it's really cute
and wholesome. And I was surprised that the guy, the
delinquent boy, works in a pastry shop and he has
to talk to people, and like everybody's just afraid of him.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
So I was kind of surprised of that.

Speaker 5 (08:12):
But I really like the concept of how he's in
a school of lowlife boys in a in a really
poor environment and the girl is more in a super
rich academy with girls that don't like the guys, and
they're right next door as well.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
It is weird how like they're right next door, right,
That part is a bit strange, But.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
They could have done a couple down the street, like.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
Okay, right, braves, you got to see the window view
the window views, right, and.

Speaker 5 (08:42):
They both have the window seat, which makes them the
main character the window seat.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
But uh, how crazy is it? Speaking of clover Works though,
that they are doing three anime this season, all like
three of the biggest rom com titles too, Like they're
doing the Bunny Girl series just up Darling and dressed
up Darling and then bloom. Yeah, that's on the same season.
That's a lot, that's and they all look good so far.
I haven't checked out dress or Bunny Girl SIMPI, but

(09:10):
but I trust.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
I hope that.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
I hope they're not being overworked.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
That's a lot.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
I hope not too, but damn, I hope it's like
different teams of things. But even so, that doesn't seem sustainable.
That's that's a lot for one season.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
The next anime is Gotcha Kuta, which was the one
I was most excited for this season, or one of
the most excited for.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
What are your thoughts, guys on this?

Speaker 4 (09:33):
You're going? Okay? So I feel like I almost have
to go first, because last time we talked about this,
I was like, you know what, trash, That's what's in
the name. That's probably what it is, trash. But Briggs said, no,
you gotta watch this, and all right, going when you're right,
you're right, Briggs's pretty solid.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
I liked it.

Speaker 4 (09:52):
It was great, a lot of world building and uh,
episode one that I'm not sure will have like immediate
U It's not like an immediate tell of what the
series itself is going to because it was all set
up for jumping into what's beyond that right, Episode two
and beyond is gonna be way differ than episode one,
it seems like. But it hooked me. It was good
and one man's trash is another man's treasure. It's a

(10:15):
lot of societal commentary in that way, just very on
the nose, very kind of in your face about it.
But nonetheless, quality is good. It looks good. It a
little bit shown in actionly, but it's setting up a
revenge story that makes me want to watch the next
episode and see where it goes. Right, So, oh yeah,
I do think I would like this one.

Speaker 5 (10:35):
I was most interested in the world, the actual world,
and how two towns or villages however you want to
call them are split between each other in halfway, the
rich side and the poor side. It's kind of almost
the same as the Bloom series, where you have a
rich school in the popular school, but you have the

(10:57):
rich people who get rid of like qualities stuff, and
the poor people on the other side. A lot of them,
you know, is probably salvage these things to make money.
But the main protagonists, especially is one that goes and
salvages stuff to get some money. But the most interesting
thing about the town that he lives in is the

(11:18):
giant hole where bad people get tossed away if you
commit a crime. And I didn't know what was down there,
but god damn, it was a massive hole.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
I feel like the story is just starting in episode two,
like it's like it begins, because at the end of
the episode ends with him falling into the hole and
seeing the.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
Monsters and the giant monster.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
It was crazy the story, the revenge story and the
training arc or whatever, like the I feel like the
glow up is going to start here because he's not
like he's like strong or anything, right, but he's have
to become a warrior to work his way out of there.
And I like, I really do like the characters, and
I do like the world and the concept. I do

(12:05):
feel like they were kind of telling and not showing.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
There was a little bit.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
Too much like the action scenes and there was a
lot of exposition that was just like I'm like, well,
just give us a backstory, just show us the whole
like like we didn't need to have all these conversations
about it before we saw it, and like I'm like,
there was a backstory about what happened with the dad,
don't just like all these conversations.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
But else I was good. This was good's it was
building up.

Speaker 5 (12:29):
It's like I really wanted to see what the fucking
hole was about the entire episode, but the build up
and all of that till the end of the episode
and seeing the monster, I.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Was like, oh, now I want to see more. That
was good.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
I like that they ended on ending The way they
did was very good. It makes you want to watch
episode two. And I did like a lot of things
about it, and I'm super excited for where it goes.

Speaker 2 (12:48):
I do like it.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
I was just one little nitpick, was just like the
exposition where it just like, I know we're going to
get the flashback later on, so maybe don't.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (12:59):
Yeah, I say, I don't think it was a masterpiece
or anything to that effect, but it was. It was fun,
right Like, I did enjoy it. I will say, you know,
the concept of like them guarding the trash of the
uh of the wasteful side, the you know, the higher
up side of things, and like it being illegal to
go through that trash was interesting to me, you know.

(13:20):
So he would kind of break in salvage that stuff
and then kind of restore it in order to try
to make some extra money and get buy and whatnot.
He figured it was wasteful not to do that, so
that was all pretty interesting. And then we see him
get caught for the first time while doing it. And
I'm not gonna lie, like it was interesting the way
they did go with it, but there was my heart

(13:42):
kind of stopped midway through that first episode, because in
my head, he gave the girl he likes the bunny
rabbit right that he had stolen and then restored, and
my my thought process was, oh, crap, is she gonna
get in trouble for that? Like I saw it as
soon as you see the police arching through, right, So
it didn't go that way, not quite as dark as

(14:03):
as I expected in that way, but she felt betrayed.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
She thinks he was a murderer.

Speaker 4 (14:07):
Yeah, yeah, I was like, it's not as bad as
it could have been, but it's still hurt. And it's
like one where it's like you get it from her perspective, right, Everybody,
her parents, her friends, everybody said, like, you know, she's
They've warned him about this kid. They said, he's like this,
he's like that, and she's like tried to go against
the grain. And then from his perspective, right, that's the

(14:29):
one person that ever trusted him in the whole world, right,
and kind of believed in him, and then as soon
as things got tough, she she stopped believing in him, right.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
And the thing is everybody around the town is just
talking about him because he is the son of a murderer.
I think of like his father used to be a criminal,
So everybody is assuming that, oh, one day he's going
to commit a crime and he's going to do something bad,
and what do you know, the day came, but it
was accusations. He was excused for murder, and he got

(15:00):
framed and he got toussed away, which was sad.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
And that's the first time he got caught.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
I get why the girl like like flipped on him.
I kind of was hoping that she wouldn't, Like I
was hoping that, Yeah, I was. I was hoping that
she would know him well enough to know that he
would never kill the person that like he cares about
so much, Like if you actually know him, you would
know that like he cares about that person. But also
I see the perspective, like everyone's warned her about him,

(15:29):
and now it's like, yeah, he's just meeting their expectations,
which he's been told is entirely tame. And maybe they
don't know each other that well. He's shy, right, Yeah,
they made.

Speaker 4 (15:37):
It understandable from both ways. But my my initial gut
feeling was from his perspective and yours as well. Right
there where you're like man, that hurts, right, So they
made it like a gut punch with her dropping the bunny.

Speaker 5 (15:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
Yeah. Interesting. Overall, I'm still a bit confused by the
Treashuer side of town. They say everybody there is like
a you know, a descendant at least of a criminal
or criminal themselves, and that's why they're on that side.
But then also I guess there's if you're a criminal,
you also get sent down in the pit. So I
guess there's levels to this stuff. Does it depend on
the level of the crime or things like that, right,

(16:11):
So I that's a big.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
I don't think it's I don't think it's that. It's
more like you're just poor because the other side is rich.
They have a lot of money and shit.

Speaker 4 (16:20):
I think they said at some point though during the
exposition that like the you know, the people that live
there were like de sendence of people that had committed
crimes and stuff. Though it was my understanding I.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Think, like, yeah, if you're like dad committed a crime,
your family ends up in the slums. Yeah, like eventually amazing,
like blue.

Speaker 4 (16:35):
Collar crime, pickpocketing maybe stuff like that, you end up
over there. And then they're like, if you kill somebody
it's the pit or something. Maybe there's levels. I'm not sure,
but that was that could have been explaining maybe a
little bit better because I'm confused. There's stills.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
Well, we'll see, We'll see.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
Anyway, I'm excited for more, super excited with the way
the episode ended. I want to see his like underdog story,
coming back, getting revenge, so on and so forth. But
I'm also just curious as to what's down there and
what it's like. Is it just a bunch of trash
and monsters and fugitives.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
Or more I don't know. Maybe anyway.

Speaker 3 (17:08):
The Summer Heikadu Died is the next most popular. I
really like this concept. It's very yes, cool, creepy, but
also interesting to me. So basically, this guy Hikadu went
to the forest, died, demon took over his body, came back.
The demon was like pretending to be him, and the

(17:30):
friend notices that this is not my friend anymore, this
is someone different. You have this creepy scene where like
he kind of shows that he is a demon, but.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
He seems like a chill, cool dude.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
And and he just like I like bigger human blah
blah blah like and he's like and then the friend
the friends like he probably misses his friend so much
that you understand like this is not him, but you
also don't want him to like really go because it's
like you're kind of keeping your friend in a way
that like should be dead and should be gone.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
So it's like hard to say goodbye.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
But it's a fucking demon, right, And then you have
those creepy scenes with like I think he killed some
grandma and knight, so he's super chill when he's talking
to his friend during the day, but someone killed someone
at night, and it's like there's this mystery, there's this
creepy psychological as supernatural psychological aspect to it.

Speaker 2 (18:20):
I really like it. It's so going on.

Speaker 5 (18:24):
So Brigo, the reason why he actually killed the old
lady was because he Hikutu or the new Hikutu, doesn't
want people to find out that he's a demon, so
she because the old lady already knew that this guy
is possessed by a demon, that's why he wanted to
kill her, just to make sure that he is.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
His cover is not blown, So he kills.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
The old lady.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
I think that's that's a very realistic potential optionist to
why that happened.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Yeah, yeah, but this is a very interesting anime. I'm
not gonna lie. I saw it on Netflix, both episodes,
and it is so hooking.

Speaker 5 (19:01):
It's got some boy love here and there, because you know,
he could have was like, hey, you like me and
all that. So but there isn't really any yowie you
know stuff going on.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
But you can see that there's a little bit of
boys love. But I don't I don't mind. It's it's
good so far. It's creepy, it's horrific.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
I don't know what the fuck is gonna happen, but
we shall see if any more killing is.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Gonna go around during the night or whatnot. But yeah,
it's good.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
I have not watched this one, so I might need
to check it out.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
This one might be my favorite so far this season.

Speaker 4 (19:34):
Okay, it's good. Before we move on to the next one,
can we talk about my favorite one of the seasons
so far? That uh and I'd actually don't see here
on any chart. So it's also one of the most
popular coming out right now that I like, I said,
I just don't see it listed. But to Kobe's original sin,
I figured if we're gonna talk about that, we might
as well talk about it pretty early on. Have you
guys checked that out at all?

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Or I was going off of like any chart popularity,
so if it wasn't on here?

Speaker 4 (19:58):
But is it cold? Any list to Coopey's original sin
I sent a message because we forgot to talk about
it entirely last time. But it's based on a manga
I watch.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
I watched Ruy Rocks for you.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
I appreciate that because that's my second favorite right now.
I love Rory Rocks, but so copy it is depressing
as hell. It's definitely a more mature series. It's an OVA,
so it's only like six episodes.

Speaker 3 (20:25):
That's probably why if it's O NA or O v A, I.

Speaker 4 (20:31):
Haven't seen it six episodes. It's coming out right now.
That first episode that I watched was like a thirty
forty minute episode and it broke me, Like it that's it.
It's there's a reason it's one of the highest rated
things coming out right now. I need to catch up
with it so I can avoid spoilers. But it is
it is like hard to watch. It covers a lot
of sensitive topics, but it's uh, it's really good. It's

(20:52):
really good.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
I'll I'll write it down, I'll check it out. I'm
down Call the Night. Season two I didn't watch because
I dropped season one.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
Did you guys watch it?

Speaker 5 (21:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (21:04):
I didn't watch the same the same thing, the same thing.

Speaker 5 (21:08):
Yeah, just slice of lifey boring, amazing visuals. But that's
about it. It's exactly as what we've talked about. It's
just the continuation. But it's nothing really special. I'm not
blown away or anything.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Rascal does not dream of Santa Claus. I'm not watching
it until I watched the movies, and I haven't had
any actually haven't.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
I actually haven't seen this one yet, not yet.

Speaker 3 (21:30):
I love the original Body Girls sent By, but I
feel like I need to rewatch it, watch the movies.
This is a sequel to the film, so like I
got to catch up before I jump into it. Soakamoto
Days isn't out yet, but I'm super excited for it.
We have Rising of the Shield hero of season four,
which I just don't care about it.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Apparently it's good. I like it nice.

Speaker 5 (21:51):
I don't really want to talk about it because you
guys are just gonna get bored and shit.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
But just know it's it's good. I like Shield Hero.

Speaker 4 (21:58):
I always need to talk about it. I do like
Shield Hero. I've read it.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
Also, Shield Hero season four was all right, apparently that's
what chat saying. Okay that that sounds all right, that
sounds about right. Are you watching Graham Blue Jordan?

Speaker 4 (22:15):
I I did. Yeah, I watched the first, uh first
episode of season two yesterday and pretty funny. Uh have
you guys seen it?

Speaker 3 (22:22):
I guess or id so I didn't?

Speaker 4 (22:25):
Okay, yeah, so so, uh we find out he has
a little sister, so that that kind of comes in
at first in here early on in season two, but
kind of just more of the same, just high jinks
between some of the characters. It made me laugh a
couple of times. Pretty funny. Uh yeah, we need to
watch the live action with Ricannie at some point. It
just just everything you're.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
You're not really missing out on much on on season
two whis literally the same.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
It's just comedy, humor and gag and all that.

Speaker 5 (22:51):
So uh, it's it's it's it's a show where you
just turn off your brain and watch characters have.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
Fun and party.

Speaker 4 (22:57):
Yeah. Yeah, that's pretty much what it is.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
Keep in mind this anime is about scuba diving, not.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
Really exactly Scooba diving, and it has a thing where introduced,
like one joke here, one joke of there, and then
it does a good job of like building off that
a little bit right. It'll bring it up later in
the episode and you're like, oh, that came full circles.
So it's uh, it's a good time.

Speaker 3 (23:18):
Nice fan service though both ways too, sah yeah service
ye love it anyway. Doctor Stone Science Future Core twos out.
I think I might just let a bunch of episodes
come out for this and then watch them all at once,
because I love Doctor Stone. Like I fell off initially,
like back when season one was airing, but I rewatched

(23:38):
it all recently just to catch up, and it is
so good, like it gets better and better and better.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
It is one of those.

Speaker 4 (23:45):
Shows I need to watch the anime at some point.
I love the manga. It was fun. It was fun.

Speaker 2 (23:52):
Nice. Did you guys watch go ahead?

Speaker 4 (23:55):
I was gonna say, if you want to talk about
Rory Rocks though, that's the true Doctor Stone at this Yes,
I am as. I learned all about minerals, geology. It
was a good time. There was more in it learning
wise than I expected, and I was all for it.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
So nice.

Speaker 3 (24:09):
Did you guys watch The Water The Water Magician, and
We're gonna talk about Ruey Rock soon. I'm gonna I'm
gonna start going through all the ones that I've seen slowly,
but I'm still kind of going popularity wise.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
The Water Magician.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
I just watched the first episode of that. It was okay.
I guess it was pretty okay, nothing special, yeah, setting
things up.

Speaker 5 (24:28):
Very slow, slow living, just him exploring his powers and
finding out where the funk he isn't all that so.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
I was quite I'm honest.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
Yeah, it's a bit of a boring first episode.

Speaker 4 (24:39):
Yeah, yeah, Silent which was better, though I don't Water
is pretty.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
You like Silent, which I don't dislike.

Speaker 4 (24:49):
It was very pretty. There was a little bit too
much exposition in that first episode, so I do have
complaints with it. But uh, but overall, I would say
it was like probably top five of me for the
season thus far. If we're talking non sequels.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
Like, okay, I still think my my number one pick
this season is The Summer He Got Who Died?

Speaker 4 (25:08):
You need to really I need to check that one.

Speaker 3 (25:10):
Yeah, I mean, especially for non sequels, like Don to
Don will probably end up being better than it. But
like for first episodes, just all first episodes, I think
summary he Could Die was my favorite first episode out
of like, you know.

Speaker 5 (25:22):
What, I'd agree with that. I would go he could
do first, and then got Chakuta second.

Speaker 4 (25:28):
Yeah, that's what I would Okay, I think so too,
got Chakuta second? Oh my god. Yeah, Okay.

Speaker 3 (25:33):
For first episodes, the original sin was mine.

Speaker 4 (25:36):
And then Rory Rock's probably number two. I guess I
probably like that one more than you guys, though I
don't really enjoy it.

Speaker 3 (25:43):
All right, let's talk about Uby Ross, think about mentioning it.
Let's talk about all right. I really like the animation. Yeah,
the one cute, it's it held my attention. The characters
are super likable, a lot of good things going for it.
One nitpick that drive Mere, that stuper the super thick
older girl has the face has the face of a baby.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
Pass me off.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
Just the art style.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
Its just the art the art styles I hate.

Speaker 4 (26:13):
It's a very wholesome show. Okay. You go in, you're
learning about rocks. At first she just wants to buy rocks,
but then she wants to buy by the end, she
wants to buy the tools to go out and find
rocks because we learn all about how they work, minerals,
the science behind them, tectonic plates, Like this is what
you show in a classroom. Okay, this is what doctor
Stone wanted to be. This is what it would be.

Speaker 5 (26:34):
I'm not gonna lie this show for me. I love
Studio Bind because they did They're one of my favorite studios.
But I'm gonna have to say this anime so far
is a fucking snooze fest.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
No, this is so sad.

Speaker 5 (26:51):
Maybe because I'm not really too much into all this
fucking science and tectonic plates and girls exploring minerals and
ship but yeah, learn I was just so mainly this is.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
The truth, by the way, and I'm speaking this like
a true man of culture.

Speaker 5 (27:06):
I was closing my eyes a lot in the first episode,
but as soon as the thick girl came on screen
with the boba.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
I had my eyes open wide. And then when she's
gone on like closing them again.

Speaker 4 (27:19):
This is so sad. I was like, I was more
fascinated with her outfit. She had like a little bell
on her head and I can't figure out why I
even looked it up. I'm like, do geologists like wear bells?
And just like no, like that's not like, that's just
I don't know what the bell was about. She's just
where's a little bell? And I think that's the door
I see.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
I might be on this, So I would actually be
on a similar page to Rieka. And if she didn't
look like her face was like seven years old. While
the rest of like like her, like.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
Her, like I like the I.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Like the relationship between like the kid and and the
and the and the and the woman. It's super cute.
Their conversations are good, the science is cool. Like I
liked everything except for the moy face on this thick
woman driving crazy the entire time.

Speaker 1 (27:59):
How old does she anyways?

Speaker 4 (28:00):
She's in college college said college grad school, so three
to twenty four, twenty five something like that.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
And she has a baby. That's so weird.

Speaker 4 (28:10):
But anyways, she doesn't have a baby. Like the girl
just kind of saw her. That'd be the weird part, right,
Like she saw this lady giant hammer Thor style out
in the woods and she's like, I want you to
show me the way, show me how to live Barney
Senton style. That's how they met and she just kind
of folded her around. So yeah, I like it. I
like I met my teacher.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
I don't know if I would like watch the entire season,
but I'll watch another episode for sure.

Speaker 4 (28:35):
I've enjoined this one. But but yeah, I could see
the Mowey style, like throwing people off if it's not
their thing. I feel like artichell doesn't bother me too much.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Moy would work if they were like high school students,
or like middle middle school students, or it just late
they all had smaller bodies.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
But just like, she's fucking.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
Thick, dude, She's thick and older and so hot and
then her face is said years old, and it kills me.

Speaker 4 (29:02):
It's not it's not about being hot burns.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
This is like, I know, it's not what it's most
to me about.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
This wholesome stuff right here?

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Okay, look, it was cute, it's just not really.

Speaker 3 (29:16):
Well, they should scientifically make your face look more accurate.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Anyway.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
Anyway, I'm trying to think what else did I watch here? Oh?

Speaker 5 (29:26):
Have you guys watched the anime that I told you
guys about New Saga Be Stronger?

Speaker 4 (29:32):
I did?

Speaker 2 (29:32):
I did this, bastard one.

Speaker 4 (29:35):
No, No, New saga is the one where he like
dies fighting like the demons and.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
Then oh I forgot to watch that one.

Speaker 4 (29:47):
Oh no, no, SoC I'm gonna be honest with you.
I've read a few mon wan my day, right, like,
and I'm not a big Monoa guy, but I read
one for this No, not for this one, but I
read one that's that's That's my point though, is that
it doesn't have to be for this. I read one
called a Returner's Magic should be special. Oh yeah, that's
the whole thing. Yeah, yeah, I read that whole thing

(30:09):
and it was like a couple hundred chapters, right, So, like,
and I've read some stuff that started very similar. So
I've just seen this thing done so many times where
I'm like, it wasn't bad, Like I didn't hate it,
and I could keep watching it and stuff, but unless
it didn't do anything outside the box, though, it was
still very very standard, very trophy. Like I like, I've
seen this storyline done a few times, so so that

(30:32):
that was that was my thike prior I watched it.
I stand by that it really didn't do anything to
outside the box. But uh, I could see myself maybe
watching more, but it was just kind of all right, right,
it didn't really go over the top with anything. It
just uh, it's just pretty okay. I feel like I
just did. Like he died, he goes back, he like
gets to start over again, and we don't really get

(30:54):
to see the journey start, but like he knows stuff
is going to go down in three years time, right,
so he has to kind of try to prepare it.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
So we'll see where he goes with it from there
and how he watched how he changes in like the
second or third episode, you know, in.

Speaker 4 (31:08):
A returner's magic should be special. When I read that,
Like the thing I did like about that was, you know,
he did get strong by the end where he was
uh fighting things, but he just couldn't do it all
on his own. So he knew other people that lasted
a long time. He met them earlier on and tried
to kind of train them up and prepare them. M
h uh. You know, so like that that was cool,
and this one he seems more like like there's people

(31:30):
he knows and he's glad they're okay and stuff, but
he seems more like determined to do it alone. So
like it might take that route of I got to
be the one he doesn't it doesn't go that case, okay,
does he doesn't do it alone on it? Okay? Because
I've only seen episode one, so that's how he seems
like he was kind of veering at the end of
the episode, and I'm like, I hope that's not the case,
like you can at least make it, okay.

Speaker 5 (31:49):
I've watched all three episode and and they all go
on a journey together like okay, okay, and that's it's
when it starts. So I need to watch watch I'm sure,
guys impressed.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
I can't believe I forgot to watch that one. That's
what just ugly mug epic fighter. It was fucking hilarious.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Gotcha.

Speaker 3 (32:11):
It says ugly mug epic fighter in English here, I
mean the Japanese title is gotcha fighter, got it.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
Got it.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
So it was just so over the top, like he
shot an arrow and a dragon came out of the sky,
like it was so fucking funny. It was killing me.

Speaker 4 (32:27):
He let a little bit overpowered, like it.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
Kind of bothered me how extreme he went with his
like he could have got negative two hundred and twenty
five looks. But then he's like if a girl if
a girl touches me, I lose ten percent of my HP. Okay,
that's fine. And then it was like, if I have sex,
I die. It's like, why are you doing this to yourself? Man,
you're already kryled.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
He touched a woman and lost.

Speaker 3 (32:52):
More than half of his million h me, it would
have been enough to kill the entire planet.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
Finally, a relatable yas the guy let's go all right.
I love how it can kind of self incertain into
love how.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
He just killed one monster, one mob and he got
so much points out of it that he literally just
maxed out all his fucking stats in one go.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
He's he's just broken the.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
Negative and fifty five looks like I feel like, what
what if he just like starts working out, Like right
now he's just a super super fat Like, what if
he just gets jacked? This is this is this is
this could be the best underdog story of all time.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
I don't know, man, this could easily turn into a
hen tie and you know it.

Speaker 3 (33:38):
All he all he needs is a hair transplant and
the list of weights and he's fucking there.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
Some of the best stories it's about watching the characters
grow and mature and you know, watching the come up
right the redemption, and the further they start down, the
better that is to watch. But I feel like that's
not going to be the case here.

Speaker 3 (33:54):
So honestly, this is just really really funny and really
I want it really entertaining.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
I really liked it.

Speaker 5 (34:00):
Yeah, Studio White Fox, Okay, animation, but yeah, this was
this was not bad.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
Did you guys do your homework and watch the Turkey
Bowling Anime?

Speaker 4 (34:10):
I didn't watch it because the scores were still really bad.
But I heard it wasn't a bowling anime? Is what
I heard? Is that accurate? It's just like a misdirect?

Speaker 5 (34:19):
Is that?

Speaker 1 (34:19):
No, I haven't seen it.

Speaker 3 (34:21):
It was a ball at least at first. The whole
first episode was about bowling.

Speaker 4 (34:25):
So if I watch it, I'm going to get my
cute girls doing cute things and Slice of Life and
all that is that? Is that what I'm hearing?

Speaker 2 (34:30):
Yes, wait, neither of you guys watched it?

Speaker 5 (34:34):
No? I did not.

Speaker 4 (34:35):
I haven't got I considered it, and I saw how
low the scores were after the first couple episodes, and like,
do I do I want?

Speaker 1 (34:40):
Damn, that's slow.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
You didn't do your homework? You guys, didn't do your homework.

Speaker 4 (34:44):
I'd already watched like twelve episodes.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
I was like, you didn't do your homework for New Soccer.

Speaker 3 (34:48):
Come on, that's what I'm saying. You can't be mad
at me if you guys didn't watch Turkey.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
I watched Grewery Rocks.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
That was good though, so I actually was quite enjoying
it because it was so as bowling anime. Cute girls bowling. Yeah,
it was like one of the girls is into bowling
since she was like a child, and then she wanted
to put a team together, but like there was no
bowling team, so she asked two of her friends to join,
but they didn't really like they just joined to help her,
so they weren't very good. And then there's one girl

(35:16):
on the team that's like really into it, and she's
pissed at like these other two girls suck and don't care.
So the team was falling apart. They had like a
little match challenge. They played another school or another club
or whatever. It was cute, little the interactions are actually
held my attention.

Speaker 2 (35:30):
It was pretty good.

Speaker 3 (35:31):
And then a lightning bolt hit hit like a bowling
ball that was like being excavated like a million years ago,
or like eleven million years ago, like a long time ago.
And then some supernatural shit started happening.

Speaker 2 (35:42):
And I'm like, going on into the bowling anime and now.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
There are they going to another world. I didn't watch
it so two, and I only watched episode one. Actually
there's no episode two out yet, but I think the time,
I think it.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Might be a bowling yousa guy.

Speaker 3 (35:54):
I don't know what's going the last like ten seconds,
like thirty seconds of the anime, I'm like, I'm a
cute bowling anime.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
All right, keep bowling anime. I'm invested bowling.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
That's a lightning bolt hit the bullying ball, the bowling bolt,
another bowling ball starts glowing and floating.

Speaker 2 (36:07):
I'm like, what is going on?

Speaker 4 (36:10):
The eminence and shadows start.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Now you're telling me I got to see this.

Speaker 5 (36:15):
If this is a bowling ISKI, that's like freshly brand news,
something I've never seen before.

Speaker 4 (36:19):
Okay, they branded it to where recon want to try
it out, but low key, it was something right up
his alley.

Speaker 1 (36:25):
Bowling sounds really interesting. Have you guys seen Sorry I
caught you off, Jordan.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
I was just gonna say I hate that I saw
that this wasn't a bowling anime before I started it.
Otherwise I was so hyped to go into it that
just like disappointed me a little bit where I was like,
I'm just not even gonna bother, but maybe I should
have done the opposite.

Speaker 1 (36:47):
Have you guys seen the Outcasts restaurants?

Speaker 2 (36:53):
I did?

Speaker 4 (36:53):
I did. I watched that because of you Ricon good Briggs.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
Nope, see this is exactly mean you don't do your homework.
I don't do my homework.

Speaker 3 (37:04):
You should have watched The Supernational Bowling Man.

Speaker 2 (37:06):
I don't get it.

Speaker 4 (37:07):
I don't specifically say you guys need to watch this one.
And so I was like, all these are the two
I put on my Listen.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
He and Jordan will talk about this is your personal favorite.

Speaker 5 (37:19):
I know how much you like the Kicked out of
the Hero's party trope where he gets kicked out, but
oh guess what, he's fucking overpowered.

Speaker 1 (37:27):
I know you love that alt Right.

Speaker 4 (37:31):
From One Piece is basically the main character. I will
say that this dude is a chef, he likes to cook.
He's in the you know, captain, my captain, and then
suddenly he's not in the crew. Anymore. Right, he leaves
the straw Hats and now he decides to open up
his own restaurant. So so that's that's the story thus far.
And you know there's some other high jinks kind of
in there, like him, uh, you know, saving a little

(37:52):
girl and you know her deciding to work there. You know,
child labor. We love that kind of like Roy Rock
go about the child labor he got right, yeah, but
but yeah, he opens up a restaurant and it seems
like it's gonna be pretty wholesome. I don't quite know
where it's gonna go from episode one, but uh, I
didn't hate it, Like it was better than I thought

(38:13):
it would be. I it was one of those I saw.
I didn't really want to go into it all and
I would not have watched him not for recon but
it was pretty all right.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
Fair, Yeah, it was good.

Speaker 3 (38:22):
There was one other one watching I can't remember Clevitus
Cleavata sort how you guys liking that one so far?
I only watched twenty minutes because that episode was forty five.

Speaker 1 (38:32):
It is really dark, super dark, but man.

Speaker 4 (38:37):
It's so good.

Speaker 3 (38:38):
It starts a good pretty strong I will dar say,
like I'm not like it's like it's amazing or whatever.

Speaker 2 (38:43):
But the animation is good, so I knew Ricon. I
don't like it.

Speaker 3 (38:45):
The animation is good, and it just starts off like
with so much action. But like sometimes when a series
starts off with action, you like to get your attention.
You're not invested if you don't really know anyone. But
for some reason, like I was pretty invested in these
characters and like this. You know what The thing I
like about it is, I feel like a lot of
the time it's like, well, you need to kill the
monsters and the demons to save the world. And it's

(39:06):
just like this demon saw the humans as like coming
onto his territory and like, I'm going to kill you
guys now because you guys killed like my monsters, Like
it was his territory and a bunch of his monsters
were slaughtered and he's like, now, I like you slaughtered
my monsters.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Like the act of that.

Speaker 3 (39:22):
Stephen has a personality like he cares, like there's something
different about it. It's not just like, oh, monsters are evil,
we must kill them, and then the monsters are.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Like, oh, we need to kill humans.

Speaker 3 (39:32):
I feel like there was just like a little bit
more depth to it than that, which made me care
because it was just I didn't Sometimes you don't look
at it from that perspective. It's like he wants to
take out the humans because they're just if you continue
to let them expand they're just gonna start killing monsters.

Speaker 2 (39:45):
They clear out area for their their their houses and stuff.

Speaker 1 (39:48):
Right.

Speaker 5 (39:49):
So this is probably also one of my favorites of
this season. It's such a dark story, yet it is
just one of the most captivating shit I've ever seen.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
So you got this big.

Speaker 5 (40:02):
Demon who is one of the Lord Beasts or whatever,
and he wants to destroy humanity and all that shit.
And he wiped out the hero's party except for one
girl who was blessed with immortality, so if she dies,
she actually reawakens back up. Yet she doesn't actually know
that too much yet she's.

Speaker 4 (40:22):
Talking about it these two different shows.

Speaker 1 (40:25):
This is Clevatus this moment.

Speaker 4 (40:26):
Okay, I hadn't seen it. I wasn't sure if that
was the same show or not.

Speaker 5 (40:32):
But Cleavadus, the monster can actually take forms different forms.
So of the woman that was dying with her baby,
he did take her form and he was tasked with
raising that child, because that child is going to be
like the last saving grace for you know, everything, So

(40:53):
he needs to take care of the baby somehow.

Speaker 3 (40:55):
Yeah, and I'm gonna be honest, I didn't expect it
to go that direction at all. I watched twenty minutes.
Nothing about those twenty or fifteen twenty minutes thought made
me think it was gonna go that direction.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
That's crazy.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
I'm gonna be honest. You guys both just described the
same anime, but it sounded so different both times, Like
I don't know what to think. I've so I couldn't
repeat back to you what this show is about, but
I might have.

Speaker 5 (41:15):
Let me tell you straight up, its dark because there's
a lot of deaths and there's also a little bit
of sexual content in terms of like rape and shit.

Speaker 3 (41:25):
But yeah, yeah, you look at the synopsis. The synopsis
is it makes it takes a three sixty as well,
or like a one eighty. The story centers on the
whatever the Clevitus, the lord of dark beasts who wields
both uncanny intellect and destructive power. Frustrated by the thirteen
heroes task to destroy him, he has decided to be

(41:47):
rid of humanity.

Speaker 2 (41:48):
Once and for all.

Speaker 3 (41:49):
So that's the kind of how it starts, with all
that action, fighting, killing whatever. However, he has been charged
with one nuisance. He revived the hero he personally slaid
and adopts an orphan humanoid baby, Like, well, I what
where did where did this come from?

Speaker 4 (42:07):
Said that first episode.

Speaker 5 (42:09):
That's why what the girl is blessed with immortality, so
when she dies, she just reawakens because of him.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Speaking of immortality, the fucking water magician guy has theymore
has like eternal youth as well, like what like what
going on?

Speaker 2 (42:20):
He shows? They just kind of tossed that in the
threw that in there at the end.

Speaker 4 (42:24):
Even think Michael's like, oh my god, I forgot about
that or didn't notice.

Speaker 3 (42:27):
That other animes. So that's basically what I've seen up
until this point. What have you guys seen that you
guys think I should check out for next time?

Speaker 4 (42:38):
I don't. I wouldn't say you should check it out,
but uh, there was an anime I watched called what
Torikun's Star Star Star is about the collapse. It's one
of my top twenty like manga all time because like
I said, all the girls in it are crazy and
I kind of like crazy. But the anime so far
has been a little bit lackluster based on the first episode,
and I don't think a lot of people are liking it.

(42:59):
But uh, but I figured it was at least worth
mentioning because the mong is good.

Speaker 3 (43:02):
I like it.

Speaker 4 (43:04):
It's up there.

Speaker 3 (43:05):
The new panteon Stocking looks fucking hilarious. But I need
to watch these one again or like, I don't think
I ever even finished season one.

Speaker 2 (43:12):
It just but it was good, so I think we should.

Speaker 3 (43:14):
Would you guys be down to watch some Panting Stocking
season one and talk about.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
It next week?

Speaker 4 (43:20):
No for spanning Stalking at some point? What do you
mean know I want to do it next week?

Speaker 5 (43:25):
I mean, Briggs, we have to continue on with forcing
each others to watch random anime.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
I got to continue Berserk, we got ship to do.

Speaker 5 (43:36):
Okay, and we also got to watch so we also
have to watch Grand Blue the live action.

Speaker 1 (43:41):
What I was thinking, I ain't got time for Panting
and Stock.

Speaker 3 (43:44):
I was I was thinking about doing something different for
next week, where like, there's a lot of sequels I
want to watch, like the Bunny Girl SEMPI one and
The Vending.

Speaker 5 (43:52):
Machine one, right, and listen, Why don't we just go
Why don't we just watch together on stream?

Speaker 1 (43:57):
How about that?

Speaker 2 (43:58):
Maybe not today? I have to I have to go
really soon, obviously not today, But yeah, I was just saying,
I was.

Speaker 3 (44:04):
Thinking it'd be fun for next week to like watch
panteon Stalking and like watch like the Bunny Roo Sampire
movies and talk about that to kind of.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
So that was we watched them on stream, you know,
save some time.

Speaker 2 (44:16):
We could.

Speaker 3 (44:16):
But are you guys okay with doing that because these
are some sequels that we were not able to talk about,
we're not caught up on like their previous Yeah, so
I think that'd be fun.

Speaker 4 (44:24):
That would be fun.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
That would be fun to do something, and.

Speaker 3 (44:26):
Then after that we'll go back to recommending stuff.

Speaker 2 (44:28):
To each other.

Speaker 5 (44:29):
M hm.

Speaker 4 (44:31):
As long as we thos Scarring Blue Live Action, all right,
we could.

Speaker 2 (44:33):
You could try and do that.

Speaker 4 (44:34):
I could try and do that time.

Speaker 3 (44:36):
Alright, it sounds good. I'm down any other shows recon
because I need to go.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
Please.

Speaker 5 (44:43):
I saw the first episode of tolgan Onky yesterday, mind
blowing tolgan Anky.

Speaker 4 (44:53):
What is that one about?

Speaker 5 (44:54):
Oh? That's a demon one, it is, that's the demon
and the Monmataru the two sides.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
Let me tell you mind blowing, amazing animation.

Speaker 4 (45:03):
Amazing.

Speaker 2 (45:03):
It's sixty not rated very well. Recone, All right, don't
listen to them, listen to me. Okay, I'll check it out.

Speaker 1 (45:13):
We gotta listen to me. You know my taste is good.

Speaker 4 (45:15):
Okay, I'll tell this one out there. I haven't seen
it yet, but City the Animation, I've at least heard
about it. It's it's by the Nietzsche Joe author. It
looks cute, it's rated highly. I might not watch it
anytime soon, but if you're a fan of that, we see.
But I know you exist.

Speaker 2 (45:30):
What's it called?

Speaker 3 (45:31):
City?

Speaker 4 (45:32):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (45:34):
Okay, I didn't hear what either of you guys said.

Speaker 1 (45:38):
Jordan said, City the Animation. I don't know what the
fuck that is?

Speaker 4 (45:42):
Mine is.

Speaker 2 (45:44):
And City the Animation.

Speaker 3 (45:45):
Okay, So next week we are going to be watching
some panteons talking and talking about it, and ideally the
Bunny Girl Sampire.

Speaker 2 (45:53):
Movies that I think there's two of them, so that
we can watch the new season.

Speaker 3 (45:58):
Okay, That's kind of what I'm thinking of doing for
next week, and then we'll get back to recommending to
each other again. I think that's a good spot for
us to end. If you guys are okay with that,
any other shows you watched that you guys need to
talk about. A.

Speaker 2 (46:09):
Are we good?

Speaker 5 (46:11):
No?

Speaker 4 (46:11):
I think we're good. Just watch Ry Rocks People and
that's the best. And uh and to Kobe's original sin.

Speaker 3 (46:17):
So yeah, And on that note, my friends, I hope
everyone enjoyed the episode. Check out the Boys, give us
a follow on Spotify, and I'll see you all next time.

Speaker 4 (46:28):
