Now let's help you get moretime, more peace, and more
control starting today.
So, um, I am Tony Ann, if you,we haven't met.
I'm the host of this summit.
Let's get more time.
(01:25):
As well as the host of the RealHappy Mom podcast where I help
busy working moms to gain moretime and achieve their big goals
without pulling their hair out.
I am a wife, a mom, a full-timedentist, well now dental
consultant and a reservist inthe Navy.
So when mom say, I don't havetime, I get it.
I, I get it.
(01:46):
And I want you to know that I'min the trenches just like you,
but I have some tools that aregonna help you out.
Specifically, I wanna share withyou how chat GPT can be your
secret weapon to saving you sometime and energy.
Now, full disclaimer, I'm not anexpert or, um.
Someone who has been likeprofessionally trained on chat
(02:08):
GBT, I've just been using it forquite a bit and I know it can
help moms who feel like there'snever enough time in the day.
So, um, I wanted to bring thispresentation here for you
because like I said, I know howmuch it can help with relieving
some of the day to day.
Um.
(02:28):
Decisions that we have to makeand help with making things a
lot easier and smoother for us.
So today we're gonna be talkingabout a couple of things.
In this session, we're gonnabreak down what AI is in a super
simple way, we'll talk about AIthat you're already using
without realizing it.
I'm gonna introduce you to someamazing AI tools for moms.
(02:50):
And then I'll show you exactlyhow you can use chat GPT to
streamline your homeorganization routines and meal
planning.
And then we'll do a little demotoo so you can see it in action.
Hey Brittany, thanks for comingback.
I.
All right, so what is ai?
(03:12):
So first things first, AI orartificial intelligence is just
technology that helps you withgetting things done faster and
smarter.
Think of it as a super powerfulassistant that can answer
questions, organized task, andeven make suggestions for you.
And I know a lot of moms arekind of hesitant about using AI
(03:35):
in particular, but.
Here's the thing, you'reprobably already using AI and
you don't even realize it.
Think about Siri, Alexa, GoogleAssistant, answering all your
questions.
Netflix is recommending yourfavorite, well, your next
favorite shows and Google Mapsis predicting the fastest route
home.
(03:55):
Your phone is doing autocorrecton text.
That sometimes can be annoyingbecause that's not what you're
trying to say, or it's evensuggesting replies to, um, text
messages.
So in the chat, let me know whattool or what are you already
using that is powered by AI on adaily basis?
(04:17):
I know for me it's autocorrect'cause your, your girl here
can't spell very well, so I'mconstantly relying on
autocorrect because I can'tremember how to spell things.
You know, the one that gets meall the time is receive.
You know how the school listingI, is it I before EEC I'm
messing it up already, so me andauto correct our friends.
(04:38):
So let me know what ai, AI powertool are you already using in
your daily life?
Is it Siri?
Google Assistant?
I'm surprised Alexa hasn'tpicked up me talking about her
over here.
Brittany says auto correct andotherwise I don't really use it.
Yes.
(04:59):
Got it.
Fran says, Google search.
Okay.
Nice.
Nice.
All right, so I want you to knowthat AI is for everyone.
I know a lot of times we thinkit's just for techie people or
software engineers, but that'snot true at all.
AI is for busy moms, and thebest part, you don't have to
know any complicated tech stuffto use it.
(05:24):
So there are some other toolsthat I wanted to share with you
that are out there.
This is just a very limitedlist, um, of some AI tools that
can be used besides chat GPTs,um, because I know I.
Right now I'm, I'm talking a lotabout chat JPT and I don't want
you to think that's the only AItool out there.
You have all of these differentthings out there that can help
(05:47):
you with, um, different thingsfrom meal planning to grocery
shopping, um, home organizationproductivity, and even with the
kids and their learning.
I even saw this other reallycool app that is like a tutor
for your kids.
It's really, really amazing.
So there's plenty of differentoptions that are out there.
(06:09):
Now managing a household canfeel like there's a never ending
list of tasks like laundry, cleaning, kids activities, meal
prep work, deadlines, and it canbe a lot.
So wouldn't it be great if youhad a personal assistant to help
and that my friend is where AIis gonna come in.
(06:30):
So chat, GBT.
Can actually help you createpersonalized home routines, plan
out weekly cleaning schedules, and even make sure you're
staying on top of everythingwithout the mental load.
And this is just a very limitedlist of what chat GBT can do for
you, but that's what we're gonnafocus on in this session.
(06:51):
So do me a favor in the chatright now.
Let me know.
What is the hardest part ofkeeping up with Hering teens?
Could it be staying consistent, not knowing what to do, getting
the kids involved, gettingpartners, spouses involved?
What is the hardest part aboutkeeping up with home routines
(07:12):
for you?
Let me know in the chat whatthat is.
Also too, some moms talk aboutmotivation, not feeling
motivated.
That's another one.
Thank you, Brittany.
Brittany says, stayingconsistent, and Rebecca says
consistency and delegation.
(07:32):
Awesome.
Thank you for sharing that.
Staying consistent.
We got that one.
Good.
Nice.
Thank you Catherine.
And Wendy says interruptions.
Rachel said I started the out.
Great.
And then by Wednesday I'm tired, girl.
Yes, I know.
(07:54):
Wednesdays.
Hmm.
Yeah.
I need a pick me up by then.
Susan says erratic schedule, very energy levels.
This is a good one.
Good one.
Yes.
Yes.
Thank you ladies for sharing allof that.
Awesome.
Awesome.
Well, let me do a quick demo,um, to ask Chad GBT to help with
creating a cleaning schedule.
(08:17):
And we're gonna see if we canhelp with some of the things
that you mentioned in the chat,um, so that you can be more, uh,
consistent.
You can delegate more.
So I have this prompt here, um,for chat GBT that I'm gonna put
in there.
The biggest thing with usingchat GBTs, you have to really
(08:38):
give it direction.
I've learned that if you justput in like, oh, create me a
cleaning schedule, it'll justlike spit out anything.
But you really wanna be specificand let Chad, GBT know what you
have going on and what your realgoals are.
So I put in here that, um, aworking mom with two kids, and I
struggle with keeping the houseclean and tidy because of
(09:01):
limited time and energy.
I might even throw in Dar says aneedy family.
I'll put that in there too.
And at the end of the work day.
Um, we're having low energy and,and not much time.
I have a three bedrooms, two anda half bathrooms, a playroom, an
office in addition to kitchen, living room, inate, and dining
(09:21):
room.
Create a weekly cleaningschedule for me that I can do in
10 minutes a day.
So you see how this is a littlebit more specific, so I'm gonna
throw this in there and I'mgonna add in a needy family.
Thank you.
D I'm gonna add that in theretoo, into Chad GBT.
Hold on just one second.
Let me switch screens reallyquick.
I am gonna pull up this one.
(09:43):
There we go.
So I'm gonna put that one inthere and a needy family and
let's see what it says.
So I just threw that one intothe prompt.
Now it is thinking, let's see.
(10:06):
So already it's coming up withsome things, some daily
essentials, and a weeklybreakdown.
This is all good.
This is all good.
And it sometimes it'll ask thisa question at the end, like, is
there anything that you need toadjust?
So if you see like something inhere isn't really what you want,
definitely tweak it.
Um, because yeah, you wanna makesure that you're getting what
(10:29):
you need.
So let's just say, um.
Let's just say I don't wanna doany, um, chores on Wednesdays,
because who was it that saidWednesdays we're feeling
drained?
Who was that?
Rachel?
By Wednesday we're really tired.
So let's just say Wednesday.
(10:49):
We're too tired, we don't wannado anything.
Um, this is a great start onWednesdays.
I am really tired and don't wantto clean up.
Can you, um, rework the scheduleyou pro divided?
(11:17):
I did.
And lastly, what it comes upwith here.
Nice and see it already tookout, um, the cleaning on
Wednesday and it added it, itlooks like it added it to one of
these other days.
(11:37):
So we got everything all, um,cleaned up in 10 minutes a day.
So that was, um, one prompt thatI wanted to show you.
I'm gonna show you another one,um, which is with dinner.
Oh, and sorry Maria.
Good question.
What am I using?
(11:57):
So, if you go to chat gt.com,that is what I'm using here.
And even if you just Google ChatGPT, it'll um, take you there
and you'll wanna set up anaccount.
Um, you can use a free accountand it works just fine.
This is me using a free account.
(12:18):
I do have a paid account, butthe free account works just fine
too as well when you're tryingto just do, um, some of the
things that I'm showing youhere.
So that was the.
Yes, that was the, um,demonstration I wanted to do
for, for cleaning.
(12:39):
And the next one I wanna showyou is with dinner, because I
know dinner times can, for me isreally hard because.
You don't know what to cookbecause like Alicia was talking
about with decision fatigue, you're tired and you don't wanna
think about it.
Um, and sometimes coming upwith, um, grocery lists can be
(13:00):
difficult.
I know for me, I will get thesame thing five times and my
husband's like, why did you buythat again?
And I'm like, oh, I forgot I hadit.
So, um.
Coming up with grocery lists canbe time consuming and even meal
prep can seem a little bitoverwhelming.
So I wanna show you one way thatwe can do this with a meal
printing prompt with chat GPT.
(13:23):
So, um, I.
I'm gonna ask Chad, GBT to helpme, um, with preparing a meal
plan for the week.
And so this is the prompt thatI'm gonna use.
I have a pescatarian diet.
I'm trying to incorporate moretofu and leafy greens in my
diet.
Help me create a meal plan forthe week, including a grocery
(13:46):
list.
The meal plan should havebreakfast, lunch, and dinner, as
well as one snack.
And let's go ahead and take thisprompt and throw this in here.
Let me go back over here.
There we go.
So I'm gonna put that prompt inthere.
Actually, let me add somethinghere so it knows that I'm
(14:07):
switching gears.
Great.
So let's see what it is gonnasay.
So.
Got a meal plan that includestofu, leafy greens, and
pescatarian friendly options.
So already here we gotbreakfast, lunch, and dinner,
and a snack for Monday throughSunday.
(14:29):
And then here's the grocerylist.
Nice.
Nice.
So there that only took a fewseconds and already.
We have a grocery list and ameal plan that we can print out
and have ready to go, and youcan start crossing off things on
this grocery list if you alreadyhave, um, these items.
(14:52):
So you're not getting the samething, um, more than once.
And D asks chat, GPT, safe touse.
Very good question.
So I would say.
Yes, but you wanna be carefulwith putting in certain
information in there.
I know there's a concern aboutprivacy and whatnot.
(15:14):
I am not very savvy on all ofthat.
But I would definitely say justbe careful with how much, um,
personal information that you'reputting in there.
And then Rachel says, maybe Icould ask AI for meals for my
very picky 10-year-old.
Yes.
Hey, let's do that really quick,Rachel.
I.
Let's act at gbt.
(15:34):
Do, can you guys see my screen?
Yes.
So great.
I have a very picky 10-year-old.
Let's say Rachel, your10-year-old only likes to eat
chicken nuggets in peanut butterand jelly that only likes eggs
to eat PB and J and chickennuggets.
(16:02):
Help me with coming up withsome, um, dinner ideas that he
would enjoy.
Um, let's see what it says here.
(16:23):
Rachel.
So we got homemade fish sticks.
Do you think your son will gofor that, Rachel?
Some grilled cheese and tomatosoup maybe.
I know I got a picky one tooand, but I always teach him.
I was like, just try it.
Just try it.
I And he will try it.
PV and jay inspired wraps.
(16:44):
Okay.
Mac and cheese with hiddenveggies, baked tofu.
I'm liking all of this.
This is really nice.
So.
I know a lot of times peoplewill use pb, um, not pb and j
use chat GVT for, um, doingcertain tasks.
Like, um, like I, I know a lotof times I'll see things like,
um, like techie people using itto like build apps and, and
(17:07):
other things that I don't reallyunderstand.
But you can use it for very, very practical things like this,
like coming up with a meal planand getting ideas so that you
don't stress yourself out tryingto figure out what to do.
So let me go back here.
So we did this prompt already.
(17:27):
Great.
So now it's your turn.
I want you to try out chat GPTjust with like basic things like
think about what are some thingsthat you really could use some
help with It.
Could it, would it be meals?
I know meals is a, a huge painpoint for a lot of moms.
Like we really.
Could use someone to, you know, cook our meals for us, but is it
(17:48):
meals that you need help with?
Is it a cleaning schedule?
Is it, um, with doing laundry?
Is it with coming up with aroutine so that you can, um, be
more efficient?
Is it managing your schedulebetter?
Like ax chat, GBT.
These questions and see what itcomes up with and see if it
helps you.
Because a lot of times I thinkwe think like, oh no, I, I can't
(18:13):
use chat JBC for that.
Like literally use it for justlike, even like the simplest
things.
Now that does it for thisepisode of The Real Happy Mom
Podcast.
Make sure you head over torealhappymom.com/moretime to
listen to this full presentationas well as the other recordings,
(18:33):
plus some really great bonuses.
Okay, and check back next weekfor another one of the great
presentations from the Let's GetMore Time Summit.
Take care, and with lots oflove.
