What is Prana Mindfulness All About?

When was the last time you thought about prana? Well, you’re probably thinking of it right now, but do you ever think about prana during an average day? As Eric reveals this session, prana is only drawn to you when you think about it. Think of yourself as the Death Star (minus the Darkside, of course). Prana is the Millennium Falcon and your awareness is the tractor beam. When you become aware of the prana, it is drawn to you. There are endless oceans of prana surrounding us. The understanding you’ll gain in this session will allow you to effortlessly tap into these vast oceans of spiritual energy.
