(00:28):
signs that you might be ready.

look for the hawks flying in the sky orthe butterflies, we're going to get down
to the nitty gritty of what's happeningin your heart and in your life right

To step in to your greatest liferight now, all the things that
you're doing, and you may not feellike you have any signs at all.
Let's get into it.
You're listening to HerHeart Heals Divorce Radio.
Hi, I'm Christina Cuevas.

(01:13):
Seven years ago, I went througha divorce and it completely
turned my world upside down.
And I'm so glad it did.
I documented my healing to shareinformation with other women going
through their own divorce journey.
And now, With thousands of downloadsaround the world from divorced women
just like you, I'm here to show youhow to ditch the shame around divorce

(01:33):
and finally heal so that you canregain the confidence to create your
most abundant and joyful future.
I'm so glad you're here.
This is Her Heart Heals Divorce Radio.
Hello, and welcome back toanother episode of rebuilding you.
I'm your host, Christina, I justwanted to say how grateful I am for

(01:56):
this podcast, for this community.
I share a lot on a lot ofdifferent platforms like Instagram.
I'm on Tik TOK.
I do emails.
I'm in the DMs.
But my favorite by far has got to be doingthis podcast thank you for being here.
I wanted to kick off talkingabout how I was able to manifest

(02:18):
my way into joining this.
Bootcamp to learn how to become a paidspeaker, which is absolutely crazy.
Had put it in my 2025 intentions that Iguided all of you through the exact same
process that I did on the last podcastepisode, I wrote it down, that's not even

(02:40):
like a goal in my mind to be doing, ButI wrote it down anyway, because it popped
up and I was like, yeah, that would bekind of badass to be a paid speaker at a
large event, it's one of those things thatscares the crap out of me to where I would
be perfectly fine if it didn't happen.
I wrote this down and I kid you not.

(03:04):
Within five days, I received thisnotification on social media from someone
that I've been following for years.
And she just happened to mention thatshe was going to be doing a boot camp to
teach people how to become, you guessedit, paid speakers for large events.

(03:25):
And that, it just almostlike slapped me in the face.
And I asked a lot of youguys on Instagram too.
Should I be doing this?
And all of you guys were like, hell yeah, you're doing it.
Which thank you so much for allof the love and the encouragement.
I joined the bootcamp.
I'm on day two.
It's a five day intensive soI'm really excited to see where

(03:48):
that takes me, but like, what's.
Let's be real.
That leads us into the topic of thispodcast episode, which is all about signs.
Most of the time life isn'thanding us these big giant
signs that show us where to go.
You should definitely be doing this.
You should definitely take this route.

(04:09):
You should definitely date this person.
You should definitelybreak up with this person.
We're always sort of looking forthese signs and can get downright
desperate for anything to tellus what the right move is.
Can you relate to that?
And here's the truth.
My mentor told me signs can mean whateverwe make them mean, which was a little

(04:31):
bit soul crushing, but she's right.
I'm a big sign girly.
If I see a hawk flying, I'mlike, oh, that's a major sign.
If I see two hawks flying together, whoa, that's an even bigger sign.
But like Austin Powers says, what does it all mean, Basil?
Let's not even forget all the other onesthat we see, like the clock striking 1111.

(04:57):
Oh, it's a sign.
The dollar price on thegas pump hitting 77.
77.
And maybe you have yourown special ones too.
Like for me, if I see a white butterfly,it reminds me of my sweet dog,
Bella, that passed away last year.
And to me, these moments are like littlewinks from the universe that you're
in the right place at the right time,or it invokes a memory, a feeling, but

(05:22):
that's not necessarily like giving youthe guidepost of what you should be
doing in life, which I think is what alot of people want to get out of signs.
I wanted to flip the script and sharesome real signs that you might be ready.
On the brink of your greatest comebackafter divorce, and I'm not talking about

(05:46):
go look for the hawks flying in the skyor the butterflies, but we're going to
get down to the nitty gritty of what'shappening in your heart and in your life
right now and how to reevaluate thesethings to see if these are the signs that
you're looking for, that you're ready.
To step in to your greatest liferight now, all the things that

(06:09):
you're doing, and you may not feellike you have any signs at all.
If we don't tap into our life andinto the present moment, we can miss
a lot of the signs that are alreadythere for us, a big, Theme for me in
2025 is to go into this year with moreease and realizing that God and the

(06:35):
universe don't want to make things anymore complicated than they need to be.
We overcomplicate things and ifwe just stop and notice everything
that we need to do is usually rightin front of us the entire time.
I want to give you the four signs thatyou're actually ready and on the brink

(06:56):
of a comeback and stepping into yourgreatest comeback era after divorce.
And all of these foursigns may apply to you.
One may apply to you.
Certain aspects may apply to you.
And all of these can be taken differently.
I'm going to give you my take on it.
And then I'm also going toshare a little bit about how

(07:16):
to use this sign as momentum.
So the first one that I wantedto talk about is the sign that
you're exhausted trying to achieveyour goals, but almost in a way.
That it like pisses you off that youhaven't like achieved your goals yet.

(07:37):
You know this feeling you've been tryingand trying and it's like nothing's
working, but instead of giving up,it actually lights a fire under you.
And that frustration is really justdetermination that's brewing within you.

(07:57):
Now this sign.
You're like, great.
Yeah, I relate.
I feel it.
But what do I actually do with it?
And I wanted to give you a differentperspective and that feeling of
anger or it pissing you off orfeeling like you're hitting a wall.

(08:18):
As I mentioned, using it as a firewithin you and Using that to build your
momentum, to do something different,to step out of your comfort zone.
If you have a feeling likethis, I want to encourage you.
to actually think outside ofthe box and what is something

(08:40):
that you haven't done before.
Working with me inside of Your GreatestComeback allows you to get that clear
perspective, that clear communication.
I actually teach you All of the toolson how to do a clear plan of action
that looks probably nothing like whatit is that you're doing right now.

(09:00):
So that instead of spinning your wheels, you're actually moving forward towards
your dreams, accomplishing your goals.
By the end of it, we're actuallycreating brand new goals.
So if this is something that you'restruggling with, think outside
of the box, think, what can Ido that hasn't been done yet?

(09:21):
The second sign that I wanted totalk about Was that you've become
obsessed with self help content.
This is something that really appliesto myself that I'm putting in here
in case it applies to anybody elsebecause I've invested Probably 20,
000 in my business, in my growthover the last several of years, I've

(09:45):
worked with coaches and mentors.
I've taken courses andcertification programs.
Like I love learning podcasts, books,YouTube, rabbit holes, you name it.
But improving yourself ispractically a personality
trait for myself at this point.
And if it is for you too, guess what?

(10:06):
That's a beautiful sign that you'realready priming yourself for growth.
Learning is needed.
And that just shows me if, if this isyou too, where you're like obsessed with
learning and you're just trying to absorbas much as you can, you've signed up
for all the things, you've got all thefreebies, even listening to this podcast,

(10:27):
you want growth more than anything.
You're planting these seeds for yourcomeback, but The thing that I want to
leave you with, if this is somethingthat you relate to is that it's time
to go inward and actually trust thatyou have all of the knowledge that
you need to succeed in life right now.

(10:50):
You need to trust yourself.
And it could be that you're checkingall the boxes with learning all of
these things, because you think thatthose are the steps that are needed
when really the boxes that you needto check are the internal ones.
And we can do a lot of this learningbecause it's external versus

(11:14):
doing the really uncomfortablethings, which is going inward.
And it's something that I teach youinside of your greatest comeback.
We start with going inward anddoing that and really building
your life and a foundation fromthis solid and secure self.
So if this is something that you feela little called out on where you love

(11:39):
learning, you love doing all of thesethings, Ask yourself, am I doing all
of this other work and not going inwardand doing the inner work because maybe
a, you don't know how or B, it'skind of a little bit uncomfortable
and I don't really want to go there.
A sign that applies to thisis if you don't like or can't

(12:04):
sit still or in silence withyourself for 30 minutes or more.
If that hits true for you, youprobably need to go inward, girlfriend.
Okay, sign number three.
That you are on the brink of yourgreatest comeback is that you feel
like you don't fit in anymore.

(12:26):
And this one really hitsdeep because it's really sad.
It's hard to feel like you're ona different path than the people
that you surround yourself with.
And you feel like nothingwill be the same again.
And that's a really hard pill to swallow.

(12:46):
But in reality, thosethings don't need to change.
You just need to shift your priorities andfigure out how to balance, still make time
for the people that you love or the circlethat you want to continue nourishing.
This one hits really deep because maybeyour friends, your environment, like, No
longer resonate with who you're becoming.

(13:09):
Maybe the things that you'restarting to talk about or the
growth that you're seeking.
Those people aren't seeking that atthat point in their lives, right?
Like maybe this is just a path thatyou're on and I always tell this to my
clients, like this is a really lonelyjourney when it comes to doing any type

(13:30):
of personal development or growth orthings like that, because not everybody
is going to have that same priority.
And it's going to be really importantfor you to find people that are
going to be able to support youand help you to actually achieve
that balance so that you can.
Hit the goals that you want to hit,get to where it is that you want to

(13:51):
go, but then also know how to nurtureand still keep those relationships and
really learn how to balance the two.
It's truly an art.
So that feeling of outgrowingyour surroundings isn't
rejection, it's redirection.
And it's just a sign that you're evolving.
You're doing something right.

(14:12):
Okay, and the last sign that I wantto talk about is that you see other
women on social media thriving,or maybe even just in real life.
And you think to yourself, why not me?
Why not me?
Why her?
There's a small spark ofenvy, and it's actually Just

(14:37):
a reminder of your potential.
I remember that I used to feel likethat when I first got divorced.
And as I was rebuilding my life atthat time, and I would look at other
women who had gone through a divorce, who were living their best lives.
And I was like, man, must be nice.
What I realized is that once Iwas able to celebrate these women

(15:03):
and say, man, if it was possiblefor her, it's possible for me too.
I want to give you that perspective shift.
If you're feeling that instead ofspiraling into this comparison, Use that
energy to redirect it to yourself, remindyourself that you can have that life
too, and use these people as anchors.

(15:26):
Kind of going off of the last sign, whichfeeling like you've outgrown your circle,
is finding new people who are living thelife that you want to live, and being able
to Surround yourself with that energy.
Even if you don't know those people, even if it's just on social media, you've
never met this person in your life.
You can still feel that person's energy.

(15:47):
You can still tap into theirlifestyle, what it is that
they're doing and feel connected.
So that's really, really important.
And it's a sign.
That you're wanting to put yourselfin these bigger or different circles.
So you're closer than you thinkto your comeback and you're on the
brink of something truly spectacular.

(16:11):
So as I mentioned, if any of thesesigns hit home for you, congratulations,
you're ready for your comeback.
You're ready to step into your era.
And spoiler alert, your comebackera isn't something that just
lasts for a few months or a year.

And I've got the perfect wayto help you make it happen.

(17:01):
and really have an ambition to thrive.

with practical strategies and alignedaction so that you can step into your
lasting comeback era with confidencethis eight weeks will teach you tools
that are going to last you a lifetime.

(17:22):

meditation, breath work, and you getlifetime access to the entire program.
One of my clients came into this programfeeling stuck and out of place, and now
she's thriving with new friendships.
She has a.

(17:43):
Dream career plan, which while shewas in the program, Scott several job
offers that she wasn't even seekingand the confidence to make bold moves.
She quit her second job.
She was able to go and sign up to dovolunteer work, to work with animals,
because that was really a passion for her.
And all of these doorsstarted opening up for her.

(18:07):
When you do the inner work.
The outer miracles start happening.
Right now the spots are limited.
I only have two spots left to workwith me for the rest of the quarter.

an application that to fill out.

you and right in front of you, whichas we talked about, all of these signs
are things that are happening in thepresent moment and Hey, keeping an
eye out for those little signs alongthe way, 11, 11, 77, 77, a butterfly.
