What is Time Stepping All About?

What if you could travel through time to communicate with your future self, or yourself in a past moment? It can be exciting to imagine this possibility, but what about actually doing it. Have you ever contemplated the process?

How would you communicate with your past or your future self, and what would you tell yourself? There are many considerations to take into account. Rest assured, you don’t have to go out and buy a Delorean with a flux capacitor.

It just takes some knowledge and some understanding. Use your mind to re-create a moment in your life; some serene moment about a year ago. How have you grown mentally, emotionally, and spiritually since then?

What if you could somehow convey your present knowledge to your past self? Might a feeling of deja-vu be you manipulating yourself from the future? There’s so much to think about – to ponder.
